They patched my tire incorrectly and upsold me a tire. I kept the old tire and got it checked by a professional and they said they could patch it and it was done incorrectly because of this the tire couldn’t be fix now. I would rather go to discount tire or Hibdon and get a good work done correctly.

Unfortunately the owner Vincent doesn’t make right by his employees mistake. We have gotten numerous tires from this location, and went back for a patch job that was patched wrong which resulted in a new tire needing to be purchased.

Unprofessional I spoke to the owner about them patching my tire wrong which ruined the fixable tire. After that I had to buy a new one for 200$. Going to a place like discount tire would be a better selection because you know they are professional and they are willing to serve you after making an honest mistake. I will never do business with this tire shop again.

Vincent was below par for sure. I wish it could’ve went better. What a bummer we’ve done business countless times here but unfortunately the service didn’t match the service of discount tire. We had work done wrong here and Vincent the owner was unbothered and all for making a profit and nothing about service to the customer.

I’m leaving a review based on the sheer honesty of the folks here. We got some used tires put on at another shop and the guys who put them on were trying to sell us an alignment. So we went here (we had gotten a cheap alignment from them a couple years back that was very inexpensive) and they ended up telling us that we didn’t need an alignment. We are two young women, and they very easily could’ve taken our money and did the alignment. Instead they were honest and I really appreciate that. I’ll always take my car here for my tire needs- rare to find a shop these days who’s not trying to squeeze every penny out o you.

I went to a different tire shop first and they said they couldn't fix it and sent me on my way. I went to Los Chapines and the guy fixed it quickly with no problems for only $7! I've been driving since with no issues!

No le recomiendo a nadie venir a este lugar te venden aceite del más barato y lo hacen pasar por el más caro y ni le echan lo que te cobran a mi disque me le echaron a mi troca dos galones y lo lleve al mecánico y me dijo que le echaron solo uno y del mas barato también me vendieron una llanta que nomás me duró dos días y no me solucionaron nada cuando les reclame pésimo lugar 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Unprofessional, uncordial, ill-mannered, rude, & accused me of hitting a car told me to watch out. I didn't hit a car someone vindictive pulled my bumper off my car. Tons of tire shops where the customer comes first & you don't tell people stuff to their face. I would give them a 0. I don't recommend going here totally inappropriate telling me stuff to my face. Go to a real tire shop Hibdon or Walmart. They guarantee their tires at Hibdon & Walmart.

Communication was a problem. They said they balanced my tires but they obviously didn't because I was shaking all the way home. 80 bucks fkr a swap and balance and they did half the job.

No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar, pésimo Servicio!!!!!!la persona que me atendió hablaba más de lo que trabajaba, no se enfocaba en lo que estaba haciendo, me tardo más de media hora en arreglarme un parcho y de todos modos me lo dejo todo mal, tuve que ir a buscar otro lugar al día siguiente por que la llanta estaba baja otra vez.😡😡😡😡
