Great service! Super honest and helpful. I went to another place for an oil change and they botched the job. I came to this tire kingdom to figure out what was going on and they got the problem fixed, put more oil in. I will be a long term customer!

I came in for an unexpected tire repair and because of their positive attitude, and my day was not ruined. Gerald was great at explaining everything that could be fixed on my car and whether I needed to do it right now or I could wait. I was very content that they did not take advantage of me being a female and try to convince me to do all sorts of things to my car. They were very quick to get my car maintenance running and get me on my way ! I won’t dread going back for my next oil change or car maintenance anymore ! The waiting area was pretty clean!

I just had one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had with any certified tire company. I was in need of immediate assistance these guys took care of me fast. John the assistant manager was very professional, proficient, and extremely nice and helpful. Also there is also a John there that helped me there that is a mechanic that was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was top tier service and I recommend if anyone is in need for service mechanically, or for amazing prices on tires go to tire kingdom on phillips hwy and ask for John the assistant manager and also John the mechanic and I can guarantee you will be satisfied .. you will thank me later

Came in for an AC problem and Jerald helped me out. Wait was super short and the service was exemplary. As a woman, it can feel frightening to go to a car shop on my own, but Jerald and the guys in the shop talked me through the repair process step-by-step. They’ve definitely made a lifetime customer of me!

STAY AWAY. Would leave 0 if possible. These guys are scammers and will attempt to remove parts on your car to get you to do business with them. Came for a quote to have a water pump leak assessed and they completely removed the water pump without any consent or discussion on doing so. Gerald the manager proceeded to chalk it up to “miscommunication” between him and the mechanic. This caused me 3+ hours of waiting in the lobby with no accommodations of any help. Gerald’s first recommendation was to agree on a price to have them complete the work since it was off already. VERY SHADY
