Had a slow leak in my tire and was afraid that I wasn’t gonna be able to afford fixing it since I’ve paid 50-70 before for simply tire leaks since i moved to Louisville and when I brought the tire in they fixed it and put it back on my car for free. Definitely going to take both my cars here for any problems in the future. All nice workers and really fast and efficient.

I stopped by today as I had a slow leak in a tire. I dropped by without an appointment to see if they could take care of it. To say the service was excellent would be an understatement. Kirk was able to get my truck in right away, identify the issue, (nail in the tire) and get me back on the road within 15 minutes. He checked in with me twice while my truck was back there to keep me informed. Kirk was friendly, professional, and treated me like a lifelong customer. This Tire Discounters location will get my business from now on. Thank you again, Kirk. I appreciate you more than you know.

Kirk & his team are awesome! I got a flat tire, called them immediately, and they got me in for repair in 15-20 minutes. They also helped work with my budget. Very nice crew and extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating! I will be using them again if I ever have any future problems!

Took my flat tire to tire discounters. The staff was great and showed me what they found. Luckily it was an easy fix and they were able to get me back on my way. I’ll be visiting them again for future tire needs.

Came in as a walk up, Kirk and his team went over the top above and beyond taking care of me, giving me more than enough info to my several questions and then gave me an unbeatable deal on a tire upgrade set for my truck. I had such a great experience at Tire Discounters. The air pressure sensors on both my front tires were broken. At my appointment, they replaced both sensors and noticed my back right tire had a leak cause by a nail, which they also fixed. Kirk and the team worked fast and were friendly.

After having more than one bad experience at another TD location, I decided to go ahead & give this one a try & I'm very happy that I did! Kirk & staff were great! I came to tire discounters yesterday after a bad experience at another spot. They were able to get me in same day with minimal wait. Jason explained everything to me so I knew exactly what had gone wrong. After picking up my car, I had a warning light blinking so I called them back. I was able to bring it in next day and they found another problem that the other company missed and were able to fix for me fairly. The pulled me into the shop to show me exactly what happened and what needed to be fixed. Thank you Kirk for that! All of their kindness, honestly, and speed was much appreciated. I will be back!

I walked in needing a hand with a spare tire that needed to be mounted and Troy helped me out quickly and very nicely. It was a great interaction and he was very professional, helpful, and kind! Would gladly be going back for any of my tire and wheel needs!

On my way out of town this morning, in the pouring rain, my tire pressure light came on. I stopped in the location in St Matthews. They were gracious enough to check all my tires and air them, and changed my wiper blade for me. You guys rock!

Best shop and mechanics in Louisville. It was my first time coming in. After an inspection, I found myself in the unsettling situation of realizing that another mechanic had defrauded me. The crew at Tire Discounters were compassionate, professional and willing to help me. I deeply value honesty and integrity, especially as a woman who has been repeatedly taken advantage of by deceptive men in the car industry specifically here in Louisville, from sellers to mechanics. The crew that helped me at Tire Discounters, (Kirk, Troy, Alex and Jason) have demonstrated themselves to be men of integrity, compassion and competence. I have not felt this cared for as a human being by any other car related business here in Louisville.

Excellent experience, great staff, and Kirk totally understands exceeding the customer expectation! I was in town working with an auto dealer group and was staying at a hotel close to this location. I came out to find a tire going flat and lucky enough, Tire Discounter was across the street. I stopped in without an appointment close to their closing time and explained my situation. Kirk was all about taking care of my situation and jumped right on it. I was in/out in 30 minutes. AWESOME job to Kirk and his entire team. I wish all my dealers provided the same get it done mentality.

Had a bent rim on my 2008 Ford escape. I bought an OEM replacement and needed a place to get the bad one switched out with the new. I gave Tire Discounters in St Matthews a call, they said bring it on in. Great customer service and real friendly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

The Gentleman working in this store were top-notch! I was going to drop my car off and prepare to pickup the next day, but at the store, they said they’d be able to take care of it in an hour or so. I decided to wait in store, they offered water as they walked by. They replaced a bulb for free, fixed a splash panel…..all cheap and small things, but things no other shops I’ve been to have taken care of. They have earned my business!

This location takes customer service to a whole new level. Troy and Kirk have a team of people that are not only invested in what they do, but actually go out of their way to make the lives of their customers’ easier. They are beyond transparent with wait times and needed repairs and will never oversell you on products you don’t need. The team here goes out of their way to provide quality service while trying to save you money in the process. If you’re looking for a regular shop for your car, you’ve found the place!
