This place saved me. I completely popped my tire because I hit a curb… They literally stayed open late for me to replace my tire. Awesome customer service. I thought they would be annoyed but they weren’t.

Bruce went above and beyond and then didn’t even charge me!! I needed my tires rotated before a long road trip. I called a couple places and he was able to fit me in right away and was out in less than an hour. Thanks for the great service!

I had an extremely positive experience today at Tire Discounters at 13200 Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Ky. They were very helpful on the phone. They got me in and out fast and the issue was fixed at a reasonable price. I’ve used them for other things over the years and have had an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend them. And for today’s experience I want to recognize Jennifer Jordan and Ryan Hendrickson for being very helpful to me.

I have bought tires and a battery for my car in separate visits to the Tire Discounters at 13200 Shelbyville Road in Middletown. I received excellent customer service and was pleased with the work. I plan on using them again and recommend them.

Ryan Henderson is the sales manager at this Tire Discounters location and let me tell you….he is knowledgeable, professional, and more important than anything else, honest. I purchased the tire warranty with my new tires. Got a nail in 1 tire a few months later. View image they claimed this simple nail repair was not repairable. A plug/patch would be free where a new tire cost me 50 bucks. Surprise surprise not repairable and I had to get a new tire.

I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve visited this location! Today was no exception. They were able to fit me in same day for my free tire rotation. Jennifer at the front desk was a hospitality sweetheart! I had a comfortable and clean waiting room with free bottles of water and a TV that wasn’t too loud for me to get some schoolwork done. Then I went happily on my way with rotated tires!

Oh my goodness, this guy Ryan Hendrickson was about to close, AAA had just changed my tire, I was going to take my car in tomorrow morning 10/8/24 to get my tire fixed and Ryan was sweet, kind and loving enough to stay open just a few minutes longer to fix my tire. Ryan Hendrickson spoke with me on the telephone about rotating my tires. He was so pleasant. It was refreshing. When I took my car in to have the tires rotated, he waited on me, and again, was very pleasant and worked my car in with no problem. He has a great customer service attitude! It was a good experience.

Customer service was hot GARBAGE. Made an appointment for 9am for oil change and tire rotation via phone, CSR confirmed the appt. Got here at 8:45 and dropped off and was told to give them about an hour and it would be ready to go. Sounds good. Went for a walk around the area, came back an hour and an half later (10:30) and my truck is still parked in the same spot I left it in. Asked one of the workers what is going on, he said they are short staffed. Why even take my appointment then? Why can’t you give me a quick call letting me know that it’s been delayed? Can’t even talk to someone at the front counter because they all disappear and ignore you like you’re not even standing up there. Absurd. No one has 4+ hours to wait around for an oil change. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to take your car for any service. Worst experience I’ve had in a long long time.

We have used tire discounters in middle town several times for various cars. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. Today I stopped by for a tail light replacement on my mini van. They were fairly busy and I was concerned about it being done in time to pickup kids from school. The manager just swapped it out at no charge within 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Totally unexpected, cost him very little and was a big blessing!
