Great and friendly service at this place. I picked up a screw in a tire and brought my car here. I thought for sure that I’d have to leave the car overnight, or at the very least it would be a few hours. Nope. They were super fast. 15 minutes in and out so I was super happy! If I need any work done in the future, this will definitely be my go-to for any future work.

Would have given them a 5,but employee didn’t put my tire key back where it was. In the back of vehicle where spare tire is. Instead put it on the driver door slot!! Why?? This thing is heavy!! Could have cracked the plastic on the door. Shame on you!!

My car started acting weird yesterday I pulled over to the tire guys and the lady at the front desk was amazing, she came out popped my hood checked a few things and together figured out what was wrong with my car. Thx goodness it was only a loose hose. Thank you again

Trash , took my truck there to find out a about sound I heard, they told me an axel so I let them fix it ,Brittany told me they fixed and and test drove it but didn't make it out the parking lot before I heard the sound ,so they replaced the part again, less then 100 miles on the road it's back, they lied to me for weeks about reaching out to my warranty, said they was working on it, I called myself 3 weeks later and they told me the claim was inactive because they never called back , so I paid 900 for a few items of work let I'm still in need of my original problem to be fixed, don't waste your time.

I took a set of custom-made 18 in rims and tires to have mounted and balanced. I was told they could handle it. Keep in mind that these rims took 6 mo to have made and cost a lot!! The tech was up front and showed me two rims that he messed up during tire mounting. Props for being honest, but that doesn't help the fact that now i have some rims that look like someone curbed them. One Rim was gouged pretty good on the inside, and the other the chrome was peeled on the outer lip. I got home, cleaned them up and inspected them closer, and found that there were more knickes and scratched on them. Then, to top it off, one of the valve stems is leaking after I was assured he checked them. I'm not taking back there to have redone and take the chance if the rims are getting even more beat up. I would not suggest this place . Update. The manager texted me and told me that the owners would be calling me to try to resolve the issue. They never did. That was three weeks ago. The only way to resole the issue would be to replace or repair the damaged two rims being they took on the responsibility and said it would be no problem. If they don't offer to do so, then there is no use in contacting me anyway! They probably know this, and that's why the owners have not done so.

Tire Guys restored my faith in the auto repair industry. They took care of all my needs, 4 tires, rim restoration, alignment and oil change. Everyone was professional. Brittany went above and beyond for me. I watched them comfort a distraught customer about the repairs and they worked with them on their needs. I was in and out in a day. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to get me in. They took the time to help me figure out what was best for me and fair for them. They took the time to initiate a repairs claim and approval process with AllState's extended care process. This was the easiest trip I've ever made to get complete auto care service. The prices, the quality, and the environment made getting the repairs I needed worth going there. I will definitely go back here for any service I need and the future. I have already recommended them to a few people and I will going forward. Thank you Tire Guys!

I came in with an expensive tire job I thought because, I had no brakes and walked out with a $97 bill. They could have screwed me but, they just drained my brakes and fixed the issue. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!! There amazing from the front office to the back workers.

Talked to Shawn about the problem I was having, he said he would do a diagnostic test, found out it was my rear brakes fixed it .Brittany was also very friendly and helpful. Stellar 🙂

THEY BLEW MY MOTOR! I brought my car in here to get it repaired because it kept cutting out. They test drove my car and they blew the motor and they tried to say that my oil had metal flakes in it and was dirty. Then show me I see you have metal flakes and you're well, I said yeah of course after you blew my motor going to have metal flakes! Then said that I didn't keep enough oil in it when I checked it all the time. Because I know oil and coolant are the life of the motor and you must change it frequently. When I know for sure I treated that car like my baby I changed my oil and coolant I kept an eye on everything the level of both very frequently and I had 200k miles on it. the reason why I had two hundred thousand I took care of it. The mechanic took it for a test drive, and drove it way too hard. Car has 200,000 miles you can't be aggressive with a car with so many miles. So anyways I was out of a car now, thanks to Tire Guys .. I asked if they could give me another used motor, the owner Taz decided that he didn't really care and we can just take your car and we won't charge you for any work we did on it . I used to go to them all the time and spend my money there ... this is a shame, I don't recommend going there unless you want to take the chance of them blowing your motor... Then you have to junk your car.

Extremely impressed with the service and kindness of this company. I got a flat on 71 south and limped my car to their shop. Brittany was so kind and helpful, they got the tire replaced and I was out the door within 45 mins. Great service, great price, great people.. 10/10 recommend highly.

Had a roadside emergency while passing through Columbus. Navigated to The Tire Guys by chance. Brittany and team made sure I was back on the road quickly and safely. At the end of a long week of travel, I decided to have my ‘moment’ on Brittany. She was so very kind and helpful when she didn’t have to be. Thank you loads and loads for getting me home safely.

I came in for a very strange noise coming from the back of my truck. Went to another mechanic who said it was a whole different part that was not even bad and charged me for a non essential repair. I came here anxious, frustrated, and down on my luck. Upon entering I was greeted by a warm smile and helped immediately. They found the problem, worked with me on the price, and explained everything to me in a way a non-mechanic could understand. If you’ve had bad mechanic experiences, financial problems, or want a professional who strives to give the best service at a fair price, please give this a shot. And you can thank me later!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Car is in the shop and instead of calling me and talking to me about prices and parts that need to be done, they "fixed" everything and quoted me well over 1000 dollars more than what we talked about they done this twice. This was after they already made me pay 500 dollars more than originally planned. They continue to "do more" and yet keep my car.
