I consulted with a courteous technician who patiently addressed all my inquiries. Following an inspection, two nails were identified in my tire. The technician presented patching options and associated costs, completing the repair within fifteen minutes. Even after the service, the technician remained readily available to answer further questions in a professional and friendly manner. Update: The tire patch repair failed within a week, resulting in an air leak.

The guys that work here are always nice. They show me what is wrong with my tire and if they can patch it they will. I have gotten a lot of nails in my tires from the surrounding area and road work it's nice to bring it to people who aren't just trying to sell me a tire.

Unprofessional staff, I bought 4 brand new good year tire from a person with the name of Danish, but unfortunately his mechanic damaged my all 4 wheels by replacing the tires even he didn't know how to gage the tire air pressure! So how can I expect them to balance the tire, I notice some viberation on freeway at high speed because of tire balancing, so I called him several times he was not responsive, then I went few times to their shop and his mechanic did test drive but he was unable to fix it and rudely said its due to wheel alignment? It is crazy!!! viberation is not related to wheel alignment lolz Finally I went to good year mechanic shop and spend extra time and money to balance the tire and fixed the issue. Not recommend it 😕
