I'm not a hundred percent pleased because for some reason I had to keep returning to the repair shop at least 5 times with nothing being done. There were several reasons/excuses. Ultimately twice I was told the wholesaler sent the wrong parts then they said come back for which I did. Then finally I was told the parts I needed couldn't be found and it would take 2 weeks or more to find one. I made a couple of calls and found one at a dealership. So I called TireMart to inform them but they refused to pay the dealership price which was $79 and the manager wouldn't reimburse me for anything over $40 even though the many many inconveniences I was put through. Now to be fair they did decide to credit my account $60 off the quoted price. Even though at some point I started to feel the hairs on the back of my nice maybe they don't want to do the repairs to my vehicle for whatever reasons. I'm not sure I can really trust them but that's how I feel. I'm looking around for another repair shop because I need these repairs done sooner rather than later. If I do return to TireMart I will update this review!

Amazing service i went in for a flat repair, and the gentlemen on the back told me the tire is too old but ca still be repair. He guided me to the front where he talked to the guy in the front that they were repairing my tire but was recommendable to change it in the near future. The guy in the front told me the flat repair was going to be free this one time based on the recommendation of the technician. Will definitely go back later when i have enough funds to purchase new tires

Called for a quote. Scheduled the next day. Tires were on in less than 30 minutes. Employee I dealt with was kind and professional. Price was fantastic.

First time I used their service. I drove in at 11:34AM with a flat tire and drove away at 11:42AM with a repaired tire and a nail to show my wife. Very friendly, super fast and it cost me $10. Cannot think of a better service!

Went in for 2 new tires, within minutes the young lady in the front helped me out with the manager to see what's wrong with my tires. As well the technician saw I had the wrong type of tires, with the special they were running I was able to fix the issue and finally bought the right tires for cheap and the work was done pretty quick. Definitely will be bringing more business to them as they have a wide selection of tires.

Last night I got a flat on my truck on sahara and Jones, fortunately I found a tire shop was nearby so I drove it there. I tell the techs what happened and they tell me to wait in the lobby. I go to the lobby and I wait in the waiting area. While Im waiting this heavy set Latino man with glasses and a beard who I assume is the manager.Shouts at me "what do I want?! " I tell him, Im here for a flat. And he tells me you need to check in at front desk so she can take your information. I check in with the front desk girl and shes young about 15 years old and she was completely rude. A few moments later the technician comes out and tells me theres nothing wrong with your tires but I do suggest you get new tires . I tell him him how much it would be. And they give me a quote of $180 per tire. I tell him ill do it later and ill come back another time. The manager over heard and he went into the back with the technician and they both come out with my tire that was flat. And suddenly they find an issue with the tire, their was a nail and a slash on the tire. Apparently their was nothing wrong with my tires but as soon as I tell them that I wasnt interested and now my tire has a nail and a slash. What a coincidence. At this point I have to purchase the tire and they tried to sell me all the tires because theyre all old. I declined and I just want one tire fixed. While Im waiting the manager is flirting with the front desk girl who looks 15 and hes boasting loudly about his political views and that he loves trump and that his whole house is filled with trump memorabilia. I also over hear him say in spanish that they didnt have time to align the tires. I didnt know that they were talking about my truck until after I drove it this morning and my steering wheel begins to shake. This has been the worse experience ever. On another note behind the front desk, they have a goal board to reach $5000 this month. Their customer service relies on greed instead of friendly service.I dont even trust them to do an alignment on truck because Im worried that they will slash another tire. Im never coming in again. Ps to the manager: you need to stop htting on little girls and work on your game. The front desk girl looked creeped out by you. Also dont think I didnt notice the knife around your waist you probably use that to slash your customers tires.

This place sucks they prey on getting money out of a woman . I took my car in hoping to get a wheel alignment which they offer , they told me I had to do a inspection to see if the car qualifies after checking they come back and say I need “ tie rods sway bar etc . My woman instinct I go get the part to find out from my mechanic that I don’t need it . My mechanic showed me the comparison between my car part and the new one and it’s still good .worst people ever woman do not go here

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else ever again. Jose was thorough and made sure my car ran like new again. He took me for a test drive and within 5 minutes knew the problem and fixed it within 20. He had rotated and balanced our tires free of charge and refused for us to tip him. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. I will be returning to Jose and Tire Mart as a happy customer.

I don’t know what kind of tire problem you could have In order to talk to the front desk lady for 50 minutes. But I feel like at a certain point everyone stopped talking about tires. I watched three people ahead of me walk out, and I ended up seeing them the next tire shop anyway. If a customer was blocking the driveway to the entire business with a truck, that’s big enough To block both directions then I’d have to ask the customer to move his vehicle kindly. Instead of moving it from the middle of the road to parking horizontally in the middle of the first three parking spots to the building. The parking lot filled with parking spots, it’s just to relax for my business.

Came in today for a quote on 4 off road tires and got the worst customer service from the young girl at the front. Attitude from the start ! Definitely won't be back. Walk right out !. I advise take your business elsewhere

I came here today to replace my FLAT DRIVERS SIDE front tire, told the girl at the desk that exact thing. She quoted me 125, perfect. About 40 minutes passes and another gentleman charges me and gives me the keys to my vehicle. I walk out to see my vehicle with the same flat tire so I return and ask what tire did they replace. He says my Passenger Side tire. That wasn't flat at all, or even my concern. Basically says it would be an additional 125 for the tire I originally asked to be replaced! So I pay it, where am I driving with a flat tire anyways? While I'm waiting for it to be replaced, the gentleman at the desk and girl who I originally told what was wrong with my car, are talking in Spanish, I guess they didn't think I understood? And he asks her what tire did Brenda ask you to fix and she says hmm the rear? Like she still didn't have it correct. They definitely need to hire better customer service that will actually pay attention! Will not be returning! EDIT- UPDATE I'd like to leave an update, I was able to get in contact with the manager, explained my situation and he told me he would fix the situation and give me a check, to send him a photo of my receipt and he'd get back to me. I Sent him a photo and the message was read, but never heard from him again and it's been a week. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Not recommended to do business here any more For a vehicle to fix tires and I have to come back because they messed up our sensor on the tire and it took them 40 minutes to check what’s going on and finally the lady came and told me it needed air. It was my first and last time coming back to this place.

First of all they told me I couldn’t use my warranty because I didn’t use it so they voided my warranty out and secondly I made an appt and I was told they were to busy that I had to come back then they had my car for 6 hours to do a tire rotation and they said they did it and they never did. I took pictures of my tires that has a certain mark so I’ll know if they actually do they work and they didn’t. These people aren’t honest worker’s.

Called around and this was the last place I called. Friendly and honest. Had a great price and was able to tell me the out the door price on 4 tires over the phone! She had the tires delivered from another location and I was in and out in less than an hour once I was able to get there. Would recommend.

I got quoted $95 for a brand new 195-65-15, new valve and installation included, price seems to be average around the area (I asked for the cheapest option) Edwin took care of my tire, nice guy, he was fast and knowledgable, the lady in the front was very kind to costumers too. They said they have a brake service special for fathers day this month of June. Good experience, clean place. Recommended.

These guys are Amazing they saved me and my Trigger tire it had a slit in it they fixed me up. I will be back for sure.
