Every time I go here my car come back mass up and they dont fix it. Now they don't pick up my calls and don't want to fix what they broke and this is the second time they done this to me. I bet they work good on they people cars and other cars they don't care for it but the money. Mind you I pay alot of money for this fix I came to pick up my car and they told me they almost done ok cool I ask them if they fix everything I paid for he told me yesterday and I asked even the flush he said ya so told me my car was ready 2 hours later still waiting come to find out when I get come it was going hot I call and was told they broke it. They said they went to the junk yard to get the parts they broke now I'm paying for a car they broke and now I don't have a car to go there and they dont pick up my calls. I feel because they wanted to buy my car and I trun them down they broke it so I will sale it gusse what I will junk it before I sale to these non working people.

Pésimo lugar, no vengas aquí! Tuve un viaje a Carolina del Norte, el mecánico me recomendó comprar 3 llantas nuevas y fui a hacerlo, así que al salir de esta tienda dejaron una llanta suelta. Llamé y me aconsejaron que regresara para poder revisarlo, literalmente a 3 minutos haciendo un giro en U con una luz, la llanta salió volando al otro lado de la calle, mi auto cayó sobre el cemento causando daños en mi lado derecho, rotor. Daños en pastillas, frenos y neumáticos. Todo esto sucedió en medio del tráfico, afortunadamente no había nadie caminando y el auto no se estrelló en ninguna parte. Regresé inmediatamente al taller cuando vinieron a poner el neumático y les dije que tenían que arreglarlo. Todo lo que estaban haciendo en ese momento era quedarse mirando el auto tratando de decidir qué hacer mientras yo esperaba horas y le conté sobre el mismo viaje de un día al chico de la oficina. Dijo que me alquilarían un auto y le dije que no porque quería el mío, no quería ser responsable de ningún otro auto. Me dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero cuando regresé del viaje les dije que iba a hacer un informe policial en caso de que me pasara algo en mi viaje. Luego entró el gerente y comenzó a enviarme chantajearme que lo harían a su manera o que yo estaría solo. Comenzaron a tener actitudes conmigo cuando yo era el que estaba molesto porque ellos no eran responsables en primer lugar. Se apresuraron a hacer su trabajo y esto afectó a mi auto. No vengas aquí. Perdí mi viaje y tuvieron mi auto durante 4 días reparándolo. Perdí mucho tiempo aquí y todo lo que el tipo tuvo que decir fue "bueno, te alquilamos un auto". ¿Cómo puedes olvidarte de apretar un neumático?

Terrible place, do not come here! I had a trip to nc , mechanic advised to get 3 new tires which I went to go do so when leaving this shop they left one tire loose. I called and they advised me to come back so they can check it , literally 3 minutes away doing a u-turn on light tire comes flying out all the way across the street my car fell on the cement causing damage to my right side , rotor pad , brake & tire damage. This all happened in the middle of the traffic thankfully no one was walking or car didn’t go to crash anywhere. I came right back to the shop when they came to put the tire on & told them they needed to fix it . All they were doing at that point was standing around looking at the car trying to figure out what to do while I waited hours & I told him about the same day trip the guy from the office. He said they’d rent me a car & I said no because I wanted mine , I didn’t want to be responsible for any other car. They advised they’d fix it but when I came back from the trip & I told them I was going to be doing a police report in case something happened to me on my trip. Manager then came in & started black mailing me that either they’d do it their way or I’d be on my own. They started having attitudes with me when I was the one upset about them not being responsible in the first place. They rushed to do their job and this was affected to my car. Do not come here. I lost my trip & they had my car for 4 days fixing it. I wasted so much time here & all the guy had to say was “well we rented you a car”. How can you forget to tighten a tire?

I went there for a wheel alignment waited abt an hour and a half .. den I asked if they could check out my left break light since I’ve been there for so long might as well ? you know as the guy checked it he broke it. so I juh had to go to auto zone & spend money on a piece there employee broke. I felt like they should gave me a new peice or do sum to fix it wat there employee broke but no they said dat the light bulb caused it to break…. Like i didn’t juh watch the guy break it. I’m honestly highly dissatisfied. I wanted to order sum rims from there & do more maintenance on my car there but wit the way that went abt I dnt think so.

Fraud Alert They sold me a vehicle that had different mileage than the title. Let me save you from the trouble. Do not buy or get repairs done here!! Jesus and Alejandro will swindle you out of your money. Stay away from this place. They sold me a car that had tons of structural damage and that was unsafe for any human being to drive. Not to mention in the first week the check engine light came on three times and I was stranded on the highway because of battery issues. Before I purchased I asked if the car had been fully inspected and they assured me it had been. When I went back they supposedly had no idea the car had been hit multiple times. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership. You will pay more but you can’t put a price on your own safety. These people are in the business to make every dollar they can even if it is at your expense.

Compré una dodge Dakota en el lugar al vendedor de nombre Fabrizio, todo parecía estar bien, buena atención para vender pero ocultan la realidad, le pague el vehículo y al salir de allí a los 5 minutos empezó a temblar fuertemente el vehiculo, regrese ellos le hicieron el chequeo y es la transmisión que está dando problemas, no quiso hacerse responsable alegando no perderá su dinero pero yo si perderé 3200$ que fue el costo del vehículo, dice que fue una venta privada y no por el dealer asi que no hay garantías, le di el beneficio de la duda pensando que el no sabia del problema y le propuse ayudarme a reparar el vehículo y los gastos dividirlos entre los 2 porque reconozco que es un auto usado pero tan solo había conducido el vehículo menos de 10 millas, simplemente se negó porque el no perderá dinero, pero sus clientes si perderán, así que no recomiendo el sitio, te tratan bien para vender!!!

Excellent in ever aspect. After visiting various dealerships, I can assure you this has been the very best for me. I was looking to buy a good car for a reasonable price and in good conditions. I had the opportunity to view in person their extensive catalog of cars and with the patience of various workers from this place I got the one that best suited my wishes. Terrible!! On sale they are friendly but know but now my car has a problem with less than 2 months of use and no one gives me a return. You call and the only thing they know how to say is that I have to wait. you ask to speak to a manager and he just says there's nothing I can do total disregard Everyone knows what it's like to be without a car in the usa

The Workers here treat people well to sell a Vehicle that is in “good condition “ but the blind side you by not telling the truth. A family of mine bought a vehicle they only drive 10 miles and the truck started to give transmission problems, he went back to this place to talk to the seller called Fabrizio, and he said that he wasn’t responsible for that because they weren’t going to lose money. Family lost $3,200 which is really unfair. We don’t recommend to buy vehicle in this place.

they sell some vehicles saying that they don't belong in the desert that they have, when you buy them and pay in full, you drive your vehicle and you drive only 10 miles and the vehicle starts giving problems, you try to solve the problem with them and they don't take responsibility, because they will not lose money, but if they will take your money and you must solve the problem with the vehicle, a bad experience my son had, he does not recommend requesting their services

Luckily I found this shop and I went over to ask for a quote on a main rear seal on my Jeep. I have been looking around and most shops have been quoting overly priced and I would have to leave my jeep for a couple of days. But not them. The gave me a fair quote and told me they could give it back to me today. So I dropped it off at 10 got it back by 5. Very happy with the service
