On11/22/24 I was exiting off 465 to Pendleton pike exit. My transmission went out on me. Thank goodness these guys were just a little walk away. I had walked in and asked if I could stay in there until my husband and tow truck were able to pick me up (they were coming from the south side). Since it was cold and snowy out. The gentleman was so sweet and checked on me a couple of times. Obviously I wasn’t there to buy tires but just the people were so nice even though they were EXTREMELY busy. Thank you guys! 😄

Had a tire emailed early in the AM. I managed to get to this Tire Discounters and was their first customer of the day. They managed to get me in and out quickly. I was able to make it to work just in time.

On the way home from Louisiana getting onI465N toAnnArbor Michigan had a flat right at the exit off the freeway. Personnel here help me right away with a gigantic smile. I'm back on. the road home right at their quitting time. THANK YOU Jamie and your staff for your help

Since April 2024 I have purchased 2 new sets of tires for both my vehicles. Grandsun and I were driving around with bald tires and tire rods that were installed on the wrong side. Needless to say after they found those issues I was in tears because I had both mine and gransuns life in my hands and at anytime we could have been 6 feet deep. But David and Matt’s customer service was right on point! One of them took my grandson so I could cool off cause I was in tears. The other one made sure the car was repaired in a timely and cost efficient manner‼️ I will NEVER forget that. It was exactly what I needed at that time. I now feel like we are family🥰 I will NEVER go anywhere else for car or tire repairs‼️ They are stuck with me for life‼️😂😂😂

I’ve received the best customer service here. I had to come back because of my tires were not covered under warranty. They got me in and out and were very nice. Not to mention Matt helped me for future repairs. I will only get tires from here on out. These people really care about your well being.

My tire pressure light came on and I stopped by discount tire located on 42nd and Pendleton Pike to get them checked. At the time I had a set of 20in rims that were purchased not even 6 months ago. Discount informs me that my tires were all over-inflated and were reading at 42-44. I didn’t know what to believe bc the ppl that’s saying this manufacture tires alllllll day. So they let air out of each tire and I left. A few weeks later I’m down two tires and it’s bc my tires didn’t support the weight of my car. my rims are low profile and my tire are not the normal standard tire. All this information is coming from Midas. Smh. I’m not going to speak on Midas bc their review is coming next. 😡Anywho. I contacted discount tire on Washington and Mitthoffer and some guy I am not sure if his name anymore but was really helpful and told me he could order me the correct tires and sold to me for 93.00 a piece. I think it’s a good deal but I also think discount tire on Pendleton pike and 42nd street need to reimburse me for deflating my tires.

This business is just as good as a dealership if not better The team that is working there is an A+ team. Bobby went above and beyond and Jamie is absolutely great she helped me from start to finish. THANKS GUYS the manager was working just as hard while maintaining the shop

I really have to say this location is the thee best in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hands down the customer service is outstanding they greet u as soon as u walk in. Very productive and professional for me u have tire problems this is the place to go. U have noises that u are not familiar with this is the place to go everyone was helpful and polite the 2 who stood out more were Mr. David, Mehrlich who took really good care of me and Ms. Jamie Boorman. Definitely giving and rating 5 star they have such a strong team and I love it. Keep up the Hard work u guys been doing for years now from ladies to gentlemen Have a blessed day u all rock 💯👊🏾

I live on the outside of the curve and on the last snow day in Indianapolis indiana some one hit my small work van tore up the Sterling. I went to the local tire discounters shop they inspection all the damage. They were able to replace all the damaged parts in only one day. While I was there whating the general manager was kind enough to take me out to get my lunch. Matt you and your employees are the greatest I will never go anywhere else. Their helpfulness and professionalism are off the charts. Everything is explained clearly and they keep you apprised every step of the way. The place is clean, well organized and comfortable. I only regret not having known about them sooner!

Yesterday afternoon, my car lost power on 465. I was able to get it into the right hand lane, and take the first exit on to Pendleton Pike. I called for a tow, as traffic zipped around me. Traffic was too fast and busy for me to exit the driver's door, so climbed to the passenger side, and walked up a small hill in the rain, and into TireDiscounters. My goal was to use their bathroom, and hopefully borrow a phone charger. I was greeted by Matt as I entered. I noticed his last name and asked about it. I was soon to learn that he was the son of a man I knew 50 years ago, and have greatly admired. As the old saying goes, "The apple didn't fall far from the tree." Matt showed me the restroom, (which was really clean!) loaned me a phone charger, (the cord was long enough that I could actually charge it and use it while sitting in a comfortable chair) and offered me a bottle of water. Matt invited me to wait in the store, rather than go back to my car. He was very concerned for my safety. I was so relieved! My car was parked in a place where it could easily have been hit. My tow truck took nearly four hours. I was able to watch how Matt treated his customers and employees. He was so polite and respectful with everyone. He was friendly and approachable. What a great combination. It's very obvious his employees respect him greatly. The young men clearly work as a team, and Matt listens to them. I kept thinking, this must be a great place to work. Matt kept checking out the window at my car. And when there was a break in business, he and another employee went out and hooked my car to a truck. They towed it to a nearby parking lot to keep it from getting hit. My friend arrived to wait with me and drive me to the mechanic. She, too, was blown away by Matt's attentiveness and care for me. Matt had nothing to gain by being so kind and helpful. I wasn't buying tires. I was taking up space in his store. But he looked out for me all afternoon. And under circumstances which would normally have been extremely stressful, I felt safe and even relaxed. Unfortunately I got word this morning that my engine is shot. I'll have to get a new car. When I do, I absolutely know where I'll be buying its tires. And where I'll tell everyone I know to buy them. I will be driving all the way across town to buy at Matt's store, but it will be worth the trip! I am still in awe of my experience!

We were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire and call for a tow at at night. Matt, the GM, offered to stay open until we could get there. Ended up being towed there three hours later! Matt was on it first thing in the morning and we were back on the road. Outstanding customer service, clean and friendly waiting area and great communication with Matt. A+

We are traveling from Tampa Florida to Chicago ILLINOIS. We’re pulling a horse trailer with all my tack in it. My tire had a HUGE bubble on it. I took the exit and there was Tire Discounters. Matt seen us pulling in and came right out and helped us. EVERYONE was super nice and accommodating to us. They checked all four tires to make sure we were safe and the lug nuts were loose!!! Thank you to Matt and his team at Pendleton Pike store. You’re all amazing and friendly.
