Been a Tire Kingdom customer for 3yrs. After speaking with Cory on the phone, I brought my car over to have it serviced. I drove specifically to this location even though there was a Tire Kingdom on Normandy Blvd, closer to my house. The Tire Kingdom on Southside Blvd was timely and had far superior service. Restored my trust in the brand.

My vehicle was making a noise whenever I hit a bump, so they replaced the struts and stabilizer bars, additionally they did an alignment. I noticed the steering wheel wasn't straight when going down the road but thought maybe the road had a slight slant. A couple of days later, a different noise started, and I noticed the struts didn't quite look right. They found the struts didn't quite match the originals, so they ordered some from a different supplier and installed them, again doing an alignment, and again, my steering wheel was in a cocked position. The manager, Matt, seemed very disengaged and ignored the mechanic when he asked him if he knew what else it could be. They reported that one of my controller arms was cracked, and that's what was causing the noise. A neighbor and I replaced the controller arms but didn't find any fault with the originals. The noise continued. After examination found the nuts on the stabilizer bars were loose. After tightening, the noise went away. I then brought my vehicle to a different Tire Kingdom and paid to get the alignment done again. Afterward, the steering wheel was straight.

I had a tire deflating very quickly and noticed it as I was driving down Southside Blvd and turned into Tire Kingdom. The guys there were helpful and had my tire fixed within 2o minutes. In and Out! Thank you Tire Kingdom!

Went for a wheel alignment and it didn't go so well, so I have to take it back to have it corrected. It's all good because they offer a three month warranty on the alignment, even if they do it right the first time. Mine wasn't done right but I am sure they will fix it whenever I get time to go back. 🫤
