Repaired bearings and broke ABS sensors and wont take responsibility. Pointed out the bearing issue ($1500)with notation that brakes were good. My son, however, got charged $400 for a brake job when he returned the car for the ABS light coming on. Manager rude to customers. Always stressed and uptight. Pass the buck on responsibility.

Waited 1.5 hrs (with a scheduled "appointment") for oil change and finally asked for my key back. What I experienced and witnessed is the worst possible customer service! Will not go there again or recommend it to anyone. Beware!

I called up for just a price quote and spoke with Justin White. Not only did he give me great service but he and his guys stayed late to get a new set of tires on my wife's Tahoe. They have all my business for now on thanks to him and his crew. Thanks guy's

Technician didn't put my car in park, left it in drive and it rolled clear across the parking lot and almost hit an oncoming vehicle. Then he just shrugged his shoulders. Full Story--- Came in at 9am having scheduled an appointment online to have a oil change and wheel alignment and having received a confirmation text to then be informed by the manager than the website doesn't work and I don't have an appointment. The automated system confirmed it but it doesn't sync with their computers....you may want to fix that. He said he could fit me in though. 1. Weird thing. Then instead of taking down my name and number fully he quickly pulled up my works office number and info based off of my license plate that had covered an oil change before. So they then spend the day calling but they can't get ahold of me cuz they didn't ask for my info and said I was good to go. Finally I call at 1:00 to check and workout what they need from me. 9am car dropped up 6:30pm car is able to be picked. 2. Weird thing. To top it off...the technician doesn't put my car in park and it rolled across the parking lot and almost collided with an incoming car. When some other customers outside brought it to the technician attention...I kid you not...he shrugged his shoulders. The first manager was having a rough day and seemed very busy but did his best to be kind to me. The poor second manager when I went to pick up the car really didn’t know how to handle the car rolling away. They were nice enough but there's nothing like waiting for 6 hrs and your car rolling off by itself to make you realize I will never go to a Tire discounters again.

Got tired with them, ended up leaving to go get food and things from sitting there for 3 hours. No one ever called when my car was ready, when I picked up my car, my windows were down, all my little caps on my tires were gone, when they took the my spear out they didn’t put it back where it goes and broke a couple parts in my trunk. That was my second time going and both times didn’t have good service. Would not go back for the lack of respect for others belonging

On a road trip and all the dash lights came on. Barrista at Starbucks recommends you folks. Was treated so well and you fixed the problem same day.teally saved me. I will recommend you to Everyone.

This is a zero star rating- If you can avoid this place at all cost I would highly recommend you do. I took my truck in to get 4 new tires on it and was told that with the special they have running they would do an alignment as well great. Sat there for 2.5 hours to have them tell me I needed new break pads in the rear which is fine but my truck was no where close to being done finally after 4 hours it was done I paid and wanted to test everything out down the interstate and I'm glad I did. The truck was vibrating like no other and it sounded like my car door was open and when I looked over I noticed my mirror was hanging out a solid inch and half out of where it was supposed to be so they had to have done something to my mirror. I call and talk to the store manager and he claims they didn't touch it and told me to bring it back in and they would fix the vibration and look at my mirror I really appreciated that part. So I go back in and sit for another 2.5 hours for them to mess with my tires and look at my mirror. They claim its fixed and that my mirrors fold and that's what its supposed to do and I pointed out the other side is not like that and doesn't have a gap well we will check the cameras is what I got told. Next day I drive to work and the truck is vibrating yet again so here we go again I'm calling and asking why this isn't fix and told to bring it back in yet again. This time I have a friend follow me so I don't have to sit there all day again. Dropped it off at 10 and didn't hear anything until I called at 2:30 and got told yep it ready come get it. I arrive and thank them for fixing it and I walk out and my power running board is sticking out and I thought that was weird and I got in to start the truck and heard a giant crunching sound and when I opened my door it was my running board trying to retract. I go back in and ask what happened to my running board to the store manager and I was told I don't know how this could happen we didn't touch it. Well I didn't drop it off this way so he said they would look at it and I told him I would be waiting in my other truck right in the front to come and talk with me when they figure it out. After 30-45 mins truck comes back out and I can see the running board is still sticking out. I wait for someone to come talk to me or call but 20 mins go by and no ones talking to me. So I go in and ask and I'm told they don't know what's wrong with it nor can they fix it and I need to take it to a dealership and have the dealership look at it and deem if was something they did and that was it they tried shoving it off to be someone else's problem rather than owning up to the two things they broke on my truck. It was an employee that was sent out to me and I asked to speak with Justin he never came out and I had asked the employee for the regional mangers info because it don't seem as if anything was going to be accomplished here by the store manager. As the employee returns he tells me that Justin would not give me the regional mangers info because the regional manger did not want me to have it? Is this not a business? Seems very unprofessional so once again I asked to speak with Justin and the employee goes back to get him only to return moments later to tell me that Justin left. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had so now I have to pay money out of my pocket to fix someone's mistakes all because I needed new tires. Go somewhere else that will take better care of your vehicle because this is not the place that will.

My wife and I, seniors, had a tire warning light on our Subaru yesterday. We were miles from home on the south side of Louisville. We saw the Tire Discounters sign from the interstate and slowly drove there. Schyler and his team checked our warning light, our tires and found a screw in the right front tire. He removed the screw and fixed the tire so it would run safely. We expected that the tire would need to be replaced and have driven several hundred miles so far with no problems or alarm lights. Annoyingly, I got a nail stuck in my tire going through construction running so many errands. Amidst my crazy schedule, I called Tire Discounters off Preston to set up an appointment to have my car seen and they got me in within a few hours! Once my car was repaired, Manager Justin White took care of my balance!! Wow! I truly appreciated the quick repair, great customer service and taking care of my bill! Thank you!!

Note: This is really a zero-star review... We stopped at this location for a tire rotation and balance while traveling, but my tires were never rotated. To make matters worse, I learned that my tire warranty is void due to a mistake in the system. My warranty is voided do to someone having fat fingers who entered in the system (178502), in the words of Justin and that he would get a new invoice to me that day. See the picture shows 126497 so how in the world this happened. Justin asked me for my email address but never follow up. When I called back to speak with Justin, I was told he wasn’t in. He then asked was there anything he could help me with. I went on to tell him the situation and he in fact told me that Justin did, but when I told him that I never received the email, he told me, ma'am I really don't know am new here... Why not just be honest about the situation? Given this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Thanks for your response. I contacted support on 9/30/24 and awaiting resolution.

Have had several issues with the location. Recently, I discovered they installed a mismatched tire on my car, although they did put a brand new correct size on when I showed them free of charge, as they should. Every time I come in for a tire repair for a leak, I’ve NEVER had it be in a “repairable area” I’ve had to get a new tire and repurchase the road hazard. Which is fine, I’m getting a replacement for cheap, but I’d appreciate at least to be shown the tire damage and an explanation of why it isn’t repairable. I’ve also requested rotation/balance and then come to pick up the car with none of that being done. Of course I didn’t realize till I got on the highway that the imbalance was still there. Most recently, and probably the most dangerous thing to happen. I dropped my truck off yesterday for a rotation and balance. This is a spare vehicle that doesn’t get driven often. So I requested that a tire pressure check be done with the rotation and balance, as I knew they were low due to just sitting. Now being the next day, I noticed my front driver tire looked low, checked it and only 15psi was in it!!! Check the other 3, they were around 20psi! How can you have a vehicle come out of the shop with such low Psi!!?? Borderline dangerous. Tires are extremely important, and can be dangerous if not properly maintained. Luckily I’m not some elderly lady, and I pay attention. Do better tire discounters, people depend on you to do the right thing, their lives are in your hands. That being said, once these tires are worn, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Tire Discounters on Preston Highway. I easily got an appointment for next-day service, they took my car in immediately upon my arrival, and they fixed my issue within a brief amount of time.

Review update: I gave a scathing 1 star review of this place because I had a terrible experience that culminated into an even worse experience a week later. The manager at this location insinuated the problems were essentially my fault and told me I wouldn't be helped. I was ready to call lawyers but a wonderful regional manager called me about my issues, listened to my story, looked at the pictures, and apologized for the whole experience. He is even righting a wrong and reimbursing me for the subsequent issue that came up. The only reason I am changing my review is because as a whole tire discounters made it right, this particular location I might stay away from.

3pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Car not pulled into bay at 630pm. People arrived after me and had the same service before me. Terrible service. Didnt even rotate my tires. But at least they didn't charge me after almost 4 hours I guess?

My son got a nail in a tire right on a Friday evening. I took it in to be fixed. They got me in within a half hour and Justin, the general manager didn't even charge me for the repair. It's not the first time and won't be the last time we use this store! Thank you!

4 1/2 hour wait got there early to avoid this but for some reason they got cars that arrived after me in first.when i asked what was going on the guy at the desk said my car should have gotten in hours ago so they pulled my car in the bay and it just left it while they continued other cars instead of getting mine done. (8:30 am to 12:30)

Be sure to mark your tires prior to tire rotation with a black pen on the tire wall. Mine were not rotated as agreed. Receipt reads rotated. Hold the techs accountable. Be sure you get what your paying for. BEWARE!

This place was extremely busy all day long with only two workers plus the manager the manager's name was Justin he did a good job doing what he had to do but I was there for 9 hours am I problems still did not get solved which was not their fault I guess be prepared to be there for a long time if you go to this place

Felt awful since I didn't realize they closed early on Saturdays and came in fairly close to close wanting to pre pay for some tires. While there we realized the price I got online was contingent on having a TD credit card 😭 but Justin was absolutely awesome and patient and helped me sort everything out and get set up with some new tires that I'll be coming back for next weekend. Thanks so much! I've definitely been stressing about getting new tires and spending the money on it and this made everything so much easier and less stressful.

I’ve been wanting to try a new tire center so I decided to give TireDiscounters a try for a screw in my tire. It was very busy as a walk-in so Justin suggested I return with an afternoon appointment so that’s what I did. It was still busy but he got me in and out in little over an hour. Very upfront about how long you might wait, with later appointments available. Will go back when I need new tires!

Never heard of only 3yr coverage for road hazard on a tire. Figured road hazard was pro rated depending on tread. I'll buy tires elsewhere, not there.

Stopped in Wednesday to have a low tire fixed for a slow leak.. Manager said would be about 2 hour wait but said to make an appointment next day for 9:30 and could get to it right away..Showed up at 9:30 and the counter person said it would be 1 and a half hours before they could look at it..I ask why did you make an appointment if I was going to be placed behind all the others on the walk in list...?..Had no answer!..I bought these tires and brakes here but because of not honoring their appointment I will never do business with this company again...I took my car to Big O and they fixed it for me right away...I refuse to do business with a company like TireDiscounters because of their tactics of lieing just to get you back in their store.... Good Riddance...
