They were extremely helpful in helping us get new wheels and tires when ours were stolen off the street! Omar especially helped us pick a good color and provided locking lug nuts so it wouldn't happen again.

Very efficient! Stopped by without an appointment with a flat tire. They fixed it in around 10 minutes and it only cost $10! Friendly too.

This place is fast and super convenient! Right off the 580 freeway. Prices are also very competitive. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday!

Worst tire place. Do not come here if you want good service. They talk mess in Spanish about their customers and blame the customer for their mistakes. I've gotten 10 new tires in the last two years from these guys. I've had them check my rims multiple times Everytime they say it's fine just a flat or nail or whatever they come up with. 8/29 I had flats I went in and got all new tires because they said I really need it or I will be in danger, I had them check the rims again they said it's fine. The next day I'm on flats again. Now a week later they are saying I need new rims they just kept taking my money without finding the real issue do not come here if you are looking for help with your tires and rims they are snakes.

Not my first time there at the Rim Guys and it won’t be my last. These guys rock! They pulled the tire, found and fixed the flat in 10 mins for $10. And they’re funny too. Sure I could fix my own tire with a plug kit but some things are better left to the professionals. 2022 update: tire fixed for $10 and 7 minutes 20 seconds. Service still great. 5⭐️ 2024 update: still great and fast service!

Where do I even begin. This place is beyond unprofessional!! Their service hours states they are open until 5pm. Another customer and I arrived at 4:50, the owner decided to roll down their windows and close the shop while we were standing there. To even make it worst their reason is “because the boss like to close it now”. Horrible is understatement!

Had a nail in one of my tires and stopped in at 6:30 PM on a Friday without an appointment. They mended the tire, swapped out the spare and had me back on the road by 6:35. $10. Been a month now and the tire is all good. Fast, cheap and friendly..

Place tried to rush you at 6pm when they state they close at 7. Was going to pay and they removed my tire off and refused me service for no reason because I was trying to get my bank to approve the transaction. Waaaay before 7pm and now I’m stuck in a city I’m not from with no tire! Thanks

A friend of mine referred me here and I was not disappointed. I had a flat tire and I was helped immediately. I was in and out in 10 minutes, the staff was wonderful, and it only cost $10! I highly recommend this business.

Had a nail in my tire. Called and asked if they could help. I had a specific fix in mind, patch and plug. They quoted me $35, fair. I came in and they plugged the tire free of charge. Told me I didn’t need a patch. Will definitely be coming here again in the future. Honest and kind business and fast and knowledgeable service techs.

Waste of Time if You Own a BMW I had a terrible experience here trying to get a wheel alignment done on my BMW. Despite three attempts, they never got it right, and the main manager was incredibly rude. **1st and 2nd Visits:** They told me to replace the control arms, which I did each time. However, the car still didn't respond to their adjustments. **3rd Visit:** I replaced all the arms and suspension components. This time, the car drove straight, but the steering wheel was tilted to the right. When I returned to have this fixed, the mechanics said they couldn't help any further and offered me a refund. When I approached the manager for the refund, he was extremely rude, telling me, "I don't want to see this car here again." I did get my refund, but the attitude was unacceptable. **Conclusion:** While the mechanics try to provide good service, they should inform customers that they lack the skills for BMWs. They are nice guys, but the manager's behavior was deplorable. I found another place nearby within 20 minutes that fixed the alignment without any issues.
