I came in to get a blown tire replaced in September for my back right tire, I decided to get my back left tire replaced as well so I wouldn’t have to ride mismatched. The back left tire was still good and had life on it, the tire I got back after was not the tire I had on, the tire I had on was a Michelin pilot sport 4S which is a high end performance tire. I am very upset about this because I got scammed, I have pictures from days before getting my tire replaced that shows which tire I had on. I have not had chance to stop by the store until now and they told me there’s nothing they can do, I feel it is unjust that I did not receive back the tire that I owned.

My wife and I were two hours from home at 3:00 on a Sunday. Had a blow out not far from this location, had to have two new tires in order to get home, even though it inconvenienced them Richie and his crew made sure we got what we needed at a reasonable price.

I bought a set of tires for my Chevy S-10 at this location in 2019 and took it in today as 1 tire had a slow leak. I had not been here for some months now and was unaware that they were now under some company called Mavis Tire. Anyway, I got there and the advisor to whom I spoke (whose appearance was somewhat freakish) went out, took a look, and told me I needed a new tire. I said I'd bought these there and I had a road hazard warranty; he looked in his system and couldn't find me, so I went out and, after some digging, found the receipt from the original purchase to substantiate that I'd bought them there. I came back in and another freakish looking employee said that there was no road hazard warranty after 5 years. Since there was nothing on the receipt to substantiate this, I was somewhat peeved and told him "If I need a new tire, I'm going elsewhere." His reply was, "So go elsewhere." Needless to say, I'll never do business there again. So, went about 2 miles south to a Discount Tire, a location where I'd bought tires for my wife's Mazda and my Hyundai. The gentleman to whom I spoke there took a look and opined that it could be patched but, as the tires were almost 6 years old, I should consider replacing them. He got the tire fixed and at NO CHARGE!!! So, the truck is again drivable and I'll be buying new tires there in a few weeks. As for Tire Kingdom, I can only hope that the management of this outfit understands that, if you treat a customer badly, you lose that customer forever. They have DEFINITELY lost me. BTW, I noticed the favorable reviews here are a bit older so my unpleasant experience may be due to the recent Mavis acquisition. If so, I would advise the reader to avoid this business at all costs. PS the following day: The reply from this company advised me to call a number that their New York offices. I called, wasw transferred, transferred again, and told the woman to whom I spoke about this review. I think she tried to transfer me again and dropped the call. 2 days, 2 negative experiences. Caveat emptor.

Anthony is the best man in the industry. Had an issue with my suspension that two other shops couldn’t find. I took car to him and with a couple hours he found the issue and had it fixed. I will only bring my car here.

Came in for a tire plug, and they had me wait over 2 hours. They stated they needed to wait for a technician to be available. What shop makes you wait 2 hours a for a bigger job to be completed. When it takes 10 min to plug a tire. The only shop that does this. Any job takes your car and plus your tire right away. They dont make you wait until the technician finishes a 4 hour job. Unacceptable service.

I’ll tell you what I buy all my tires from discount tire and this is now the second time that I feel a little uncomfortable with spending my money there I have three or four vehicles couple company vehicles and every time I go in there for a flat or a tire that’s low they find a reason to make you replace it or they won’t service your tire. I just brought my car in there and two tires were low. The people are nice, but the tire barely has where showing on the insides of one of the tire and they automatically say we cannot fix a flat you know there’s a hurricane coming right now. I wanted to get it fixed. I do not have the funds to just put two brand new tire And I just feel what would be the problem for them to fix the two screws that are in the tire. I have spent a lot of money at discount tire and bought a lot of tires for several vehicles and I just feel like this is a a way to make you replace your tires I wish I could take a picture and show you the tires got plenty of tread on it. It’s not a bald tire and it’s on a very expensive car so I think I’ll be choosing to go somewhere else from now on for my tires.

They want to kill you. They over-tightened 3 of my wheels with an impact driver. 1 wheel was not torqued down enough and after a while it started making noise while I was driving— a loose wheel can easily kill you. I checked all of the wheels with my torque wrench. NONE of them were properly torqued down. One wheel was so over-tightened, it BROKE my breaker bar!!! I went to the shop to have them remove the lug nuts. They didn't apologize, but started removing and RE-ATTACHING THE LUG NUTS WITH AN IMPACT DRIVER! IN FRONT OF ME! Thankfully, I brought my torque-wrench, so I told the employee to not tighten anything, and tightened everything myself. When I asked a manager he said they torque everything to spec. Meanwhile, his employee clearly was going to tighten everything with an impact driver in front of me (not to spec). NEVER go here. You or your loved one can easily get hurt by these careless mechanics who just want to get your car in and out as quickly as possible. Both over-tightening and under-tightening are huge safety issues.

Always bring my car here everytime I make some kind of upgrade to my project car. They are a full service shop despite the name, bring your car by! Their tech Kyle is usually the one working on my car and have always had top notch work when I get my car back. Highly recommend!

They sold me 4 Continental Tires with Bubbles on the sidewall that started expanding at 3 months and the person on the phone straight up lied to me about it being caused by wear and tear. All 4 tires. Do not buy tires from here.

Had a low air in tire sign tried to fill the tires myself at WaWa and took more air out of my tires. Went to Tire Kingdom and was greeted at the door, told them my problem and without hesitation was told to pull my car up to the side and with in minutes I was on my way!!! Thank you Tire Kingdom!

If you want an honest automotive repair shop with hard-working people, look no further. They could have told me I couldn't go back home to Miami to have it repaired and I would have been stuck here. They told me the truth and because of them I do not have to lose a week of work. Thank you so much.

VERY nice, helpful, and efficient. They didn't know I had a terrible experience with Pep Boys the day before I visited, and their willingness to help me was greatly appreciated! I got a new tire put on and was done within 15 minutes.
