Why do you have to lie to people saying you have something in stock when you actually don't?, made me waste my time coming here, to then go to another shop to look for the tires, he didn't even know the size I inquired about. He thinks people is stupid and he can lie and people won't realize it

Amazing service!! I was stuck with a flat tire a block away from this place. They went above and beyond to help me out. Explained everything that was going on with the car, and when they finished, they made sure everything was running perfectly. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help. I definitely recommend this location 100% and will bring my other car. Thank you!!

I am the type of person that is very skeptical about shops and services, of course like to take my cars to auto brand dealerships for service. I was in Miami for family emergency and I did not have any options close enough to service my car. I got surprised by the quality of service, transparency and the level of customer service was exceptional starting from the office staff all the way to the shop staff. Kudos to them. Oh I was forgetting something, the prices for the job performed is great and affordable. Now when I travel to Miami for business or pleasure I have a place that I can trust to service my cars. Soy el tipo de persona que es muy escéptica acerca de las tiendas y los servicios que requieren mis automotores; por supuesto, me gusta llevar mis autos a los concesionarios de marcas de automóviles para recibir servicio. Estuve en Miami por una emergencia familiar y no tenía opciones lo suficientemente cercanas para reparar mi auto. Me sorprendió la calidad del servicio, la transparencia y el nivel de servicio al cliente fue excepcional, desde el personal de la oficina hasta el personal de la tienda. Felicitaciones a ellos. Oh, me estaba olvidando algo, los precios por el trabajo realizado son excelentes y asequibles. Ahora, cuando viajo a Miami por negocios o por placer, tengo un lugar en el que puedo confiar para dar servicio a mis autos.

I was looking for a tire that was used for my BMW I3 that is hard to find so I called a bunch of places and I ended with these guys who confirmed me that they did have the tire in stock and even quoted me a price. I headed over there as soon as I could, since one of my tires needed to be changed stat because it was about to pop after I get there I spoke to the guy on the phone again and he confirmed the price for me Minutes another gentleman came in started telling me that didn’t have the tire. I’m trying to get me to buy a new one that would take several days to get there for a price much higher than I could’ve bought a new one on my own. Not sure if this was some sort of beaten switch, but in any case you shouldn’t confirm and quote a price on a used tire that you claim is in stock and then all of a sudden within the next hour after driving on a bad tire to get there being told that they don’t have it anymore. For this reason, I will give them one star for not only wasting my time, but for pulling some sort of fast one or at least trying to hopefully I can find the tire or I may have to bite the bullet and pay full price for a new one, which I would do except I am pretty broke right now, lol

Anytime I show up I don't even wait 10 minutes before they're ready to take my car. Tires/flats, alignments, engine flushes, oil changes. They're fast, fairly priced
