Thank you Taby for being patient with me and helping me find the right tires for my vehicle. You could easily pushed me to the side but you didn’t. The young technician who name I did not get. Thank you for making sure the tires you put on my vehicle was installed properly and making sure my tire pressure light went off CC, whom I haven’t seen in years, it was a pleasure seeing you again, you always always had a beautiful smile on your face and a pleasant attitude when it came to customer service. Very informative and helpful, explained how to call location directly after misinformation was given by call center. Even with a medical emergency the person was calm and helpful. Awesome experience very clean location as well! Wish I would have gotten the name of the person working because they definitely deserve kudos!!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the service I received at Tire Outlet on Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville, FL. I brought in a defective tire for repair or replacement and was assured it would be taken care of. When I returned to pick it up, I was left to fend for myself, installing the spare tire without any assistance. To my utter disbelief, I was later accused of theft by the police! The store's management failed to communicate effectively, leading to this chaotic situation. No one bothered to call me to clarify the issue or apologize for the inconvenience. To add insult to injury, I ended up paying more for a replacement tire than I originally paid for the defective one. I strongly advise anyone considering using this Tire Outlet to think twice. Their incompetence and lack of customer service are simply unacceptable. (Rated 5 stars so that people may read the review not for the actual rating)

Had a tire going flat very quickly. Shop took me in right away and found the nail causing problem. Had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Shop very clean and everyone very kind and helpful! I love this tire shop. They have helped me in the past, always a good visit!

I brought my vehicle in with a nail in the tire. I waited 3 hours only to be told the tire tread was too worn and I needed a new tire. Purchasing a tire isn’t what’s upsetting. The fact that I wasn’t made aware that there were appointments before me was the issue. I could have taken my vehicle somewhere else. To add insult to injury they didn’t even have a tire in the shop. They had to go get it!!! Extremely upsetting.

I received a warm and friendly greeting upon entering the store. Cici, the Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable of the prices and services offered by Tire Outlet. If you want quality craftsmanship then go to Tire Outlet- you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for treating me right.

They have a awesome team, if they can't find a reasonable amount for what they do. They adjust the price to make the customer satisfied on the customer behalf. Great work I'll come back when ever I have a problem with my vehicle's. 👍

An employee backed up another customer car into mine. I'm demanding a copy of the report but nobody wants to deal with it. The manager doesn't know the procedures. Don't come to this business. Also, I waited three hours with an appointment and nothing got done

Arrived at Tire Outlet- Dunn Ave with nails in my Passenger Rear Tire around 3pm and was met by the most kind and friendly young lady, willing to assist me whole heartedly. I think her name was CiCi. I was not turned away due to the time of day, which was surprising. The Service team was eager to address my issues as well. I give this Facility Five Stars, plus. Even though I had to return the next day to purchase a new tire. Every one was even nicer the following day. I was very happy I stopped at this location. Thanks Everyone 😊.

Had an appointment set for 10am, scheduled a day off from work, brought my own tires and exhaust section to be replaced and kept being told all day it was going to be soon. After 6 hours of waiting I ended up cancelling my job after nothing had been touched and I watched walk ins all day be serviced. Would not recommend at all

The staff was super great, they valued my time & went beyond the call to ensure my family’s safety. They took the time to find the issue with my vehicle that no doubt saved our lives and prevented an unforeseen accident. They have earned a my business and a customer!

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment because you will never get in on time. They are ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. Today they are 1.5 hours behind and it always we only have so many techs. SMH…. DO BETTER!
