I'm very disappointed with this place. Things disappeared from my car after the visit. Remove all items from your vehicle before visiting, especially from the storage box near sits. Good luck and stay safe.

Came in on November 12th with my 2011 Subaru legacy. I have custom wheels on my car but no key to the locking lugs. I bought the car as is. Since I didn't have the key, I couldn't take the wheels off or do any preventative maintenance. I explained the situation to Matt Conrow, he's a service manager. He took my info and within 3 hours confirmed he has everything he needs to get these wheels off. The very next day I brought my car in and he got everything done very smoothly and consistently. He even stayed an hour past the closing and got stuff done, which most other shops and service centers couldn't commit to and I had been struggling with this for past 6 weeks and he sorted everything out in a single day, from inquiry to completion. What a champ! I couldn't thank you enough. 👍

I had a rental car that needed a service and was badly let down by a service provider. Tire Discounters were not on the approved list but Matt went out of his way to help me find a suitable service provider. I spent 20 years on a tire company forecourt and Matt gave the excellent service that I spent so much time encouraging my team to give. I stopped in to see about getting some tires for my 2018 Rogue while on vacation. Matt met me as I walked in and immediately went to work helping me. He was polite, listened to my need and helped me with financing. They were able to put a new set of tires on and complete an oil change all in a short amount of time. Matt explained all they completed, the warranties, and the information I needed to know for when I return home. I feel much safer now on the road.

This tire store exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the employees made me feel welcome. They were not only kind and professional but genuinely cared about helping. When I came in with a leak on my tire, they took care of it—free of charge! I tried to pay, but they insisted it was on the house. It’s amazing to find a place with such customer-first values these days. The waiting area was a pleasant surprise, too. It was clean, comfortable, and free of that typical tire smell you usually expect. They even had informative displays explaining car maintenance tips, which taught me a lot about taking better care of my vehicle. Big thanks to Juan Hall and the team here. I’m beyond impressed with the service and will definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

This place is unpredictable. Had me waiting for a very long time for a simple repair. I only needed a patch tire repaired and they had me waiting for hours long. Did not communicate with me at all. Did not know what they were fixing at first. Horrible service

Very bad service. I made an appointment earlier and then came on time. I was ignored by the person on the counter. Stood around for 15 min. Nobody came by to help. Finally left. Also bought tires there before. Very bad quality. Always had a slow leak and wore out faster than rating. Steer clear of this place. There's a lot better out there with great customer service and products.

Long wait times. Just to pick up my car took over 75 minutes. I would definitely call before coming here because they are having major staffing issues. With so many other choices in tires, this place is definitely not a good choice.

Great experience today. Charles worked with us. We are visiting from out of town. Friday around 4:45 pm--flat tire, of course, because it is Friday afternoon. Under pressure: we must return home on Sunday at 6:30 am. Tire Discounters got us in on a Saturday morning for an appointment and replaced the tire, which was shot. Professional and courteous. Tire Discounters went over and beyond when I needed a new valve stem for my rear tire I went to the Carwash and unfortunately my valve stem was broken off due to aftermarket stems so I went over to Tire Discounters and was greeted by great customer service and management they replaced my valve stem and also put air n all the other tires to make sure they were at the right psi. Thanks again! Tire Discounters.

Michael greeted us quickly with a smile and Nick took quick care of us at no charge. This truly was a wonderful experience. UPDATE: There was NO RESPONSE from owner as they said they would. Nobody contacted me and It's been 2 months! I did love this place, especially the perks. Which is why I gave them the 2nd star. But lied 4x in 1 visit and then the only response to my complaints were "I Understand", I get it, I understand... that response triggers a rage, because i watched him just blatantly lie to me... like I didn't just watch the cameras. #1 They scheduled me for 1pm. I get there and they say "there's 8 cars in front of you"... HOW??? #2 well fix your tire right away 3. We will diagnose after lunch 4. He's doing the diagnosis now... no he wasn't 5. He didn't know I had a deadline that I had to leave in 2.5hrs TD will likely get my biz again.. BUT NOT HERE

Fixed my flat tire for free. Been there a couple times and they are decent people. Wouldn't have anything done major to my car here because prices are high, but they are good for flats and oil changes.

Great and efficient experience. Got a flat and they had the exact same tire replacement, good all-in price and got us out in <4min even though it was busy. We called around other places in the area and they all had long 1.5+ hour wait times. Rick spent time checking our other tires, giving us other tire options and making sure we were back on the road in good time, safely.

This was my first experience at Tire Discounters. The staff was friendly and considerate of my time. I'm not an expert on auto maintenance, so I can only rely on my gut to tell me they were honest and competent. I will return for future services, provided they don't give me a reason not to.
