My lawn tractor tire lost a valve stem today. I called up tire discounters and asked them if they could fix it. Kristi told me to bring it to them anytime. So I took it to them and they had it fixed within 10 minutes. Great customer service!! Thanks Tire Discounters Crew!

Adam gave me the best customer service. He was very helpful and fast. I need a rim replaced and he did it with in two hours. I have been coming here for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience.

Got my tired repaired there today. Went in this morning & picked it up same day at 1:30 pm because they had some people in front of me. Received great, friendly service from everyone I encountered. The blonde at the front desk was especially friendly & helpful. As i sat & waited in the lobby, i heard her be so cheery & friendly with everyone in person & on the phone. I will be back next time I’m in need of tire service!

I had a leak in tire in new vehicle. Stopped in ti see if they could help. Tgey wirked me into scheduke in under 30 minutes. It was a quick repair of tire which had a screw in it. Had me on my way. Friendly, helpful, quick.

I went to the Tire Discounters on Taylorsville Rd in Louisville, KY and had a nail in my tire. I arrived as soon as they opened and was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. Staff was super friendly and helpful and I 100% will be back for any of my car needs.

Needed flat repair so we called the Taylorsville Rd. store to see if they could help us. Christy told us what time to show up and she would get us taken care of. They had the tire fixed and back on the road in a half hour. Christy was friendly and eager to help! This was our first time going there and it won’t be the last. Great experience, we will definitely be back.

The shop at taylorsville rd. Always does a fantastic job. Instead of charging me for a new tire, they were honest and said it just needed a patch because the tire was in great condition. Saved me a lot of $. I’m definitely a loyal customer

Great experience this morning at TireDiscounters. I had an unexpected leak in my tire after hitting a larger than normal pothole, Adam, General Manager of the store was able to get my tire patched and get me back on the road quickly! Thanks for the help and the great service this morning!

I usually enjoy visiting this location because of the excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience today was quite disappointing. I made an appointment to drop off my car this morning at 8 a.m. and was the first vehicle on the lot, so I expected a smooth process. My car was taken in promptly, and I received a call within an hour detailing the issues, which I appreciated. However, by 4:00 p.m., I returned to the shop expecting to see some progress, only to find my car still elevated with no tires and no technician attending to it from the time I arrived until 5:06 p.m. During my wait, I observed that six other cars, which were not present when I dropped off mine, were serviced and released before I received any updates about my vehicle. I believe clear communication regarding any delays or progress is essential, and I was surprised by the lack of information provided during my visit. I hope moving forward that the team will avoid rushing any service in the final hour before closing, as it raises concerns about the quality of work being performed.

Ms.Kristi took great care of me from start to finish. She explained any questions I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. The guys working on my truck got me in and out. I live 30mins away and will make the drive whenever my car needs tires or an oil change.

They were GREAT I made an appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment (which was free with the 4 tires I bought) I accidentally went to the wrong location and was late they were very understanding and respectful. I was still out of there under 2 hours. Would definitely recommend 100%!

Tire Discounters on Taylorsville Rd is the Bomb Diggity! I blew out a tire on the Snyder today and they were gracious and worked me in, found the best tires for my needs and searched their databases for discounts and coupons. From Kristi at the front desk to Mike who put on my new breaks, service was exceptional and price was reasonable.

Had a tire blowout on my trailer while traveling on the highway. I was able to make it to this Tire Discounters location. Jacob, the service manager, jumped right in to help me. He assigned another technician (Nate) to change out both trailer tires. Nate noticed the other tire had tread separation & recommended changing both. All other shop technicians were friendly also! I was in & back on the road in 30 minutes! Great job Jacob & Nate!
