Had an emergency this morning. I was 4 hours away from home and had a tire that needed air. Google Tire Kingdom and found THE very best Tire Kingdom at Majorca Place. On a Sunday morning, Jason and his team were courteous, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Anthony and Kyle were also so friendly, easy to speak to and gave the very best service I have ever experienced. My car was also ready is approximately 30 minutes. The very best Tire Kingdom ever!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Came in for an oil change left with a broken oil pan and no oil in the engine. Worst place very shady. It seems like they break things on your car to get more money from you. Upon leaving, the car was knocking returned. I immediately had to leave it overnight. Couldn't go to work the next day. Such a bad horrible experience, especially around the holidays, no money for Christmas presents for the kids. Shame on them $900 later and had to barrow $500. I will not go back again

I have been a customer of this location for many years. Manager Micheal Medina has helped me many times. He and the rest of the staff and technicians are excellent ... always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Mike will go out of his way to explain options and always offers the best prices. I’m writing this to caution others about this establishment, particularly their employees. I recently visited this location to purchase four new tires for my vehicle (2010 Mercedes-Benz). Before going in, I spoke to a representative over the phone who confirmed they could order the tires and schedule an appointment for the same day. I was informed that due to my vehicle's unique tire requirements (different sizes for front and rear), I would need to return for installation. I agreed, paid in full, and headed to the location. Upon arrival, I explained my conversation with the representative and handed over my keys. Everything seemed fine initially. However, the following morning, I noticed one of the "new" tires was flat. Since I had received my vehicle at night, it was difficult to inspect the tires closely, but I trusted their assurance that they were new. In addition to the flat tire, my tire sensors stopped functioning after the installation. When I contacted the shop about the issues, they claimed the sensors stopped working due to a dead battery, which I knew wasn’t accurate since the sensors were replaced two years ago and worked perfectly before my visit. They eventually asked me to bring the car back and promised to fix everything. It took them an entire day to resolve the issue, but ever since the tires were installed, I’ve had to refill air daily. To make matters worse, they filled the tires with inconsistent pressures, none of which matched the recommended levels. They act as though they’re doing customers a favor by “fixing” issues at no cost, but the reality is that new problems arise after they touch the vehicle. This establishment creates problems and tries to sell you expensive solutions. I even visited another location on Colonial Drive, where I was informed that the explanations given at this location made no sense. Lastly, I urge women, in particular, to avoid going here alone. Bring a friend or someone you trust. Read reviews carefully; I ignored several warnings because of the high star rating, but I’ve since realized those negative reviews were entirely accurate.

O senhor que me atendeu se apresentou como Michael Medina. Esse senhor me deixou esperando, propositalmente, sem dúvida nenhuma, por 3 horas apenas para consertar um pneu. Eu perguntei algumas vezes para ele se o serviço estava pronto e ele, com sorriso sarcástico, negou, mas o serviço já tinha sido feito a bastante tempo na verdade, como descobri depois. Devo acrescentar que, após o serviço, estacionaram o veículo na vaga destinada a deficientes. Deduzi que o fato descrito ocorreu apenas porque não sou americano. Lendo avaliações nesse canal, verifiquei que ele teve o mesmo comportamento com outros clientes estrangeiros. Já viajei para os Estados Unidos e para a Europa diversas vezes, essa foi a primeira que tive problema dessa natureza. Comportamento doentio. Lamentável. Sugiro que peguem as imagens das câmeras de segurança (se existirem) para verificar. Existe um problema grave nesse estabelecimento e estou apontando o foco do problema.

Amazing Service at Tire Kingdom – Thank You, Michael and Team! I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael at Tire Kingdom on Turkey Lake Road in Dr. Phillips. My husband and I were preparing for a vacation, but our plans hit a snag when three different drivers canceled on us for a ride to Port Canaveral. Unsure if our car was ready for the trip, we decided to stop by Tire Kingdom—just an hour before closing—to check things out. Michael kindly explained there wasn’t enough time to complete everything before closing. However, he went the extra mile and decided to take a look anyway. To our surprise, we discovered the car was completely out of oil! Michael and his team quickly added 3 quarts and made sure we were good to go, ensuring our safety for the drive. Thanks to their quick thinking and kindness, we made it to our cruise on time. Michael and his team truly went above and beyond to help us out in a pinch. From now on, Tire Kingdom will be our go-to spot for all our vehicle needs. Thank you again for your exceptional service!

Michael was great! He explained all the charges and what my options were. Very patient and considerate of by budget. He was able to fit me in on Monday when I called Friday for an appointment. I felt like I got my repairs at a fair price and all the parts were already there to decrease my wait time. We had a really good experience when we needed tires and returned to this location because of the service and prices. Will recommend this place to others for sure!

My tires were flat RIGHT after work, this location was very close to me and they seen me pretty quick which was AWESOME. Andrew gave me a run down on what my car needed and worked with me to get it done today. This location is very straightforward and completed my tires quick.
