Just finished getting service after a flat due to a nail in the lot across the street from Tire Discounters. Called to ask if they could help and they took me right in. Service was fast and they were all super kind! Will definitely be returning here next time I need new tires, and recommend their service to friends and family. Thank you!

Had an appointment for the following week for oil change, but had an unexpected tire issue on Saturday. They replaced my tire and were kind enough to go ahead and do the oil change while I was there, all in about an hour!

These guys are amazing! Friendly, Redpectful, Very knowledgeable. We went to get air in our tires because of the temperature changes that were happening with this crazy weather. They filled up our air for our tires. It was free! Fast service and very courteous employees. Thanks!

This place saved me. I completely popped my tire because I hit a curb… They literally stayed open late for me to replace my tire. Awesome customer service. I thought they would be annoyed but they weren’t.

I had an extremely positive experience today at Tire Discounters at 13200 Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Ky. They were very helpful on the phone. They got me in and out fast and the issue was fixed at a reasonable price. I’ve used them for other things over the years and have had an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend them. And for today’s experience I want to recognize Jennifer Jordan and Ryan Hendrickson for being very helpful to me.

I have bought tires and a battery for my car in separate visits to the Tire Discounters at 13200 Shelbyville Road in Middletown. I received excellent customer service and was pleased with the work. I plan on using them again and recommend them.

I have lived in Louisville my entire life and have seen businesses come and go. When I find a business or person that goes above and beyond taking care of me, I do my best to let others know. Ryan Henderson is the sales manager at this Tire Discounters location and let me tell you….he is knowledgeable, professional, and more important than anything else, honest. I purchased the tire warranty with my new tires. Got a nail in 1 tire a few months later. View image they claimed this simple nail repair was not repairable. A plug/patch would be free where a new tire cost me 50 bucks. Surprise surprise not repairable and I had to get a new tire.

Oh my goodness, this guy Ryan Hendrickson was about to close, AAA had just changed my tire, I was going to take my car in tomorrow morning 10/8/24 to get my tire fixed and Ryan was sweet, kind and loving enough to stay open just a few minutes longer to fix my tire. Ryan Hendrickson spoke with me on the telephone about rotating my tires. He was so pleasant. It was refreshing. When I took my car in to have the tires rotated, he waited on me, and again, was very pleasant and worked my car in with no problem. He has a great customer service attitude! It was a good experience.

Bruce went above and beyond and then didn’t even charge me!! I needed my tires rotated before a long road trip. I called a couple places and he was able to fit me in right away and was out in less than an hour. Thanks for the great service!

I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve visited this location! Today was no exception. They were able to fit me in same day for my free tire rotation. Jennifer at the front desk was a hospitality sweetheart! I had a comfortable and clean waiting room with free bottles of water and a TV that wasn’t too loud for me to get some schoolwork done. Then I went happily on my way with rotated tires!
