1/18/25 went in for a normal balance and rotation, no specific reason, just normal maintenance. They discovered the CV joints need to be replaced. I’ve done them myself before and once they showed me, yep, needed to be replaced. 1/19/25 I’m told the car is ready to be picked up. I show up(3pm) to get it and there is grease all over the door handle in and outside the vehicle, grease all over my seat cover, and the steering wheel. Pointed it out to a tech and they tried to clean it and did their best with what they have. Go to leave and there’s a terrible hopping in the steering wheel. Take it back and they said they need to do the alignment(forgot?). I wait another hour and they do it. Test drive it and the steering wheel is still hopping! Now they say the CV Joint wasn’t done right but they’ll fix it real quick. I wait another hour and they’re almost done but too much transmission fluid leaked out. They ordered more fluid with an Uber(which I appreciate) but it’s 5pm and they’re closed. Thankfully they stayed late to finish and after test driving it’s STILL NOT FIXED?! They’re closed and can’t work on it any longer but will look at it in the morning. I’ve been waiting for nearly 4 hours and have to have my wife who dropped me off come get me. 1/20/25 I get a courtesy call saying they’re working on it and will give me a call shortly(11am). I call at 2:20pm to check in when it’s going to be ready. They explain the tire is separating and needs to be replaced. Starts to talk about what it’s going to cost and I shut that down because I came in with no problems except for an unknown CV joint(paid for). They tell me it’ll be another hour or so and I came by at 5pm to pick it up after work. They had me test drive it AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT. Manager says he can’t work on it tonight because the mechanic went home………… you close at 6pm but you send your mechanic home at 5pm?? I’m told to wait until tomorrow and I’ll receive a call when it’s ready. 1/21/25 1:30pm I call to check in if it’ll be ready and I’m told yes. I confirmed the test drove it which I was told yes. Arrived, picked it up, and was told they replaced all 4 tires because they found another tire that was separated from the wheel. I find it hard to understand that I came in with no tire separation but am told that 3-tires separated during this time???? ALSO, a week later the steering wheel vibrates MORE than when I first came in AND the axle/CV joint sounds loose when I go over any small bump. Can’t trust them to go back and I would say don’t trust them to start with.

Don’t waste your time. Bad service. Extremely high prices. You can get tires for half the price of what they charge and then they try to add extra charges. Just go somewhere else.

I have used this facility for quite a few years. The last 2 times I have gone there, there is nobody in the office for well over 10 minutes. If you want my business you need someone in the office to at least acknowledge people. I didn't see the guy that always worked in the office, maybe this is the downfall of this business. I will try once more. If nobody is in the office, I will no longer utilize your company!!

I came in for a tire replacement and I was on a budget. The fellow at the front desk answered all of my questions and helped me make the best choice for my budget and situation. They mounted the tire and balanced the vehicle within an hour of my showing up at the shop. Definitely recommended for service, cost effectiveness and speed of service.

I have bought tires from here before. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and Homel fixed it for me. He explained that there was a small nail in it and he was able to repair it Homel was not only an expertise at his trade , he was also extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom to everyone!!

Wow, what an amazing customer service. I was there today for a leak on one of my car tires, and not only the Tire Kingdom crew took care of the issue right away (fortunatelynothing was found on the tire), but they didn't charge me anything, Dale, the assistant manager and the two service managers, are very professional and courteous. I totally recommend this Tire Kingdom location. Now that they are open on Sundays as well. Thank you guys!

All the other times that I have been here have been fantastic! Best experience with a mechanic shop. However, today really changed my experience. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for all of my brake pads to be replaced. My last appointment in September for an oil change I was quoted $169 per axle. When I called the gentleman had told me that “oh that deal is not that great anymore. We have a better deal and it’s for $188 all around.” I was shocked and confirmed that I even heard that right because everyone else is charging wayyyy more than that. He said yes it’s all around brake pads to be replaced. So I scheduled the appointment for this morning and when I got there they said no we do not have that deal and we can’t even honor that deal and it’s $188 per axle. The won’t even honor my quote that they gave me from a month ago for my front or back brake pads to be replaced. I need brake pads and am kinda stuck having to get them. But honestly this really ruined my day and experience with them. I feel lied to and scammed. Don’t tell someone a quote then change that quote when I get there for me appointment.

I really like tire kingdom, they are very reasonably priced and I’ve never had issues with them doing maintenance on my car. I’ve been here for a tire change and brake pads/rotors replacement. They are professional, I trust them with my car, and for the price you just can’t beat it. Will now be doing regular oil changes with them as well thank you to the tire kingdom staff

Scheduled my appointment online, was super easy, pricing is fair, i just wished they were a little faster. I waited an hour and 40 minutes to have a tire installed.
