Jay is very rude to his customers he acts like he is doing us a favor by selling us tires. You will get better service and better prices at Costco.

Beyond upset I had an appointment for an alignment today at 11 showed up at 10:55 the guy just took my keys and hung them up asked him at 11:25 what was going on due to my car still being parked outside and them not working on my car yet when I had an appt . He said that they had to work on 2 other cars in the shop then 3 cars outside then they would get to my car . I had made an appointment for this reason and for them to not start it at all I get that people run behind sometimes but keep your customers updated and keep in mind if one has an appointment

I had to wait until a worker got off their lunch to get a used tire so I went across the street and they did it right then.

I highly recommend Tire Guys. Abdul took great care of me. Bought a set of Firestone tires and had them mount them for me on my Fiat Pop 500. They did a great job and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I'll be going there again next time I need tires.

So I sent my daughter to get my tire plug. I bought my tires from there they get free plug service and free rotation. They told my daughter about a patch but I sent her there for a plug so they charged her $20 for the service then didn’t explain to her about it when I pacifically told her to get a plug and then I spoke to the manager jay he said he will refund her back her money and then I checked her bank account. It is now May 15. She still hasn’t got the refund back when I go back and look at the receipt that he gave me the receipt. It’s just a print out of her transaction so he basically lied and stated he was refunded back the $20 that they got my daughter for . They got over on my child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Buyer beware. In January I purchased a set of 4 tires from them. They sent me to a shop on 47th and Franklin. I went back to shop a day later told them I had vibrations while driving at freeway speeds. I asked if the could recheck the balance of tires. They said the issue was I needed an alignment. I asked them what if the alignment would not fix my issue. They only said it's an alignment issue. I finally got an alignment and I still had the vibrations, called the alignment shop and they said that it most likely the tire balance. I called Tire Guys and explained them what happened, and they told me that they could not find a record of me purchasing tire from them. I asked for a direct number to the Franklin location and no one answered the phone. What I find strange that even though I purchased the tires from the Florin location they claimed they could find no record of my purchase even though I'm looking at my invoice from them. This whole experience with them is very shady. Maybe that's why they only have 8 review, most likely not even real. Hope this helps others.

Went in for a lift kit and new tires and was amazed with the quality and the deal I got . The rep Abdul did a good job and helped me weigh my options and get a lift kit that suits my truck best. Definitely recommended to all my friends and family.

I just purchased a new Jeep JL Rubicon and knew I had to get wheels and tires for it right away. I spent countless hours online looking at different mods/builds, but did not know which style wheel and tire to go with. I was referred to the Tire Guys Gallerie by a close friend and I was completely taken away by how nice and stylish this place was. There was tons of wheels and tires on display all over the showroom floor and I immediately knew I had come to the right place. There was two employees inside (one was the owner Wasif) who greeted me right when I walked inside the store. I told them what sort of look I wanted for my Jeep and they jumped right into action showing me all sorts of different wheels and styles. They were even able to place wheels next to my vehicle so I could have a better idea of what I wanted. I ended up going with a 20 inch wheel and tire package + install that was very well priced. Most of the websites I looked at online quoted me a higher price without shipping and installation. I can’t wait to see what my Jeep will look like when the wheels and tires are installed! Thank you Tire Guys! What I also found pretty cools was that they have a few TV’s inside the store that live stream the work being done to your vehicle. PS This place is super knowledgeable and I regret not coming to the Tire Guys Gallerie first. I would have saved the countless hours I spent looking at wheels online.

Wow finally a shop that has a modern day concept. Great feel and look in the shop! A luxurious shop and feel but the prices are still reasonable. Great customer service and they do not try to rip you off! I went to check this place out since my barber is right next door. I was greeted by Wasif and right away was greeted politely and no way did it feel like I was being over sold or pushed to buy anything. After about an hour I decided to purchase some Ferrada wheels and man they look amazing! Great shop! Great feel! Great service!
