I was in a pickle with a flat tire in the evening. The store was closing and I was going to have to wait 75 minutes for Roadside Assistance. Even though the shop was closing, they got me in and out in no time and helped me out so I wouldn't have to wait. A special thanks to Johnson Smith and his assistant who helped me out without hesitation. They were very friendly and it was nice to be greeted with smiles at the end of a long work day. Thank you!!!!

Zach in the office was fantastic, and they quickly took care of a tire patch on a Sunday afternoon. We've also purchased tires here before and have been very pleased. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location.

I've been going here for various car needs for a while, have always received great service, and this last time was no different. I came in with a nail in my tire and Zach and Johnson helped me with professionalism and courtesy in a timely way. They also did not pressure me to buy anything unnecessary. This is one of the things I've always appreciated about this Tire Kingdom.

Got a hole in my tire while traveling to West Palm Beach and pulled into here a few minutes before they were about to close. Zach was super helpful and took me right in and patched the tire staying past closing time. It was great to have such great service and to be treated so well by these guys. 👍😊

I came in a few weeks ago with very low tire pressure and a suspicion that there was a leak in my tire. The tricky thing was that this was around an hour before this location closed and I could not wait until the morning to get this taken care of as I needed to drive down to Miami that evening for a work contract. Zack was so incredibly helpful and made sure my tire got taken care of before close. It turned out there was a very small nail in the tire causing a leak and he was able to remove it and patch it up for me. I've since driven back and forth from Miami multiple times and the tire is still holding strong. Thanks so much to Zack and the team here!

Zach made my stress levels drop! We had a blowout in the rear tire that tore a part of the back bumper off and not only did he get my tire fixed he also helped me tape the bumper back together so it wouldn’t hang, but wait it doesn’t stop there; He has a body shop place that can fix the whole thing next day. One more small detail, this location has wheel locks for your car just incase you don’t have yours. Just above and beyond. I brought my own tire and he didn’t even charge me to put it on. Auto shops should take notes this was probably the best place customer service I’ve ever had. THANK YOU ZACH!! 10/10 RECOMMEND

Needed a battery and Tire Kingdom was on my list for a professional to work on my Subaru. Zack, an employee at this Jupiter location picked up fast, asked the right questions, was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Shook my hand and off I went. They looked busy but I was in and out in 20. I will be going back - very happy with the service and professionalism.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Multiple family members and friends have had AWFUL experiences as well. The latest being having to wait 6 hours (WITH an appointment) for a simple tire change/rotation after being repeatedly quoted 2 hours during that time period. Another almost had their engine blow up after they got home because an important part wasn't put back in. One more had an engine ACTUALLY blow up because oil was poured into the wrong spot. Save yourself and your vehicle and don't use any Tire Kingdom.

Needed to purchase new tires for Nissan Pathfinder, did some online pricing to get idea. Saw other google reviews and decided to go to Tire Kingdom Jupiter/Dixie Hwy and glad I did. Andrew greeted me and I explained situation. And he provided some options and pricing, warranty. Felt pricing and options were very fair. Plus they could complete the job that day.

Wow! This location is one of my favorite tire kingdoms. The staff here is truly incredible! They always take care of my every need in a timely matter. I also want to thank the store manager, Johnson Smith for being so attentive. I will definitely keep coming back to get more service done!
