Awful. I called immediately after placing order and added my employee who was person picking up. There is no option to add a person other than the card holder online. The order had his name added but apparently that info never made it to the disti center as it takes a cpl business days??? He went all the way out there only to be told he couldn’t pick up. 3 hrs of driving total now. What a waste of time to save 40 bucks Customer service on the phone is good but Tell me there is a delay

Buyer beware. The road hazard program required you to pay out of pocket and then hopefully get refunded. They also do not honor tread warranty. Better off buying from Discount directly as they offer replacement with their programs. Customer service is based out of Ohio and takes months. Road hazard is a 3rd party company. Also if you have then install studs, that also voids your warranty from the manufacturer! I only saved about $200 buying direct. It's not worth the time they take from you... 2 days later and never heard from them.

Given the instructions and the detailed additional instructions, I expected a quick pickup. Instead, it took more than 25 minutes when no one else was waiting. The excuse was they were carefully inspecting my rims - how about you do that when the rims arrive, not when I do? Or, give me instructions to expect a long wait? I regret not paying for delivery. They reached out to me and asked me to email them at custserv@tirerack.com - but that email address doesn't exist, and I got bounced twice trying to sent them an email.

I ordered the tires that had road hazard included at no additional cost to me. It cost me $20 less to pickup right near I-70 & Central Park exit. I arrived, called and the tires were brought to the car with no hassle. I was impressed since I had ordered online to be delivered to Discount tire most of the time but was not ready to install the tires yet. This was a very convenient option for me.

I purchased new set of tires for my M340i, wore out after 15k miles for a 60k tires. Tire rack charged me to ship them back then gave me less than 50% refund. Your are just a number to them not a valued customer. Last time buying tires with them. Buy local they will beat tire racks prices and take care of you when things go wrong.

Just bad service service. Check out the consumer affairs reviews on these ppl, don't believe Google! they don't stand behind their product and apparently never will. Oh and they sell old tires too from what I can see on the consumer affairs page-make sure you're checking the dates on your tires when purchased. Just goes to show you what kind of people they have on site.

Ordered 4 tired to be delivered 30 minutes down the road at a discount tire for Install. The company contracted to deliver these tires managed to lose 1 of the 4 on the way down there. When I saw the delay I started to look into it and saw this distribution center down the street from me. Called around to customer service to see about getting this tire in person same-day instead of waiting on the lengthy investigation and re-ship process. I proceeded to be bounced around 5 or 6 times to different parts of the customer service chain ultimately resulting in nothing being done and me being told that I would have to wait on them to finish their "investigation" into tires that I already paid for and that their 3rd party company had lost. This resulted in me having to cancel plans for this week on multiple days as well as miss work, why is this necessary when the tires are paid for and it is verifiable that I only received 3 of them? Needless to say I will not be purchasing from Tire Rack again as I can not roll the dice when I need tires for work

Customer service when you call in at arrival is terrible however the ones who deliver your order are very friendly and work very quickly once the person who answers the phones actually does what they're supposed to do. Great prices too. Would be 5 stars if not for that one person.

DO NOT TRUST this company. of the 4 new tires, two had flats and both were NOT covered under warranty. What I did find out is that the warranty's are handled by a 3rd party company called Nation Safe Driving. And dealing with them is like talking to blocks of wood. Nation safe driving found technicalities for both flats not to cover. Spoke with supervisor Brittany Edite and she was clueless. So they must get paid by tire rack NOT to approve claims. I will NEVER use TireRack for this reason...ever. I have been purchasing tires for decades and zero problems with brick and mortar tire warranties. scammers.

this place is non professional ordered wheels multiple times from them and they never have shown up on time they even canceled a order without telling us and when we called them they said the only way we would be able to get it the day it was promised was if we went and picked it up our selves...this place does not take accountability for there mess ups nor do they try and make it right for the customer I do not rec. ordering something from them, either pic it up, buy some time or use other tire vendors... best rec. is to avoid them as best as you can

Ordered rims supposed to be delivered a week ago. Half of shipment delivered in a whiteout blizzard, other half MIA for 5 days with no updates or even notifying me of the supposed weather delay. Complete lack of communication or accountability from this company; I sincerely regret not buying local. Will never do business with Tire Rack again and I'd advise anyone else considering this vendor to steer very clear of their shady practices.
