Called them on Thursday and asked them about a set of all terrains for my SUV. They had a almost new set of used tires at a great price installed. They held them for me until Saturday morning. It took them about half an hour and they were on and I was out of there. Very nice people, great prices and service.

These folks are solid!Have used there services multiple times and always pleased.These guys get you in and out quick!Just took in 2 small tractor tires to mount on rims;tire tech seen me,grabbed them,mounted and aired up in 5min.The best.

I’ve came here on multiple occasions and they always honor their quotes. They will get you the most tread for your price. They are straightforward, efficient, and accommodating. On one occasion, I called and was quoted $20 to repair a tire. When I got there, they informed me that my tire was from 2015 and because of that, they could not ensure their own repair, so they did it for free! Serg is one of the main two guys and he’s great! A very kind and honest tire shop. I’ll always pick Tire Empire for my used tires.

Been coming here for many many years(6+) for all of my wheel and tire needs for trucks, cars, trailers and even campers. Very fair prices and friendly staff. I refuse to go anywhere else for wheel and tire work.

Hit a nasty pothole (one of many) in west Gresham, which caused my rear tire to leak air rapidly. Tire empire was about a mile away and luckily I was able to drive it there safely. Took my car in immediately, fixed the flat, and had me out of there in under 20 minutes. All for $15.00. Friendly techs and shop manager. If you’re having tire issues, go to these guys!

I found this place on Google after Costco wouldn’t repair tire damage on a set we had bought from them less than two years earlier because they said it was too close to the sidewall and they would not just sell/replace just the one tire due to tread being too different. Instead, they wanted to sell us a new set for $1000. I drove to Tire Empire and told them we had a damaged tire and asked what they could do for us. They took a look and confirmed it was in a safe place to patch and $20/15 minutes later I was rolling out of there a new customer for life, will definitely be back there when it’s time to buy another set of tires!

I am very pleased with this service. They quickly answer calls, advise on questions, and greet you at the entrance. In my case, the tire valve stem was quickly and efficiently replaced and the air leak in the tire was completely eliminated. The staff and manager are friendly and professional 👍

I highly recommend Tire Empire. We had two bald front tires. They replaced them with two really nice ones. Did not jerk us around at all. Super quick. They did not over tighten the lug nuts. 20 minutes and we were back on the road. Thank you, Max, you really saved us!

This is a great used tire shop! They honored the quote they gave us over the phone. They are fast and efficient and have teenagers learning a trade and speeding up the process. Also, they let me look at my brakes on my own once the tires were off. And they didn't rip me off. I love the tires they sold me. Low road noise and lots of tread. Great place to get quality used tires! Thanks guys!

Am extremely happy with the service I was given, was given a great deal on all 4 tires. I pulled in talked with a worker they gave me a price, and had me out in under an hour. I will definitely be going back next time I need tires

Garbage. Standing in front of five guys for 12 minutes with no service no greeting no nothing still haven't talked to anybody. Two bays open one truck ahead of me. I'm sorry there's six guys.

I brought my car in for a suspected leak in the tire, After a thorough inspection I got an honest answer. There was no charge as my tire was ok but They definitely made a customer for life in that short period.

I’m from out of town and was visiting with family and ready to head back home when I noticed a clicking sound from my tire. I pulled off into the chevron gas station and realized there was a massive screw in my front tire. I got on Google and found this shop and realized it was across the street so I called and asked if they do tire repairs and they said yes and to come on over. I drove across the street and two gentleman were standing outside waiting for me and had me pull into their shop. Within 10 minutes of first noticing the sound and finding this shop, these very kind guys had my tire patched and sent me on my way without charge. INCREDIBLE customer service. I am very thankful for these gentleman. Truly saved the day for me!!!

Response: I am not lying. I'm assuming you guys lost my lug nut and just decided this one was close enough. It was not, sorry--your bad. Original Review: I had to come back because they replaced one of my lug nuts with the wrong one. I needed to get my tires off to fix my brakes; it's how I even noticed. I can not get this new nut off without some sort of key. When I arrived, they told me it's not the wrong nut, it was just stripped. Definitely not true, but whatever--they'll help me. They replace the nut only for me to get home and realize it's still not the right nut. I managed to get it off on my own. I will never be coming back.

Great service. I've went right after open twice in the last 3 months for low tires and both times received quick and friendly service. In and out in less than 30 minutes and $20 for the repair. These are my go to guys and I'll be returning when I need a full set

Amazing service, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I’ve come here multiple times for tire patches and recently bought a whole new set of tires here. Great prices and very timely with their service. I came here the evening before Christmas Eve right before they closed with a damaged tire and they helped me immediately! Love this place and recommend it to everyone!

I have used this shop approximately 10 times myself and probably referred 6 people to them. The pricing is always fair and reasonable, and they are always honest and work very quickly. I used to use Less Schwab, but between waiting anywhere from 2 to 4 hours for a tire change and the premium pricing I found that Tire Empire is a much better choice. And for anyone who may have a blowout or just needs one used tire. This is definitely the place to go. I’ve sent several people there. They also have custom ordered off-road tires for me and have a really nice inventory.
