Everyone is always super friendly! They make sure to update you on whats going on and about how much longer you have as well, which is always nice! Never had any problems! Highly recommend. I come from about 25 minutes out just to go to this one.

Chad and Chester at Tire Discounters on Dixie in Valley Station were so helpful! They fit me in to get my tire patched even though the Shop was extremely busy on a Saturday. I can’t thank them enough and they have all our Tire business going forward!

Chester and Chad were great during both appointments I had. The first was for my new tires, the second was for an oil change. The only part i wish could be improved on is wait times.

I've been going here for years, and their service has always been the best, but I put it to the test today. I had an emergency flat and needed it fixed by 6pm for work. I showed up at 3:30pm and they had to get the tire from another location but positively informed me they would try and do what they could. They had my vehicle complete by 5:15pm. Service is everything, that's while I'll never get work done anywhere else. Thank you so much Chester and Hubert!

Thank you Mike and Tire Discounters (Louisville Ky) for getting me in without an appt so I could go back home to Northern Ky. Greeted me with a smile while walking in and plus making jokes. Was also offered water and coffee. Great customer service at this location Thank you guys

At this Tire Discounters, it’s a no-brainer. Always a pleasure with these folks at the Louisville Kentucky Dixie Highway site… been with them since they opened up… no complaints yet… they “Always” take care of me, my concerns and vehicle upkeep… GREAT JOB HUBERT and JENNIFER.

Made an appt. Tuesday Aug. 13 to get 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, on Wed. Aug. 14th at 9am. Picked my car up at 1:45 Wed. Took almost 5 hours to do at a place that's specialty is tires! I could have done that in my back yard with pliers and a screwdriver in that amount of time! Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me! Therefore there will be no twice

A family member took their vehicle in for tires, wiper blades and filter changed. Well after the first rain what they got was the wrong wiper on the back and it dug a small hole out on the spoiler lip, it was just a little to long and rubbed it. At first they didn't want to own up to it being their fault but when they realized the system gave them the wrong wiper blades number they gave them a choice. Either let it go and still be a customer or file a claim and they wouldn't be allowed to come back as a customer any more. They chose to file a claim and get it fixed. Other than that the tires, balance, filters and front wipers were great.

Nor a good experience today when it's usually not the case. When I have paid over $1000.00 for my tires and road side Hazzard warranty, then there is something wrong with one. Called to see if an appointment was needed then to be told no explained my work schedule over the phone. Still no appointment needed I was told. Get there they say an hr to hr in a half. I leave walk to near by stores tell them that's what I will be doing so are you sure. Yes was the reply. To come back and they have never touched the car. And proceed to tell me it will take another 2 hrs. I'm so not satisfied with this service today.😒

Absolutely horrible experience. Simple oil change scheduled for 1pm. Arrive 20min early. 2hours later and they haven't even began working... This is absolutely outrageous. I wish I could give 0 stars

Had a confirmed appointment for 4pm. Complete waste of time driving there to be told they can’t get to our oil change until 6pm. What’s the point of making appointments?

The whole staff is always so great And friendly. Chester always goes out of his way to answer any questions you may have. And the service technician Eric was so very gracious to help me with my windshield wipers that I could not figure out how to put on myself. This is the only shop that I know that does not try to sell you something that you do not need. They are upfront and honest with you about everything. I recommend this place 100%

They put my car on the rack wrong crushing my.cars underpinning causing paint to fall off. And didn't even tell me. And to this day still haven't paid for the damages.

Chester is the man! Extremely knowledgeable, experienced and very honest when it comes to anything automotive, not just tires! I was very pleased with the service and expertise provided by him and hope to see him next time I need to take a car to this store!

This is an AWESOME place for the service of your vehicle. I just had tires put on and the oil changed in my daughters car. Jamie was an absolute peach to deal with. Friendly, courteous, professional AND caring. Their prices are pretty good as well. For me personally, their support of Veterans is also just AWESOME!!! I would recommend this place hands down as the place to go.
