I just stopped by and Jay was able to check my tires and make sure my sensor lights went off by placing the correct air pressure in my tires. I didn’t have to wait and he was happy to help. Thanks so much 👍

5 Stars all the way. Aida, Ryan, and their team has been a pleasure to work with. They are all knowledgeable and HONEST. I had been using random mobile mechanics for a while and just haven't had the greatest luck. I bit the bullet and figured I would just go somewhere I knew had a good reputation. A little pricey, but I don't mind forking out a few extra dollars for quality customer service. I came in for a tire replacement and they showed me exactly what was wrong, gave me a solution and it was fixed. They explained everything thoroughly to me so that I understood. I then visited a week later and had a totally different issue (P/S leak) that I had been dealing with for months. I got the diagnostic which only took a couple of hours. The next day I brought it in when they opened and picked it up before mid day hit. ( I will update this post in about a week regarding the status of my vehicle after the job was done) They didn't haggle me or try to up sale anything. They work quick and are efficient. I wont be using any other mechanics any time soon. In all reality, you pay for what you get. I'd rather pay a pretty penny and have the job done correctly than cut corners with a low cost payment and keep having issues. I'd recommend this location specifically to anyone! Tire Kingdom in general has great workers. I use this location because its near my job. If I need service over the weekend, I use the Seffner location.

I was getting ready to head out of town when I discovered a screw in my tire. Jay went above and beyond to get a tire brought to the store and installed it himself so that I could get on the road as soon as possible. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Jay was polite, courteous, and professional…the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you!

Friendly staff and efficient. Appointments are available online but they do take walk ins. Got 4 new tires and an alignment and they got the job done quickly.

I spent over three hours, (with having an appointment), waiting to have two new tires put on my car. I worked with Aida, who was not only rude, she explained the long wait time due to Tire Kingdom’s tires taking “1.5 hours per tire to replace.” I felt completely taken advantage of. The only reason I am not giving this store one star is because the customer solutions department was great and treated me fairly. If you need service I would skip this location and go to the Tire Kingdom on Hillsborough Ave.

I’ve been coming to this tire Kingdom for years. They’ve always been competitively priced and done a great job. This morning, as everyone was preparing for the hurricane and evacuating, I needed help with my trailer. Ryan and team jumped right on it and got me up and running in no time when it counted most. Really appreciate these guys and highly recommend.

Aida at the Henderson Boulevard location in Tampa was fantastic, and I’m so grateful she was my service representative. I initially came in for new tires, but discovered a problem with my wheel locks since I didn’t have the key. Ida took the time to explain all my options and let me think things over, which I really appreciated. She helped me come up with a plan to contact my vehicle dealer for the wheel key. When I returned for my follow-up appointment, I was genuinely impressed that she remembered me despite how busy they were. She kept me updated throughout the process and completed the service right on time, which was especially important since I was waiting in the store. Watching her handle a constant stream of customers with such a positive attitude was impressive. Aida’s help turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth experience. I highly recommend her—she made a big difference with her exceptional service and personal touch.

I had to have my car towed while I was at work due to a flat tire. I was unable to leave work so I was a bit stressed on getting things taken care of. I thankfully had roadside assistance through my insurance that could tow my car, but I didn’t know what to do to get the tire fixed. I called Tire Kingdom ahead of time and they assured me that the tow guy could check in for me. They let me know they would assess the tire to see if it could be patched or if it needed to be replaced. They called me once my car arrived so I knew it got there with no issues. Not even an hour later, they called me with an update that the tire had to be replaced, it was not patchable. I gave them the go ahead. Maybe 30 minutes later they called letting me know it was all done! The fact that this could all be done while I was at work was so wonderful. Christopher took my initial call; I didn’t catch the name of the woman that stayed in contact with me afterwards but they were both so helpful and understanding. I greatly appreciate their assistance and assurance while I was so stressed. Thank you all for your awesomeness!

I’ve consistently had excellent customer service every visit. Today I had to come in for a flat tire repair. I’m always a little intimidated by mechanic shops because I don’t know much about cars. Thankfully Aida was at the front desk and made it such a smooth process.

This is the best place for tire services! Every time I come here, Jay greets me with a warm smile, and Angel takes the time to explain all the steps of the tire repair process to my dad in Spanish, making sure he fully understands. Their professionalism and attention to detail always leave us feeling confident that our car is in great hands. Highly recommended for both quality work and exceptional customer service!

8 am appointment, complete clown show when I got here. Computers are down, Wi-Fi doesn’t work, etc. I was told it would take an 1 1/2 hours. They didn’t take car back until 9am. I should have gone to Costco.

Had a sideways nail in my tire. Unfortunately, couldn't be patched. Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the puncture and explained why it couldn't be patched. Everyone there was helpful and I feel confident that I understood everything explained to me. Luckily, they were able to get a new tire here same day. Thank you guys..

I work just down the street, came out and noticed a flat I took the car to this tire kingdom and Aida was Amazing, i needed a new tire she said it would be 3 days to get the tire and she got it back to me in a day and a half. Aida was pleasant, efficient, communicated above and beyond, very professional! Sincerely the race car driver 😉

Lexus of Tampa Bay sold me a car that had been pad slapped. For those who don’t know, a pad slap is when new brake pads are put on old rotors. This isn’t always an issue, but my car was squealing when braking and that presented a hazard for both me and the car. I’ve visited this Tire Kingdom location before and decided to have them inspect the issue. I appreciate and am grateful for the entire staff. Their customer service is excellent. They’re honest, personable, and professional. Lexus of Tampa Bay didn’t want to resolve the issue so I brought my car back to Tire Kingdom and they were wonderful. This location has a customer for life! Thank you for your integrity. Ya’ll are fantastic!
