Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so awesome. My car had a tire issue and they were able to get it fixed the same day. They also noticed that I needed rear brakes and took care of that too. It was easy and painless and the service was outstanding! Thank you for doing a wonderful job and fixing my car the same day! You all rock!

I just want to say that my experience here at Tire Kingdom was absolutely by far the best Tom is a very very kind gentleman and he goes above and beyond for his customers highly highly recommend for any future brake changes , fluid flushes anything you need Tire kingdom is the place to get it done , don’t come anywhere else but to Tire Kingdom on Orange Ave 🙌🏾 God bless everyone here !

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tire Kingdom, where they went above and beyond to take care of my tire issues. I arrived with a damaged tire and was incredibly impressed with the service I received. The team at Tire Kingdom was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly efficient. Within just an hour, they had fixed my tire and had me back on the road.

Tire kingdom was amaizng and helpful. I went to another shop before to get my car fixed, which lead to my AC stop working. I brought it in to tire Kingdom where they checked it out and tightened my battery terminal free of charge. Great customer service. Thank you!

Michael was very helpful. I went in there to fix a tire. Unfortunately due to the tire bearing worn down and balding, he was unable to simply patch the tire. That being said, he quickly replace the tire and gave me a great price of only $110 for the tire and the alignment. Would 100% recommend this place.

After a miserable night with Pep Boys on Semorann, Tire Kingdom … and James in particular could not have been more helpful and amazing. In just over one hour I had my tire patched, all my levels checked and a car overview before a road trip to South Carolina. Highly recommend. I also listened to James interactions with other customers while I waited. Completely professional, helpful and friendly. If you need help with anything related to tires … do not hesitate. This is the place. I’m a customer for life.

Do Not Go Here. Brought my car for them to diagnose an issue. They lied and said they knew what the problem is charged me $2185.88 to fix. Turned out not to be the cause they made it up instead of being honest and admitting only afterwards they didn't know what the problem was. Instead of giving a refund due to their misdiagnosis and negligence now claim a store Manager isn't allowed to issue refunds that he needs permission. Complete scam and total rip-off. Stay away go to a reputable shop / mechanic instead.

I recently came in not even 30 minutes before closing after calling about a break caliper bolt that had back out of my caliper richie, zack, and, teddie took immediate note of my distraught self and got right to work these people are heaven sent with fast work, amazing communication and wonderful customer service they took amazing care of me and my vehicle. They are the real reason that I and many more will be back. I will soon be a lifelong customer due to this. THANK YOU!!!!!

It has now been over 24 hours to get two tires replaced and an alignment done. Very basic request - it's a Kia Forte so nothing special, unique or particularly challenging about the job. 100% do not recommend.

We are very grateful to these guys for their help! My tire got a puncture and the tire started to go flat. We went to 5 tire shops, but no one wanted to do it. Everyone just wanted to sell us new tires. And how glad we were that everything was done for us here in 5 minutes! The guys are great. They are real professionals. They are the kings of their work! Went in at 10:15 am, I believe the young man's name was Rich that was at the front desk, he helped me right away, I had brought in a flat tire to have looked at, I believe it was a bad stem or valve, he stated they could look at it and sure enough, he said Dave would jump on it and be done in minutes. I was out the door by 10:27. Friendly, Quick and $ reasonable. Good job guys

I asked them to change my tires, ended up with a broken part. They admitted to breaking the part, then double backed on it? The communication was bizarre but they definitely admitted to breaking it initially and it delayed getting my car back. When I did get it back, my car was making a noise from right rear passenger side. I let it go for a while not realizing the seriousness of the noise. Finally took to my dealer because I didn’t trust this place anymore to handle, dealer advised my R/R knuckle was broken and needed to be replaced and part / repair is going to cost me over a grand. This place also added a $100-200 warranty charge to my total which they didn’t even explain prior to adding it and charging me for it, they claimed my out the door cost was for the tires alone when discussed by phone, and I certainly didn’t ask for or want a warranty from them. Totally regret coming here and will never go back.
