Tire blew out on the highway, brought the car in Joe had my new tire order and picked up without any delay. Great customer service and good people!

I made an 8 am appointment and arrived at 0805. I was told that they had "several" Enterprise vehicles that come first. When I added that I did make an appointment, the employee talked to me like I was the one who didn't understand what an appointment was and he said those cars "were already here" and it would take "hours" for my tire rotation. When I tried to clarify why they would allow people to make appointments, he snidely said "It's two different systems" with the "duh" at the end of his sentence implied. I'm not sure why they wouldn't block off time so that customers weren't expecting to be assisted at their appointment time - but the rudeness really added salt into the wound of my wasted morning.

i came in after a short-lived experience in poor customer service at a nearby firestone. the guy behind the counter was incredibly polite and his team were super- efficient. they got me back on the road in less than an hour.

These guys saved the day! We found a flat tire on our car and at seven thirty at night, and they had us in and out within half an hour. Very great service can't say we appreciate them enough!!!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, staff is incredibly rude and after an all nighter in my broke down car with no tows because of a storm, I finally get here after being quoted a price and was told I was lying basically and told me 6x more and was not at all manager material. His name is Joe and I hope he doesn’t ruin anyone else’s day like he did mines with his negative unprofessional ignorance.

Grant and Joe are excellent 👌🏾 Informative and provided excellent service. Oil change and tire change. 30 minute max. I'm scheduled to come in for breaks and I'm sure service will be consistent as usual

My husband and I had to come in on short notice because we busted a tire on the road. They got us in ASAP and were very helpful during this very stressful situation(aka pre-hurricane prep + hours of already being on the road + flat tire). Seriously the best customer service ever!
