Dustin was great at identifying my needs. The team atmosphere was outstanding. Rodney took the extra time to clean off old weights and did a great job balancing. Tre verified quality and as advertised a free alignment after a great service experience. Who could ask for more but wait a free oil change next time needed. Great job was my first experience with the company and I will recommend them to anyone asking. Moss Grove location is the place to go.

I have been coming here the past few years for multiple vehicles and various problems. I have had nothing short of a good experience every time. A few weeks ago I got a nail in my tire, and I came in to get some air. They were quick to help me. I didn’t have time to get it patched at that moment and forgot to come back to get it fixed until it was low again. They got me right in. Tre helped me today and was very friendly. There are a couple of other guys that I have interacted with multiple times as well, but they are all so kind to me and anyone they interact with. I would trust this place over any other now that we have that rapport.

My sister and I had to come into the Knoxville area this morning from Oliver Springs, and on our way into the city we noticed that her rear left tire was looking a bit flat. Given my appointment time, we were in a rush to drop off my vehicle and find the nearest tire store. The folks over at 865 Dent Lab, where I dropped off my shopping-cart-dinged-truck, recommended this TireDiscounters. I called in advance to see if they would accept walk-ins and Tre welcomed us immediately! In less than an hour, the gentlemen at TireDiscounters removed the nail that was lodged in the tire, patched the hole, and kept us comfortable and content while we waited. We are super grateful for their hospitality, generosity, and diligence. I didn't catch the names of the other men there, but Tre (the General Manager) is a lovely person to interact with and very considerate. I enjoyed our interactions with the other gentlemen, too. My wife and I have been going to Tire Discounters for a few years now and we have always been treated very well. We work with Tre a lot of the time and he is very professional and honest. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here if you are looking for a mechanic to trust.

All our cars have tires from here. Great, fast service and excellent recommendations for which tires to buy. I’ve been a customer since they opened and have never been disappointed. Tre runs a great shop; he’s super conscientious and knows his stuff!

Was from out of state and had a tire issue. Shout out to Tire Discounters who got the tire patched in a matter of minutes and I was back on the road. Great team of guys to include Dustin, Tre, and Julian - thank you! Highly recommend!!

Almost 2 hours for a tire rotation, balance and alignment check with a scheduled appointment. Alignment paperwork was on front counter twenty minutes andci finally asked them about it. Told needed an alignment and if I wanted it done. Told them after waiting over an hour and a half I didn't have time. No apology until I asked for manager. Sadly this location usually gives great service but today was terrible.

Bought my wheels and tires here for my truck a while back.. Went today to get a valve stem replaced on a tire, and it was no charge.. all the guys and Tre were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Come for the witty sign (think El Arroyo in Austin) and stay for the customer service! Was in a time crunch for a minor tire issue and the assistant manager said he would look at it right away. Very appreciative of the assertiveness of the employees here especially Dustin!

Had a couple nails and other issues with my tires. I was not able to bring my car in only my wheels and they put new tires on them and then still offered me the included 50% discount on my alignment even though I had to bring the car back at a later date. There was a minor miscommunication that resulted in my driving back over the next day but the boys made it right and overall felt like I was dealing with a higher level of competency than another local shop where the "service" actually is not "free".

Highly recommend Tire Discounters on Moss Grove Road! They were slammed today but took care of me right away and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I had a surprise screw in my tire and they patched me up, filled my tire and I was on my way!!

I somehow got a second nail in my tire within a month! These guys worked us in even though they were all booked up. I wouldn't have been able to make it to work tomorrow without their help! The waiting area has comfy chairs, complimentary water bottles, and very friendly staff! Thank you guys so much!
