I had a great experience at this location! Mark was very knowledgeable, quick & efficient. I had a flat & needed two new tires. Definitely not the best time for this to happen with the holidays. He let me know about the 6 months no interest & I could prequalify online. Very quick process! I was approved & he gave me info to receive a $50 visa gift card for my purchase! I will definitely use this location again!

Made me pay extra for a new tire and replacement fee for a faulty tire with a bubble in it. Totaling my 4 tire replacement over 830$. When it would have originally cost 660$

Great customer service by Ryan and Summer at the front desk and the Techs Adrien and Brody. They stayed past closing time on a Saturday to get me out of a pinch before going cross country for work. Totally clutch on a new set of tires, highly recommend and will be coming back for my next set and any other needs that come up. Thanks again!

Great service. Bought 4 tires today for my new van. They gave me the same price I paid 3 years ago for the same tires on my old van. There were some issues with my ball joints that they pointed out to me but did not pressure me into buying anything . They just wanted me to be aware. Thanks , I’ll definitely recommend.

I came in last Friday morning about 90 minutes before i had to take my daughter to Indianapolis. I asked if they could fix two back tires that were almost flat in time to still get out of Louisville in time to not make my daughter late. One had a nail in it that i could see and the other I had no idea why. The guy at the front desk i believe his name was Landon (sorry if I'm mistaken on that) said that they were pretty busy (i could tell from the lobby) he’d do everything he could to make it happen and immediately took my keys and had my car pulled into a spot. I don't know if it was because it took them a little over an hour and they felt bad about the time it took (which was due to a really bad previous patch job that was done that was leaking and they had to fix) or if they just wanted to help a dad save a few bucks before he took a trip to Indy with his daughter but the service manager Ryan and Landon refused to take any payment and said it was on the house. Recommend this spot to anyone who wants to deal with good dudes that are trying to actually help folks out while running a business.

I’m a regular here in terms of oil changes and tire rotations and have also had them do new breaks and tires. I’ve always received excellent service and never felt pressured into having extra things done on my car. I recommend them all the time to friends.

Summer is hands down the most amazing and incredible employee this company has working for them. She's knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, courteous and downright wonderful. She keeps everything running smoothly, from answering the phone to collecting payment to handling work orders and even keeping the desk area organized. She kept me informed on the progress of the repairs being done to my vehicle, as well as every other customer in the very busy lobby. Her smile is contagious and she made my experience here something I will never forget with how spectacular of a person she is. Great customer service in every regard, with patience and kindness not seen in many employees working in the workforce these days. She makes the world a brighter place just with her presence, and she has made me a devoted customer of this location going forward. Alongside Ryan and Logan, both of whom are very friendly and helpful, she makes this store one of the greatest locations for car repairs and tires, within the Tire Discounters namesake and beyond. Such a refreshing experience to be treated with as much kindness and courtesy as Summer treated me and my family. Will definitely be back to this location for any and all of my car related needs. THIS IS A MUST READ!!! Awesome customer service from Summer and Ryan. I went in last week to have a nail removed from the rear tire of my Silverado. I had asked them to also do a tire rotation while they had it up on the rack because this is a company truck, and I had no idea when it had last been done. About 10 minutes later, Ryan came to the waiting room and asked me to come with him. He shows me the wear on my tires and advises against doing the rotation because of the tires' condition, but that they would still do the rotation if I wanted. He suggested getting new tires as soon as possible. I agreed and decided not to rotate them. The service guys had already started the rotation, and Ryan had them put the tires back where they were. When my truck was ready, I went to pay the bill, and they said, "No charge." They could have rotated the tires and made 70.00 and never said a thing. Instead, they did the right thing and showed me that it wouldn't be worth the money. Folks, that is honesty and integrity in its truest form, and it is very rare nowadays. They will now have a customer for life with me and my family whenever we need tires. Thank you, Ryan & Summer!!

This is the tire shop to go to!! I can't imagine spending my money anywhere else! SUMMER AND LOGAN are the GOATSSS. They went out of their way to hook me up so I could be safe on the road. Had tires rotated and balanced and the tech didn't even check air pressure in tires. All 4 tires was low with one tire being super low in pressure.

I was in the town of Louisville for a funeral. I was headed back to Saint Louis afterwards when someone noticed that my tires were in very bad shape. I called Tire Discounters and they had 2 available in their storage. I got over there around 4 (they close at 6)). They checked my tires and I decided to go ahead and replace all 4. They had to go over to the storage unit to get them which was fine. I also asked to check the alignment. They were very glad to do that for. They didn't get done with everything until 6:50. I cannot begin to tell you how nice this staff was. There were 2 young gentlemen Ryan and Logan who were the sweetest. They were very adamant that they were more concerned about my safety than getting off on time. Southern hospitality still exist in are young people these days. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Ryan and Logan, I made it home safely.

I came to this place after finding my tire hissing while i was out shopping. Little did i know, the store was closed. Buttttt the gentlemen that were there took care of me any way! They took the time to get me right, and they didnt have to do that. I am forever grateful!!

Update: 2024-06-21- This TD location just went above and beyond!! I picked up a screw with all the construction off of Old Henry Rd and was able to make it over here before it was completely flat…they had me patched up and back at life within 20 minutes!!! Who does that??!! Kudos…many thanks…and you’ll see me when I need new tires. Y’all are amazing. Outstanding customer care and service, fair pricing, and trustworthy employees. I went there for an oil change tire rotation and they spotted some tire damage which was covered under the insurance I bought when I had them installed a year ago...so I got two new tires! Also had the front brakes done and they had me done in a reasonable amount of time. Great experience and I'll be back. Update: just got 4 tires installed yesterday and am very pleased with their service, quality, and competence…they keep me coming back!
