Brought my car in for slow tire leak.very friendly and had it fixed in a little bit of time...best part merry Christmas didn't charge for plugging the tire... awesome not to have an extra expense

This shop is top notch. All of the staff here take care of you, and shoot you straight. No issues ever! Even cleaned my wheels for me when it was 28 degrees outside. I didn't even know they did that... Truly amazing service. There are none superior in price or quality of service.

Dewayne Comer was awesome! I came in to get a new tire because I had a nail in mine and Walmart told me that I couldn’t get it plugged so I would need a new tire. Dewayne looked at it and plugged it for me. I will always recommend him!

These are some great folks. Came out of Kroger to find I had a flat tire. I called them and a young man walked over with an air compressor. Pumped up the tire so I could drive over to get the tire repaired. The gentleman at the counter was great as well. Highly recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Shout out to Larry and his crew. They quickly helped me out with a tire repair today when a few other places in the area simply tried to squeeze as much money out of me as possible for 4 new tires. The place was super clean and had coffee and bottled water available while I waited. This is my new spot for tires and service!

Tge service here is excellent. I had a leak in my tire and came in 30 minutes before closing. They had my tire off and repaired in less then 30 minutes. Larry at the front desk was a great guy to work with.

Tire Discounters was fantastic—friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! They installed my tires and did an alignment in about an hour. Loved the quick service, free alignment, and the coupon for a future oil change. Their waiting rooms is spotless. Great experience and I will be back.

Was not willing to help me at all . For some reason they could not find my tire size in all-terrain and I guess he didn't know how to get them . I was asked to drive my car down to the shop but was a waste of my time .. will not be stopping in here again .

Stop to get a flat fixed they took it right in and fixed it and a few minutes later it was done and no charge no one dose that any more. Thank you will go back when tire shopping

We went in to have 4 new tires put on our 2016 Jeep JKU and worked with Dewayne. He was so kind and very patient throughout the whole process. We ask lots of questions and tend to overthink things, but Dewayne never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. I would highly recommend this place. I stopped by this location today after being referred to them by a friend during brunch this morning and the service manager, Kevin made me feel wanted and as if he was trying to rush me away, maybe it was because the service tech was about to leave maybe not. Idk but as a customer or potential customer, no one wants to feel unwanted, even by a manager of Kevin.

I called on Tuesday and made appointment for today. I took time off at work to get my appointment and when I got there 30 minutes before my appointment time. They didn't even look my name up or anything. The guy told me he could not take care of me. That I would have to reschedule it.I asked him when he told me he did not know.This is a second time this has happened.It is unacceptable to run a business like this

Purchased tires for my wife’s van about a year and a half ago. Started wearing in the middle to where there was no tread. Keep in mind I took them to be rotated there and they told me I put to much air in them . I advised them I haven’t been putting air in them, you have . Then the manager proceeded to tell me they were still in good shape . Seriously? When we pull out in them in the rain , they spin and only worn tires do that . They finally offered me a $65 dollar discount on each tire to replace them. I ended up buying better tires for $200 less at a competitor down the road . Very disappointing.

Buyer beware!! I took my truck in for service, bought brand new tires. 1500 dollars spent, got home and noticed that a 200-dollar item was missing. I know some of you will feel that I should have taken that item out but sometimes you just forget stuff in your vehicle, or some of us have tools in our car. I don't feel that one must do a CLEAN sweep of one's car just for fear that the people might steel something. It took days for someone to reach out about my problem, and once they did it was a slow process. They offered to pull cameras in the bay that my truck was worked on, but that is all they have, no cameras in parking lot. Which I find odd that they don't have them there. At no time did I feel that I was going to get a fair investigation, they are going to take care of their own and sure don't want to fix the problem. I understand that there might be people that may make this up to try and get something for nothing, but I am not one of those. I have served my country one way or another, weather that be in the military or something else. I have had two different Clearance levels DOD and DOE one Secret level the other being a "Q" clearance, I have had polygraphs and multiple other processes verifying my ability to be honest and trust worthiness. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO BE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL, if you are going to go here take everything out of your car that is not nailed down. Also, if you can't trust them to not steel from you then you might as well throw trusting that your car will come out right from any work done. After about 3 weeks of posting bad reviews on Facebook and Google and being told someone would be reaching out to me I have heard nothing yet. Like before they do not care about there customer, or there reputation. They got my money and could care less about me.

Gouge, gouge, GOUGE! WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN! $100 to mount and balance 2 tires (Brought my own tires). Took them an hour to do the job. My appointment was at 4pm. Didn't pull my vehicle in till 430pm.

Terrible!!every time I come in there it’s a multiple hour wait! Recently I had 2 tires get damaged!my road side coverage covered it but I dropped them off and was told they would be done between 12-2pm.i call at 2:30pm and they said yup there done and ready for pick up!drove 45 minutes to get there and had work lined up for the next day cuz they said they were done and get there and find out they haven’t even got the tires yet smfh!!why tell someone there done and ready for pickup when they don’t even have the tires yet!this is the last time I ever use tire discounters for sure!!if I could advise anyone go somewhere else please!!!!unless you enjoy having to make appointments to get a tire plugged lol I also had to do that.although they didn’t do the tire rotation like they was supposed to that time!I let it slide but it’s always something in there!

First off, I don't normally leave reviews but felt after what these guys did for me, I had to. I stopped in to get tires balanced during a very busy time of the day but Dewayne Comer was kind enough to fit me in. I explained my shaking issue at higher speeds and said he would look at the tires personally. During the balancing process, he called me back to show me a bent rim, that I was unaware of. He also took an additional step to look for a new rim for me online. Dewayne, the mechanics were just fantastic and I am recommending everyone I know to this place. Thanks again Dewayne. You created a customer for life.
