This tire kingdom location and it’s employees are top notch . After spending hrs on this Saturday morning at Jerry Ulm dodge to have tires installed . I was told they couldn’t mount the Rear tires on my challenger ..Sp on my way home from the dealership and stop by tire kingdom and they were yes we can do it and they pulled my car into the shop and installed the tires with no issues and even noticed that dodge installed my front tires the wrong direction rotational . The service is fast and professional from start to finish . Thank you for the guys at this location . I give them 5 stars

Came in for a bolt in my tire and they are always quick to get right on the job. Left to go down the street to the store and was back within 15 minutes with another bolt. Can’t make this up and again they jumped right on it and got me out. We had a laugh about. Great people.

I stopped by to have my tire looked at without an appointment, and they jumped right on it. Found a bolt in my tire, fixed it and did not charge me for it. What a blessing and great customer service. They have made a customer for life with me. It’s hard to find people that treat you right, but when you do you stick with them!

This place is awesome! They always take such great care of me- especially Gio!! They are willing to be flexible on pricing and price match if you find a better deal somewhere else. And they will repair if possible instead of just trying to sell you a new tire. If you need a tire- go to Tire Kingdom and always ask for GIo!

Came in for a valve stem replacement, they took my car back immediately. The guys were super quick, explained what was wrong, showed me the bad valve stem; very helpful and efficient. In and out in less than 15 min! Definitely recommend for quick and efficient service!!

Had an appointment a couple doors down from this location. I was in need of tires and decided to have them installed while I was in the area. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. They had other customers in the showroom and made a point to get my needs taken care of. They advised me it would be approximately an hour and a half. To my surprise, they actually completed the repairs much sooner. My advisor Mark was very attentive and answered all of my questions and explained my warranty. I received top notch service and will recommend this location to anyone in need of tires that is in that area.

I love this Tire Kingdom... The reason is because of Yosvany, who is just wonderful...he took extra care/time servicing my car ( treated it as if it was his own). He is professional and friendly, as well helpful. He explained everything in detail, was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The entire staff there was super helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location, will definitely continue to take my car there. Like I stated, Yosvany is the best..if I could give his service more than 5 stars, I would! I am very impressed with the manner in which he conducts business.

Wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Jovanni & Yosvany on their great customer service, They got my truck in and out very quickly, they were kind and honest. I had to return to them a few days later with a question regarding my truck, and they were not hesitant to help, even test drove my truck to see if there was any issues. Thankfully there was not. I will return when its time for service again. Pricing is also very affordable.

8 weeks ago I was headed to the hospital to pick up my ill elderly father, from him having surgery just 2 days prior, and realized I had a flat tire. I stopped in to this location and was literally treated like family. They all jumped to help and quickly repaired my tire, we had small talk, they were having system issues due to the recent storm and still made sure I was taken care of so that I could take care of my father. I left there in tears with what may have seemed like a small gesture to them, but was huge to me! Thank you for your kindness! It meant the world to me!

Excellent service at comparatively fair price for front brakes and rotors replacement. Fast service as well. Done in less than an hour. First time i meet Yosvany. I almost feel like he is my friend from a longtime. I have never seen such a friendly guy. Words are less for his hard work passion and dedication towards customer and service. Truly a gem. Other staffs are also really dedicated and friendly. I feel like they are a genuine person. They answered each and every of my small questions during the service. Plus they replaced my cabin filter for no installation charge. I would highly recommend this place. They won my business for life.

I noticed my rear driver side tire had low pressure. I gave Tire Kingdom a call 30 minutes before they were set to close. Spoke to Gio who told me to come right in. Jayden, the tech, checked and found a 4 inch nail in the tire. Patched me up in less than 30 mins! Came in close to 8pm and out before 8:30pm. Both Jayden and Gio were super professional and friendly.
