Wow, what an amazing customer service. I was there today for a leak on one of my car tires, and not only the Tire Kingdom crew took care of the issue right away (fortunatelynothing was found on the tire), but they didn't charge me anything, Dale, the assistant manager and the two service managers, are very professional and courteous. I totally recommend this Tire Kingdom location. Now that they are open on Sundays as well. Thank you guys!

I have bought tires from here before. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and Homel fixed it for me. He explained that there was a small nail in it and he was able to repair it Homel was not only an expertise at his trade , he was also extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom to everyone!!

All the other times that I have been here have been fantastic! Best experience with a mechanic shop. However, today really changed my experience. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for all of my brake pads to be replaced. My last appointment in September for an oil change I was quoted $169 per axle. When I called the gentleman had told me that “oh that deal is not that great anymore. We have a better deal and it’s for $188 all around.” I was shocked and confirmed that I even heard that right because everyone else is charging wayyyy more than that. He said yes it’s all around brake pads to be replaced. So I scheduled the appointment for this morning and when I got there they said no we do not have that deal and we can’t even honor that deal and it’s $188 per axle. The won’t even honor my quote that they gave me from a month ago for my front or back brake pads to be replaced. I need brake pads and am kinda stuck having to get them. But honestly this really ruined my day and experience with them. I feel lied to and scammed. Don’t tell someone a quote then change that quote when I get there for me appointment.

I really like tire kingdom, they are very reasonably priced and I’ve never had issues with them doing maintenance on my car. I’ve been here for a tire change and brake pads/rotors replacement. They are professional, I trust them with my car, and for the price you just can’t beat it. Will now be doing regular oil changes with them as well thank you to the tire kingdom staff

Scheduled my appointment online, was super easy, pricing is fair, i just wished they were a little faster. I waited an hour and 40 minutes to have a tire installed.

This Tire Kingdom repaired a flat tire on my vehicle FOR FREE when Toyota WP said the tire couldn't be repaired and was going to charge us $250 to replace it. Tire Kingdom did the job as "under warranty" even though these are the tires that came with the vehicle when we bought it a year ago and they were not the ones to provide the tires originally. Great company, would definitely use again and recommend hands down! They do more than tires too.

Thank god for Terry the NEW Manager. HE IS GREAT!!! My experience at this location was wonderful. I watch Terry train is team and help customers as myself to fix all my problems. He listens, take his time to understand my problems, and waste no time getting it done. I been coming to this location for years and he is the best manager I seen so far. I just want to say thanks you guys. Terry glad to have you and I will recommend all my family and friends because of your great customer service and I feel comfortable with this location because I didn’t feel like I was being told that I need things THAT I DON’T need like some other places. The manager and crew have be professional and extremely courteous. I have been coming to this location for quite sometime. Their work has been very thorough. They are upfront and honest. They prioritize the work and always tell you which problem should be taken care of first. Manager Terry and Jonathan were the best.

These guys did an awesome job drove in with screw in tire and air leaking, My tires are oversized 4x4 tires they patched and rotated and did not try to up sell anything, like most shops, my truck did not need anything, there were honest, and price is fair.
