About a month ago I had a very bad experience at the Tire Outlet located on Beach Blvd. I scheduled a service appointment on the website for 2 tires for a 2013 Ford Explorer with a TPMS replacement. When we received the vehicle, we spoke to the attendant about the TPMS light coming on. He said the light would go out, which did not happen. We returned to the store and they had no procedures for replacing the TPMS that I had paid to replace. After replacing the TPMS, the attendant used the scanner and blocked my vehicle's speed. We returned to the store once again and they told me to look for a Ford dealership to resolve the problem, resulting in a loss of $400.00. I decided to buy again at the Tire Outlet now located in Saint Jhons, I scheduled the change of 04 tires for the Hyundai Tucson car on December 3rd to be executed on December 5th and after waiting a long time an attendant informed me that there were only 02 tires and that I would have to return another day to put on the 02 missing ones, what is the point of making an appointment with access and when I arrive at the location there is no longer the quantity you reserved. This will be the last time I buy something at the Tire Outlet

I visited this location a couple of times before leaving a review. They have been courteous and prompt. Recently they helped me with changing out the tire on my spare. A+

I shopped around and they had the best price for 50k all weather's. We needed an alignment as well and most shops don't offer them now a days but they do. They also offered a full synthetic oil change for under $50 on sale. They recommended some work on the back struts and I am usually reluctant to believe random mechanics but after driving the car it is noticeably smoother.

Everyone was super helpful. I called to see if they could help, I had a brake problem the same day they were able to take my car and they fixed my car within an hour. I dropped it off at 11:00 and they called me by 12:15. It was amazing 10 out of 10. Would recommend this store to everyone I meet now.

I went there to get tires on 11/30/2024. They got me out in an hour or so. I should have looked it over but I did not. I went home. The next day I walked out to go somewhere and one of my lug nuts was sitting on n the ground next to the wheel. I looked inside where it was supposed to go and it was all messed up. The threads were stripped. Looked at my wheel and there was metal shavings. I walked around the car to check my other lug nuts and noticed my hood was popped. So they didn't close that either cuz they opened it to check stuff under the hood. I pushed the hood down and left. A few minutes later my TPMS light came on. I pulled over to a parking lot and checked all my tires pressure. All at 40 psi. Supposed to be at 32. So all tires were 8 lbs over spec. I fixed it and I held the tpms button down and it went away. Got to Walmart. Left Walmart and the light came back on. Held it down again while I was driving this time and it went away again.And they did not change any of my valve stems. My car is a 2017 civic lx. The tpms is inside the abs sensor that is bolted to the knuckle. So it is not on the wheels themselves. I will be fixing the messed up stripped lugstud and will be getting a new lug nut myself.I have to have low profile lug nuts cuz I have aftermarket rims. I do not want to take my car back up there for fear they will mess something else up. If they use their fingers to thread the lugs on instead of using the impact gun things will go better. I do all the work on my car except for tires and alignment cuz I am unable to do that. And this is what happened. If people take their time and do things the correct way then stuff like this would not happen. Leaving a hood unlatched and stripping lug nuts!! I drive on the Dames Point Bridge every day to and from work. This could have ended very badly for me if I did not check stuff out. Do not go here. They get u out fast but it is not the worth the risk to ur life,ur car,ur passengers and others on the road.

Went in 2 weeks ago for brakes and shocks on a 1989 Ford Motorhome. We were unscheduled but they took us in immediately and worked on our motorhome for over 24 hours getting everything replaced properly because she is an old vehicle. Just today we sprang a radiator leak and we called ahead and they had us back within an hour. The customer service here at this location is unbeatable. If you have an older vehicle and need service work done on it, bring it to this Tire Outlet. You won't be disappointed. The team here is outstanding, prices are very reasonable and you will leave feeling good about work done on your vehicle.

I went in for an “unscheduled” balance and rotate and was welcomed as if I had an appointment. I dropped my jeep off and was ready to be picked up within 2 hours. My jeep rides like new! Great customer service. 👍

I went in searching for 2 new tires after speaking with the representative I. Ended up leaving with 4 new tires. An alignment and all the Bells. And whistles to go with it. I do recommend because not only were they informative But they gave me all these services. And it's very fair price.

Jimbo is a great individual and frequently goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of until complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a good mechanic. I say mechanic bc they do much more than just tires! Check them out, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The so-called technicians here are completely incompetent and lack the proper certification to diagnose car problems. I took my Mercedes in because it was stalling, and they had the audacity to tell me I needed a coolant flush and sensors changed—charging me an outrageous $1075 for what turned out to be absolutely NOTHING! When I got my car back, it was as if they did zero work. I went back to express my anger and frustration, and they had the gall to say I now needed a new alternator and battery—again, it didn’t solve the problem! I'm now out $2200 and STILL stranded with the same stalling issue! It honestly feels like they just Google potential causes for stalling and go down the list, charging me for each one without any actual resolution. I can't believe they get away with this! They might manage to put on tires, but don’t you dare trust them with anything else—they’ll rip you off and have you coming back again and again without fixing a single thing. This place is a total circus of incompetence. If you need any car repairs, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

As a single female I am always skeptic of having to deal with anything car related. Initially I went to tire outlet with a flat tire. I got a quote and chose to shop around. They were so understanding and assured me they quoted the best price they could, AND even gave me some air 🙏 . After a ton of research I realized that It really was the best rate I could find! Today I got my new tires within an hour and am a happy girl!

BillyJoe was absolutely amazing, he was also kind enough to get my son a snack and drink while we waited. I will say it took a bit longer to start on my vehicle when I had an appointment, but otherwise my experience was great! I plan on going back soon for my transmission and brake flush.

I brought my car here suspecting one of my tires had a slow leak. They plugged the tire and filled it with air free of charge! Overall very pleased with the experience, everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. Also, bonus that the waiting room has a desk workspace with outlets for anyone that may need to be there for an extended period of time (I personally did not need/use it for this particular service visit but thought it's worth mentioning).
