Took all 3 cars to have fixed. 6 months later everything from brakes rotors ball joints even an alternator broke all over again. Never heard of a new alternator with a new battery going out after 6 months. Then after having over $4000 worth of suspension work on my car it started making noise again. I took it somewhere else to find out it had damage to the sub frame that would just keep breaking the controls arm amongst other things. They never told me about that damage. I think they just thought I would keep coming to them to fix it. I don't know if they are just using shitty parts or they don't have a damn clue what they are doing but what ever they fix be ready to have it fixed again.

Misdiagnosed a transmission problem leading me to sale my vehicle. They said it needed to be rebuilt when the problem came down to a leak on a 2010 charger. I was a loyal customer until I found out how small the problem was after the new buyer fixed the issue

Over charged my daughter for work they say they did, but didn't tell her up front the cost to do said work. It was work that didn't need done and was not ask to do it.

This place goes above and beyond! I was passing through the area Monday Afternoon late and they took very good care of me got the parts they needed super fast and stayed late to get me back on the road so I would not have to get a hotel. Well done to everyone there

Awesome shop the mechanics are very knowledgeable and got my Odyssey back on the road fast just like any automotive repair place it cost but it was well worth the price to have my vehicle back on the road and fixed properly with out any surprises they let me know before hand what was going on before hand and how much it would cost very professional and friendly I will recommend them to everyone

Down to earth, common sense excellence at what they do, which is to know everything about how to fix or replace anything on a motor vehicle for a decent price. The only thing I question is calling it "Tire" Service Plus when they know a heck of a lot more than just tires. Five stars given because you can't give six.
