PHENOMENAL customer service and professionalism at this shop. John and crew got my car in, diagnosed the problem, and got me back right at a more-than-fair price. Super courteous throughout the whole experience. I absolutely will be bring my family's cars back here in the future. I've already told two of my friends about this shop. A+!

We purchased tires a couple months ago and were quoted for brakes and rotors. We showed up yesterday, Nov 8 after calling to schedule the brake and rotor service. We waited around for about 10 minutes while they tried to figure out if they had the proper tool!!! Why would you quote the job if you can't do it! We were told to call another location and the guy that answered the phone had no clue what we were talking about. After wasting about 30 minutes we called Fisher Tire- complete opposite experience and customer service. Fisher tire allowed us to drop off the car and advised they would try and get it completed- they exceeded our expectations by completing the brakes AND confirmed we did not need rotors!!! Fisher tire for the win!!!!

I feel understood and like they are trying to do what's best for me. Greg in particular is always happy to help. I felt like I am taking advantage by going in for air pressure checks and then they still took the time to find that I had a screw and patched it right up and sent me quick on my way.

They were able to fit me in and now I know they offer free alignment when I buy 4 tires. I came directly from another tire shop after buying tires and they told me I needed an alignment- which that other shop doesn’t even do.

Visited store for an oil change and tire rotation on October 19, 2024. Just wanted to say the staff was very informative, super friendly, and the appearance of the store was very clean and neat. Fortunately, I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for a great place for tires, rims,brakes, Or an oil change!!

We realized we had a slow leak. Decided to give Tire Discounters on Kingston Pike a try since they were close by they repaired our tire. The employees were courteous, attentive to every detail definitely assets to the Company.

I got a screw in my tire today 10/30/24 and was able to get it to hold air long enough to get to a Walmart on Walbrook Dr in Knoxville Tn. The employee at the service department said they would not accept anyone after 5:30. It was 5:32 and they don’t close till 7. I was able to go to Sam’s to get air again and I found Tire Discounters on 8088 Kingston Pike. I got there at 5:48 and they actually do close at 6pm. Greg Besoiu and his staff took me right in without so much as a hesitation. They pulled my car in verified they could repair the tire and got me taken care of in about 10 mins. I can’t say thank you enough. I would recommend anyone that needs tire service to please Visit this Tire Discounters for the service that is by far the best I’ve gotten in quite a while from any retail store. Keep doing what you do Greg!

This location is a top notch customer experience. They stay busy so be flexible or schedule ahead of time. The GM is the best thing since sliced bread, he will shoot you straight and get you taken care of the right way.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Went in to get my puncture fixed. I had a trip planned ahead of me with my parents. Greg and his teammate walked me through the problem. they fixed it in no time! Would highly recommend this place!
