Steven at Tire Kingdom assisted my wife and I very professionally and made us feel welcomed. We had a tire blown on our car and work an hour away from home and we noticed at 5:30pm. So taking an uber and getting it fixed or towing was not an option and all other tire companies were closed. We contacted tire kingdom and by amazing luck, they were open until 8:30 PM on Thursday’s. This gave us enough time to get the car taken in and fixed and we were out in less than 40 minutes. Great work. Thank you!

I came by this store late afternoon on Friday with an object in a tire leading to a flat and I really needed to be at the airport in 2hrs. Thanks to the staff at this location they rushed me in and within 30mins they had me back on the road. Steven and his team didn't hesitate to take care of me even though they all were very busy that day. Huge Shout Out and deep thanks to Annelise for taking care of my car and tire, such an awesome person - Thank You!!!

I stopped on a cold and rainy morning because my SUV indicated one of my tires was getting low. A nice young employee stopped what he was doing and filled all 4 tires! At no charge! What a wonderful, considerate employee you have working at the Orange Ave location! Gold star treatment!

#fast #reliable I’ve used Tire Kingdom for years for various services. Since moving to Florida, I’ve used this location multiple times and the team is very courteous and timely, especially if you make an appointment. They do their best to get you in and take care of your cars needs with the same great service each time!

Worst tire shop in Florida. Constantly trying to upsell you and rip you off. Took almost an hour to patch a tire and relentless sales pitches for new tires and other services. $42 to patch a tire!

I when in on a Monday spoke with a very helpful and knowledgeable associate. We settled on a brand and gave a rough estimate. The associate tells me I will receive a call the next day (Tuesday) around 9 am to let me know when my tires get there. Unfortunately I never got the call and it was noon by the time I called the shop. The associate that spoke to didn’t know about my order or anything that I have spoken the day before with the other associate. He told me to give him a moment to find out what happened. 1 hour o so later I get the call “ your tires are here” great we settled on a time 1230pm. I was there 15 minutes before.3 walking come in after me and they were served before me. At this time it’s 2pm and my car was still parked where I left it. By the time my car was done it’s 330pm and the the tires weren’t the tires that I agreed to. And when I bring this to the attention of the “store manager” all he really tells me: the will get the tires I want but at this time the tires will be here tomorrow and additionally $150 Will be charged for a removal and restock. I ended up just keeping my less Quality tires and leaving. I will not be going back or referring then for any future business

Brian and crew were awesome! On deadline to take care of grandson tonight, but on way to Orlando, had flat and limped in on donut at last minute. Brian jumped in to expedite repair of the tire, the shop patched the tire in record time, and I made it to my daughter’s home 10 minutes away JIT for her to go out for well deserved evening out with adults! Thank you Brian and shop for coming thru for us!

Fantastic service! I rolled in early on my way to work, panicked because my tire pressure was super low, expecting the worst. Richard came right out immediately to see how he could help. Long story short, he was able to find the screw in my tire and get it plugged so I could make it to work quickly. Absolutely great communication, customer service, and quality work. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Steven and Analiz at this location. I came in for a tire repair, and they were both incredibly helpful and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure to prioritize my needs and got me in right away. I was impressed with how quickly they assessed the issue and got to work. Within no time, my tire was repaired, and I was back on the road. Not only was the service fast, but they were also very professional and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tom was very nice and a great help! I was worried with being close to 6 I wouldn’t be able to get help. Quite the opposite. Everyone was very helpful! I had a nail in my tire. The dealership quoted $450 for 1 tire even though my tires are like new, but told it was not repairable. I turned to tire kingdom and the tire ended up being repairable after all! The repair was fast and saved me so much money. Very thankful I left the dealership and for tire kingdoms help!

Where do I even start — Brian literally came in his personal pick up truck and saved me from being stranded on the side of the road when my tire blew out in downtown Orlando on the way to pick up my new tires that just came in. I am a struggling law school student and was blown away by the fact he didn't even ask me how far I was (or try to charge me) — he literally just got in his truck and said "I'm on the way send me your location." I would have been stranded and I am so grateful for Brian. He even changed my tire (which I had no idea how to do) when we saw there was a small puncture in the tire and it wouldn't hold any air. Good people really still exist in this world. P.S. — thank you to Steven, as well, who made me feel like family after such a stressful afternoon and got me squared away as soon as I finally got to the shop. You guys have a customer (and friend) for life! Thank you so much (especially Brian) and may God bless you all always!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so awesome. My car had a tire issue and they were able to get it fixed the same day. They also noticed that I needed rear brakes and took care of that too.
