Came to get my tire pressure checked and the workers ignored me. They were being racist. They ignored I was in the shop and when I asked them if they were open they said no. Then I asked them what time they are open as they said 9. Aren’t you guys 24hrs?!

I came here and got a tire, not even 2 weeks ago, just took my car for an oil change somewhere and while inspecting my car they noticed the tire I got from here is dry rotted and cracked and tread is so low they’re recommending me to not even drive on it and get it replaced asap

I’ve been here recently with 2 different vehicles, I have had GREAT service! They’re VERY hard working and I have not been waiting too long, the prices are great and I couldn't be happier each visit. These reviews leave no justice 💪🏽☺️ Thank you Miguel for your consistent service! Keep up the good work as well as your well communicated staff! We will continue to buy here! This is the only place open 24 hours. I needed a tire bad. I was in an out. Fast service. I highly recommend. In a few weeks I will get some more tires from them.

This place charge me $80 for an used tire that was bad. I thought they didn’t balance the tire at first. When I got home and took a look at it, the tire was showing wires and had bubbles on the side. My other bad experience was a poor job patching up a hole in the tire. Both times they gave me attitude. They don’t like blacks also.

Constantly changing their tire prices to steal the most out of you. Went from 115 to 120 to 125 when I go to check out and of course you're not going to ask them to take out the tire they just installed so you bare up and pay for it after the fat chick at the register stares at you with a dumbstruck look on her face like a 2nd grader that got caught doing something they're not supposed to. They also "insure" your tires but the "insurance" doesn't cover jack squat, had a screw ruin my tire just for them to charge me to take it out at full price because it's not covered in the cost that they up charged me an extra 10 bucks for than what they actually price list. On that note the insurance doesn't cover anything actually useful just bubbles.

Some worker here assaulted me and refused to give me back my rim and tire when I asked to cancel a tire swap when they tried to charge me more than what I was told the tire would cost. Asked for my original tire to be put back and I would go somewhere else instead. Dude wasn't the one working on my tire, he was working on someone else's and refused to give me back my stuff. After words were exchanged and he assaulted me cops were called. Don't go where, this isn't the 1st time he has done this. His own words

Waited an hour in the middle of the night to be attended & the employee kept saying they wouldn’t attend us until his lunch was over. His lunch that was supposedly an hour but we waited a lot more than that. Employee also sent us on a wild goose chase saying there was a tire shop that could help 5 minutes away but didn’t give us any clear directions. Very disappointing service.

Zero stars literally came out and also waited in my car the employee was asleep and would not help any customers. The owner needs to step up his game if employees are not working for him....what a waste of labor

0 stars: Came to this shop for a used tire before and went in today for another one but was told they only sell NEW tires. The signs clearly say “New & Used Tires” Wasn’t even asked what size the tire was, just if we were looking for new or used. This young guy we talked to obviously had a demeanor that he didn’t care. Never coming here again.

Asked to replace 4 sensors on tires, but received so much redundant answers like what I had to do, where I should go, and finally intimidating reasons they could not do the job. Took my job to Discount tires, they gave me free referral, then Discount tires got it done… seemed like this shop lady manager and co-assistant were refusing to give in. No Help. What would you have done? Insist?

Este señor nos dijo que no cambian llantas de RZR ahi siendo que tienen llantas de RZR ahi en Venta. No avía gente. Estaba muy agusto el señor platicando. Para que el dueño se entere que esta pasando y nos vamos a encargar que toda la comunidad de off road vean el vídeo de el mal servicio. En cuanto llegamos el sábado 17 de junio aproximadamente a las 1130 PM. Para que vea el dueño que en cuanto llegamos nos dijo que no.

Had to wait almost 2 hours to get 1 tire changed onto the rim that was already off the car. Looks like there was only 1 guy working, and I couldn't get his attention enough to tell me how long it would take, nor a price until the end. There were about 4-5 other people waiting continuously, and no idea how the order was chosen on who was serviced next.

Horrible service!!! I got my kid out here in 114 whether I park and ask for a patch up. They go and help two other people car before even bothering to do my car. I told them, how much longer? Been here for over 45mins all for them to say am going with the flow!!

Pésimo servicio fui a sacarle el ponche a una llanta y me pusieron mal la extra vuelvo a que revisen y me pedían herramientas para hacer el trabajo hay como 5 hombres ahí en el lugar y tardan una eternidad y todavía te atienden de mala forma deberían de clausurar el lugar

unfortunately they didn’t tighten 3 bolts on 3 separate wheels & one of them lead to being almost entirely seized & this isn’t adding on to the bolt they did strip so in the end I paid 275 to have 2 studs stripped & 2 bolt studs stripped as well. they work in a rush so don’t properly check for safety & i almost broke something just backing out there lifting ramps
