I showed up to the shop on 11/26/24 just about an hour prior to closing due to low tire pressure. Despite being very busy, the mechanic stopped what he was doing to assist me. After putting air in my tires he also did a visual check and realized I had a nail in one tire. He offered to patch my tire despite it was almost time for them to close. The staff was courteous and very professional. They will definitely have my business again in the future!

I was in much need of help with a flat tire. I called before coming. I got good clear assistance bought my tire and was serviced swiftly. Good customer service is number one for me and my experience was awesome. Thank you all so much. You have a definite returning customer.

When I entered the building nobody acknowledged me. Mind you everyone looked at me when I came in. It was someone in line so I sat down….when someone else came in they helped that person…. I don’t know if I gotta be be white to be acknowledged and helped but definitely wasn’t finna spend my money at tire kingdom.

Andreas and his team have really raised the level of customer service and continue to provide quality vehicle repair and preventative maintenance for our family vehicles. Since he took over as manager, our experience has been consistent enough that we only use the dealership when we have no other choice. We appreciate the effort they put in to treat us as valued customers while keeping our vehicles safely on the road. Gabe and Ed are two of our go to technicians we look towards making the best evaluation and resolution of any issues we may be having with our cars.
