They do great work here Leo and billy took great care of me i recommend for you to come here for tires brakes. They go me in and out of this place nice and fast . And Leo fix my front bumper screwing it on for me trying to help me save money out of my pocket I recommend this place 10 out of 10 great!

While other reviews are positive, I had a very negative experience with the company especially the owner and his employee Kristin. Initially, I purchased a wheel bearing because I thought that my rear tire needed one. At the referral from Advanced Auto off of Blanding and Wilson I met Kristin who drove in my car with me and then we scheduled a time for me to get it fixed. She told me that before they fix the wheel bearing, they would look at it to make sure that was the problem. When I got there, I gave them the part. 30 to 40 minutes later they said they were finished and supposedly changed the wheel bearing. I test drove it home and everything seemed bumpy and since they closed I had to wait until the next day to take my car back to them. When I arrived the next day, the owner, who did the work was not there neither was Kristine. One of the guys looked at the tire and concluded that there was a bubble in the tire and in fact it was not the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced but the tire. He called the owner and he said that they would not refund me even though it was there fault that they replaced the wheel bearing when it was simply a bulge in the tire. He then said they would have to charge me for a used tire and instead of charging me $50 they would charge me $30. I had no choice. I feel like I was bullied and railroaded. They fixed the wheel bearing and it did not even need to be done. Kristine said they would look at it first to make sure that was the wheel bearing was the problem and they did not do that. Since I was treated the way I was treated and paid $175 that I should not have paid, I will be posting on every social media site advising people not to get service from Tire Maxx. Tire Maxx and its owner are a horrible place to trust them to fix your car let alone get bald used tires from them.

Exceptional workmanship from this shop. Leo was very helpful and repaired an electrical issue I had with my Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes. Very thankful for the team and greeted soon after arriving. Highly recommend and will be visiting again for any automotive services.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Leo and his team for 5+ years and Leo has ALWAYS been TRUSTWORTHY and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of our vehicles! Needed a tire and didn’t want to pay $200 for a brand new one. Decided to stop in and see if they could help. They had the tire size I needed and got me in and out in about 20 mins for a fraction of the cost. Super friendly and helpful as well!

Great service. I pulled up, they stopped what they were doing to help me plug my tire and I was gone in 15 minutes. And it was raining outside. Thank you guys for giving me a new tire place to come to.

Leo is the best! Used tires run ~$50 and I had no choice but to get a tire when I was in a financial bind. They looked out for me a couple times on tires till I got my paycheck and could pay the bill. It's nearly impossible to find such a mechanic nowadays so it's not worth it to run off on your bill with such a great business because you won't find another like it in Jacksonville. I had some work done after I was run off the road and they had the repairs completed in only a couple of days including the time waiting for parts. I always come here first for anything wrong with my vehicle and nowhere else for used tires!

Leo and his crew have always taken such care to my family's vehicles as well as my own Throughout the years, especially now that my children are grown and are drivers and my parents are getting up there in age and are no longer as much of drivers as they used to be. Leo will still stop to take the time and have a conversation with both of my parents every time even though it's sometimes on repeat with my dad. It makes him smile and makes my dad have a better day when everything else is going not as well. With this year coming to an end and the start of a new, I know with the changes he's made in 2023, will continue flourish and provide great business for the Jacksonville area and beyond. When you have customers from N.C. coming to town to have work done at your business. Your doing something right.

Amazing experience from 6:30am this morning. Woke up to a flat tire not knowing where I could get a tire reasonably priced I called 8:00am around asking for quotes and everyone was pretty rude but Billy Sr. who answer made me laugh and didn’t even realize he made my day and decision to choose Tire Macc as my go to tire place. First thing in the morning I called and talked to Billy. He asked my tire size and didn't even hesitate to let me know he had some. He told me to come on in whenever I could. I went immediately and they were already ready for me not knowing if I was coming or not. That there let me know that it was going to be good service. I broke the key to my lug nuts when I changed my brakes and not only did they take off the ones for the two tires to be replace but they went beyond and fixed the other two as well so I didn't have to worry about it anymore. I got two used tires that looked brand new! Prices were fair, wait time was short, conversation was great. Billy is the one that helped me but all the guys there were mad cool and I appreciate that being new to Florida. Thanx guys! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! I'll definitely be back!

There was a young man, Jon, that I was impressed with, he's the only reason they got any stars.. The woman that works here is insufferable, doing unnecessary things to my car and got her kid up there jumping around, making a mess.. I was very unsatisfied with the service because of that woman and I would NOT recommend this tire shop to anyone

This is a great place to get any work done. I was referred to Leo from a mutual friend and I’m so happy for it. Leo was very knowledgeable and honest. He could have just sold me a new tire but he informed me he could repair my tire. Only charges a few bucks. Thanks.

Tire went flat the next morning after I purchased the tire. They blamed me. Nasty people. I told them to give me another tire or give my money back. I know it wasn't my fault. After they checked the tire they found it was a bad tire. Never will go back there.

I absolutely recommend them 100%! The only problem I ever had was a mechanic talked a lot and kind of smelled like a brewery,, like stale beer,luckily the other staff members, Leo, Jon,& Billy are there to go to because he was too worried about talking and being on his cell phone!Best place for tires and oil changes hands down!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE IN Jacksonville. I have been struggling and down and out, and they care. I have been here now 4 times because of the family service that they provide they’re not out for your money they wanna make sure that you’re safe in your car. Every single time I come here the owner helps me the employees help me and they are so kind they’re not out for the almighty dollar they actually care about their family that it’s coming in there to get their car worked on. I will ALWAYS and ONLY come here forever!!!!
