Came here and got 4 new tires for a great deal. Also came with free tire rotation and flat repair. Seen the front desk guy was really helpful and offer water and help to us. I recommend coming here if you need some new rims and tires!

Beware when buying from this place super pushy trying to add on other services not even needed very shady with the price false advertisement tacking on and adding unnecessary fees not previously stated and through the door trying to rip off people that don’t know any better just anyone if you go here be aware !

I had such a great experience with Sam. I have been looking for a set of wheels for my new car and have been in contact with him through IG. He was very prompt and always answered any questions I had, helped with recommendations and gave me quotes on multiple wheel and tire set ups. I give this place 5 stars I will def do business with them. Thank you for all your help.

Spare yourself and go to another place! Terrible customer service. Long story short, ordered some wheels from them online. I placed the order, and they realized that their site reflected more tires than they actually had, and they could only supply 3 out of 4 wheel. They contacted me to see if I wanted to go through with the order. I did a quick google search and found what I thought was an extra tire elsewhere. I thought I'll just order the extra wheel from this other vendor. Simple solution - right? I called Tire Guys back, told them my solution and they were like okay sounds great. Turns out, Tire Guys sources stuff from essentially the same warehouse as all the other wheel distributors in the country. So these are the last 3 wheels in that color, size, and bolt pattern *in the country*. The other vendor calls me and says that they can't complete the order because there is no stock (Tire Guys sent me the last 3, so they can't send me a 4th because it just doesn't exist). I put all this together and call Tire Guys to explain it over the phone that I have to return the wheels and they should've explained things a bit better. The guy on the phone insists that they cant accept a return and there's nothing they can do about it. He said he would try to call the distributor to see what they can do. This is the last time I talked to him on the phone as they have now not been answering my calls OR emails for over a week. On their website, it says they have a CLEAR 7-day refund policy. So I decided to drive from Oakland to Sacramento (an hour and a half) to drop this off because these guys have now gone unresponsive with me. I drive all the way over on my day off to drop them off just for the guy working the desk to say that they don't process refunds but that the guy who handles their online orders doesn't work on the weekends. He said its my issue, they aren't responsible, and I need to get in contact with him. Mind you, I've been calling and emailing this guy for over a week with no response. At this moment in time, anyone with even the most basic understanding of customer service would say, "sorry for the hassle, we will get this returned and figure it out". Because of that I had to drop the wheels off on their premises *as instructed by another one of their employees*, and initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Total sleazy move. Luckily I have all this documented and they have a refund policy clearly stated on their website. These guys have demonstrated really bad ethics and some of the worst customer service I've encountered.

Buyer beware. This company sells tires that are new, but that are more than 6 years old!! A simple Google search will tell you that having tires that old is dangerous. Tried reaching out to them many times no response. Bad service. Take your money somewhere else.

Best tire buying experience I've ever had. These guys handle BUSINESS! They're quick, friendly, knowledgeable,very professional, they were transparent and honest. I drove from San Jose based on a word of mouth experience from my friend and The Tire Guys absolutely did not disappoint 👏 Do yourself a huge favor and call these people before you deal with anyone else. I was shocked at how much money they saved me on top quality tires for my Chrysler 300-C. Thanks again, Tire Guys!

To be completely honest, I felt treated like a joke from the moment I walked in. My first experience with Tire Guys went relatively well. Acima came through for a reasonable price, & the majority of the staff treated me with kindness & respect. However, the salesman did put an unnecessary amount of pressure on me to purchase more than I initially intended to buy. I understand this is to be expected from any salesman, but I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m stupid. It’s nothing personal, just a bit disappointing. Have a great day 🕊️

👎🏼👎🏼 called over the phone to set up an appointment for an alignment, gave my cars make and model, they told me an alignment would start off at $80 for my Lexus. They mentioned if it were to cost more than that they would break it down. Once I get there I tell them my information and they look at my car tell me everything’s good and now the price was $120. Of course I asked them to break it down for me and he said it’s because it was a Lexus. I told him that was not the price given over the phone when I mentioned I had a Lexus. He then double checked my information and changed his answer and said it was $80 again. They also do not do the alignment on site, however no one explained this. I just saw my car drive away from the shop and had to ask where they were taking it (further down the street). I’m not sure if they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman or if they’re truly dishonest but I would not recommend.

Unfortunately, I took my vehicle in for an alignment and the steering wheel wasn't straight. They said that maybe it was something else in the suspension, but they where unsure what it was. Took the vehicle to another alignment shop and now my steering wheel is straight. I was under the assumption alignment was not done correctly, and they guy lied to my face and said it was, even though he was nowhere around the vehicle while it was getting the alignment done. I did not make a big deal about it, just lost out on the money for the alignment for a poor job done.

This spot is garbage not professional at all order decals for tires and payed 700$ for install dropped my car off at 9:30am payed for the towe there came back at 5:30 car was still not ready while waiting decals were just put on not even setting for the adhesive to dry wording was incorrect glue everywhere told them about it as soon as I notice my decals read sca tpack with a space in the middle the installer got mad he said that’s how it goes showed him a picture then he was quiet when driving off the inner wheel rail was rubbing from the damage they did when lifting my car I was told somebody would call me Monday this was Saturday for the install so I had to wait driving off with my car looking hella crazy Monday comes I get the run around saying the boss will be In At 11:30 then he not there then I call back and they say he will call me in 5min still no call it’s Monday night now 10:17pm at this point I want a full refund but there playing this place is garbage also decals fell off when I got home this crazy how they take advantage off people

Honest workers. I came in & they told me I had two Nails in two of my tires But after inspecting them, they Were honest and told me that the nails did not Completely penetrate the tires. Therefore, they did not try to upsell me on patch work or new tires like most shops would have. Very respectful and accommodating gentleman. 10/10

Sales service was nice and easy. As for the installation process, it felt rushed and it in fact was rushed when I went in to my nearby shop for a rattling sound. Upon searching for the metallic sound, we found it to be the TPMS sensor knocking around inside. It was secured to the rim with packing tape lmao… If you’re going to take shortcuts because you broke the mount, at least inform me to come in another time for it instead of tarnishing my time and your image P.S. this place closes earlier than 6 EDIT: months later and wondered why my wheels wobbled after numerous balancings, had to have California wheels fix what this shop couldn’t do. That being installing hub centric rings on my wheels, something beginners should know. Avoid these guys
