Awesome experience here. they fit me in for a tire rotation and made it as quick as possible so i didn’t have to wait long. Severino, Juan, and Ozy provided amazing customer service. I will definitely be back. Glad to have a good tire place in Miami Dade

I'd like to add my praise to the list of glowing reviews for this branch of Tire Kingdom. Fortunately, I haven't needed to use it often, probably because they are so excellent, but my experience today in getting a flat fixed was as good as it can get. Sebastian took charge of the repair, which was done professionally while I went to work on the nearby Metrorail. When I came in to pick up the car, the display of wiper blades near the door reminded me that I needed a new passenger-side blade. Juan confirmed the size I needed and installed it on the spot while Sebastian was ringing up the charges, which were quite reasonable. The team could not have been more helpful and courteous. This shop is a gem.

Juan Pablo the store manager is nothing short of amazing. Sebastian and Pedro were also very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Juan was generous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in my time of need. His number 1 concern was patient satisfaction and he ensured both my issue was resolved along with ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. Everyone involved in my car repair was very nice and can’t thank the team enough.

Quick, No hassle and competitive priced. Took my car for an oil change and TPMS sensor replacement and the team took care of me quickly and very professionally. I’m glad that Goodyear on the same block told me they were “too busy” and they didn’t have the equipment to do the change of my sensor. They did me a favor because I gave Tire Kingdom a chance and they exceeded my expectations. Definitely taking my car back here again.

The fixed a flat for a reasonable price. Clean, friendly and efficient operation. I was really surprised when I learned Mavis owned the place.

Great service!! They took care of me right away and got everything done as quick as possible. I really appreciate this because I went to another place close by and they told me they couldn’t see me until tomorrow. I will always choose this Tire Kingdom when I have an issue.

Service was great the employees are kind and attentive. Offered me coffee and cold air conditioning. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is the time it took to do the service. Considering that I changes all 4 tires it would take a reasonable amount of time. However it wass still too much

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I arrived 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire, and they were very attentive. By 10 a.m. the next morning, they had my car ready in perfect condition. Thank you!

Huge shoutout to Juan, Ozy, and Sebastian! Usually have a good experience at this location yet these guys went above and beyond to offer a great customer experience for me. They were very kind the moment I walked in and thoroughly listened to what my concerns/needs were with my vehicle. They talked me through the whole process with what needed to be fixed/addressed and made me feel welcome the entire time I had to wait. The service was fast and I felt assured that all my vehicle’s needs were met before I left. Thank you again to Juan, Ozy, and Sebastian - y’all are the best. Would highly recommend the customer service from these guys anytime.

I called the Tire Kingdom store in Coral Gables (3753 Bird Rd) today. I needed to replace a flat tire in my Kia K5 GT right away. Sebastian took my call, was very professional, and helped me find the tire I needed. I asked Sebastian if he could have the tire installed today, and he told me to just bring the car in. He had it done in less than 30 minutes as promised, and got me back on the road again. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Tire Kingdom and special assistance provided by Sebastian.

I had showed up before they were open with an almost flat tire. The gentleman there let me in to wait until the place opened They fixed the tire even though it was in a bad position. They were very nice and helpful.

I shopped around 7 auto shops to fix my AC compressor, starter, dashboard lights, etc. Juan at Tire Kingdom gave me the best quotes and even advised against making unnecessary fixes. Instead, he pointed out other things about my car (axle) that actually needed immediate attention. I think he is very fair and honest.

Just came from Tire Plus and left because the person who attended was very rude and unhelpful. I had an urgent flat tire and was looking for prices for 4 new tire for a Cadillac and 4 for an FJ Cruiser. Been customers of them for years at North Miami. So I went across the street and meet Sebastian and Ozzy. There where very polite and professional. Got my flat fixed immediately and they gave me the prices that I needed for the 8 tires. They just gained a new customer. It’s so easy to be nice than rudeness Thank you Sebastian and Ozzy. I

The whole team was incredible with me. I came here because a part under the front of my car broke. They checked the car in minutes and fix it in a fast time too. The mechanic Ozy, Juan and another worker talked to me in an honest way about what was happening with my car. They did a great job 👏🏻. I have come more than one time here and they have good prices. I always come here because it is hard to find honest mechanics. Highly recommended it. Thank you guys.
