So very pleased with the customer service that we received at this location. Very friendly and professional. Also happy that they were opened on Sunday and could accommodate us in our emergency. I watched the staff interact with numerous customers while I was waiting for my service to be finalized.... every customer was treated well.

I've gone to this location for years before they were owned by Mavis but after my last visit there in August '24 I thought that would be my last -- other commenters list the negative experiences I too, encountered (including the reverse-mounted tire). Today I visited for an alignment check, choosing to go there again for the ability to make an online appointment and how can you screw up an alignment? It appears this place has turned around. The lot is full again, employees are engaged, and customers are getting the service they pay for. The alignment I thought I needed? Low tire pressure so they double-checked the tire for leaks and handed me the keys. A few months ago, I'm sure they would've just done an alignment. There is oversight and management; they seem to have their priorities in the right place. Earl, Cindy, team, keep up the good work.

What should have been a simple tire replacement turned into a frustrating ordeal. First, it took days to get the work done, which is unacceptable for such a straightforward service. Then, they worked on the wrong tire, which added even more unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they called me multiple times to clarify details they should have gotten right the first time, and I was charged for an extra tire that I neither needed nor authorized. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Kind and honest people working here. Don’t look anywhere else. Paul helped me with my tires and went above and beyond. Didn’t even charge me for the extra work he did.

The front guys are super friendly. John did my checks for brakes and ran multiple tests. I really feel this place didn't try to jib me into paying more money for something I didn't need. Paul also was super friendly front desk guy. There was one more guy I don't have his name is the one who came up with solution to run 1 more test before making a conclusion. Saved me over $500. Thank u. The best tire kingdom around

I needed 4 new tires. After shopping and searching online. Tire Kingdom had the best deal and the location happens to be less than 2 miles from my house. Earl greeted me, explained everything in detail and assured me my car would be ready on time. He definitely delivered...this is now my go to car maintenance shop!

I’m from Sarasota after losing my car to hurricane Milton and evacuating here. My girlfriend’s car had many issues. After being recommended here. The manager Q was very understanding and wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The shop guys noticed my tires were splitting and gave me a really great deal. Everyone was very helpful and kept me really informed on our vehicle.

I’ve been staying with my family after being evacuated and a family member noticed I needed new tires. I made my way to Tire Kingdom where the manager Q greeted me with a smile. After calling around Q gave me the best deal on my tires in the area and gave me quick and exceptional service would recommend to anyone in a pinch.

I came into Tire Kingdom in need of help with my tire. I called ahead of my appointment and I was assured by Q that I could be seen ASAP and they would be able to assist. I was pressed for time and needed service handled immediately. Q was an obliging person with a fantastic service! Overall I couldn’t have been more please with Tire Kingdom they helped me where FireStone told me they wouldn’t be able to help until later that day. The cost of having my tire looked at was inexpensive and everything handled with speed. Hands down I give Tire Kingdom 5 stars! They are the best!

I walked in because I suddenly got a nail in my tire on my way from commuting from uni. I was immediately served and after a quick look at my tire, they repaired it and I was out in 30 minutes! Little to no wait, and I was in and out before I knew it. Def recommend getting your car serviced here 👌

After years of awesome service, this location has gone downhill! The manager is lazy and very disrespectful to the customer. They sold me a battery that wasn't needed. It was the alternator. When I took it back, the manager hid in his office! Mavis isn't doing a good job hiring.

I had a great experience today concerning a flat tire repair. The work was completed in a timely manner. I enjoyed a nice waiting area. All employees were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this business.

I made an appointment on Friday for Sunday at 9 AM. I arrived there at 8:30 sat there for 30 minutes before they open and another customer came in at 8:57 and they took him First. Then there’s short staff telling me it will take me an hour and a half before they get to my truck. If I could give them zero stars, I would Waste my time and effort. It was supposed to be drop it off in 10 minutes. Drive off simple tire rotation. The point of making an appointment is so you don’t have to wait for other customers they give you a certain time for you to come in and they’ll service you right away not to wait an hour and a half To get service.

I was in the middle of moving got a flat , when to the closest tire shop. I'm so glad it was tire kingdom, cuz the guy there was like no problem! Immediately Got me in and out in snap. I'm back to work, thanks Earl

I've been here multiple times over the years, through 3 cars, and have never received bad service! I got a nail in my tire today and needed a quick patch. They got me in in 30mins and Kenneth was quick to fix it right up!
