Woke up to the surprise of a low pressure indicator on one of the tires on my wife’s vehicle. Did a vehicle swap so I could have hers repaired on my way into work. Preferred to patch it instead of plugging it myself - so I dropped it off at this Tire Kingdom with no advance call or appointment. Had the convenience of walking to work a couple of blocks away on Riverside Avenue. They called me back shortly thereafter to let me know the repair was already complete and ready for me to pick up. Upon picking it up the car was ready to go, (I believe his name was) Josh was kind enough to say ‘no charge’. I was not a recent customer and did not buy my tires from there… But their quality service will bring me back there again in the future. I left a little something for the technician who performed the repair, to grab a sandwich or beverage after work. I’ll return to this Tire Kingdom.

These guys really took great care of my car and were very professional and proficient. The wait time was also fast. I will be bringing my car back to this location if there are any other issues in the future and I recommend to all if you want fast, professional, and great service!

I must say this team is very efficient, friendly, respectful, and always seem to make my experience a very positive one. They have a great group of skilled and knowledgeable mechanics who are always greet you with a smile. This is an awesome place!! I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Josh helped with my tire when I got a nail in it out of nowhere! He also replaced my windshield wipers all while I was at work and kept me updated on everything. Thank you so much to Josh and I will definitely be here again for any further help I need!

Brought my car in due to a nail in the tire. It turned out that the nail didn’t end up puncturing the tire— yay! I appreciate their honesty and will be bringing my car back for future appointments.

My second time there. Got two new front tires here and an alignment. Scheduled an appt at 8:00AM, did some paperwork, got out of there at 8:10. Then at 10:00AM I came back and got my car. It was surprisingly quick and car rides much better now. Everyone was really nice and helpful there, not pushy at all.

Unfortunately I have to change my review the first time was great! But the guy that was supposedly helping me was rude and not listening to me about my car. I needed something simple to fix so I can take it to my original mechanic and he was being absolutely rude. Please don’t take your car to this place they are unprofessional.

Unfortunately got a piece of metal stuck in my tire & Shay was amazing and helped me patch up my tire in a timely matter. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind as well! Great location & will definitely be back(:

Stopped in this afternoon for an alignment. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it done today. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in. Customer service was great. They had one person ahead of me. Everyone was professional. They offered great service at a good price.
