Love this place, these gentlemen do good, honest work, and they make you feel like family. I've used this location ( San Juan Avenue) for auto repairs and oil changes, and I'll be back when I need new tires.

I have been coming here since may and have had good experiences when it came to getting knowledge about changing factory rims to aftermarket rims such as the offset and the size tire that was needed when installing them for good turning and a smooth ride. The techs has been helpful everytime also the prices is reasonable!

Went for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. Was told the vehicle needed pads and rotors to the tune of almost $500 dollars. Seemed like a lot, so looked at parts online and checked with another car repair place we have used previously but is farther away. The other place estimated $355. Big difference, so it went to other place for work. Other mechanic pulled brakes apart to work on, and found no problems in the front (40% life still on pads, rotors okay and decided to double check back if had misunderstood) back brakes were fine and did not need replacing. Other mechanic has always done reliable work and did not charge me looking at the brakes since ultimately that was all they did. Appalled Tire Outlet tried to charge me $500 for brakes that clearly did not need to be done. That's not only being high, but deliberately taking advantage of the customer. Cannot recommend and will not be back.

So they told me I had a nail in the sidewall and it couldn’t be patched / plugged etc. first they tried to charge me 140 for a tire , then they said they could do 111 dollars. I took tire to another shop and he showed me where the nail was…. It wasn’t in the sidewall and it was fixable. Dishonest business practices here. They were nice but they were not trustworthy individuals .

Took my truck in for an oil change and tires rotated and balance it took them over 4 hours to complete later noticed my oil pan screw was damaged they never replied to complaints be very carefully dealing with these dishonest people

Update 2024. Alex and his team are great, they have continued to help keep our old car in the best shape for several years now, so that my husband can travel 80+ miles for work each day. I purchased a set of tires and tire sensors from them last year. The installation and customer service was excellent. I visited them again for a balance and tire rotation yesterday, and they were just as friendly and helpful as the initial visit. They are also honest and reasonably priced on anything that they have quoted for recommended repairs. They also offer different payment plan options to help make repairs more accessible.
