This used to be my go to for work on my wife’s car and mine as well. I work at a dealership but little things I go to them since it’s nearby. Several months ago had to replace an alternator on my wife’s car a 2010 IS 250. I was expecting a quote of maybe $150 to install since I had the part. Boy was I surprised when they said it would be $450 to install. I was like what? So I’ve notice a pattern that there great prices they had in the past is no longer there. Don’t get me wrong I understand things have gone up and I’m aware of that. But several other shops in the neighborhood quoted me $75-$225. I ended up towing it to my job which. Happen to be a Lexus and they charge me an employee $50 to install. Now you probably saying to yourself why didn’t I just go there in the first place. Well I didn’t want to bother with the tow since the car wasn’t drivable of it was I would have gone there.

Nice people BUT!! I took my truck there because it would shut off while it was running. They charged me $120.00 to do diagnostic tests and told me they couldn't find nothing wrong aside from the battery being dead. They charged the battery, ran more diagnostic test and said nothing was wrong with the battery or the alternator. I asked, is there anything wrong with the battery. The mechanic said no, the diagnostic test would have said so. They cleared the codes and said everything was fine. They tested the truck and said it cranks up but a couple of times it didn't but would later crank back up. They gave me my truck back and I drove home. I then went to pick up my daughter from school and it cut off again. I believe the battery is bad and I'm changing it out in the morning. My thing is that is it fair I pay $120.00 for a diagnostic test that failed to diagnose my vehicle and cause me to be stranded with the same issue? What would be fair in this situation to me who just paid 120.00 for nothing?

Thieves stole $6800, was suppose to get an engine swap for a blown engine… come to find out it’s the same original engine all they did was a temporary fix on the piston…. Didn’t even change the water pump that he charged my husband for (Marcos) the manager knew what he was doing and is trying to get away with it…. Apparently he don’t work there no more I feel very disrespected…. Car only worked for one year to be broken down again… you guys will be seeing me soon. Lawyer will be involved.

If your looking for over priced service this is the place for you ! Came in to get the valve changed cause my tire was leaking air, a service that cost me $10 at my regular place cost me $48 because of a sensor that had to be replaced, the guy told me I just had to give it some time that the sensor would recalibrate. I had to come back because I still couldn’t see my tire pressure, turns out they never fixed the sensor at all. The customer service is good everyone is polite but I had wait a little over 30 mins for them just to give me my car back and tell me the all sensors on my tires don’t work and it would be $500 to fix ….Won’t waste my time or money coming back here. Would not recommend this place at all !!

This place is overpriced and recommended service that I did not need bc it did not resolve the issue with my truck. I had to ask to see what the service codes were for my truck and it did not indicate that I needed an alignment. The lights are still on, on the dashboard of my truck after spending close to $400. Go somewhere else

One of the best shops to go get your vehicle serviced. Always on point with the customer service and explains every detail wrong with your car and when you agree to let them fix it they get the job done. No complaints and it's clean there isn't a bunch of junk laying around like other mechanic shops.

recently had a highly disappointing experience at tire station. went in for a simple tire rotation, but not only did they fail to perform this basic service, they also claimed my lower control arm was bent and said they had "fixed" it. However, anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that a bent lower control arm cannot be fixed—it must be replaced. To make matters worse, my wheel is still drifting, indicating that the problem was not addressed properly. When I confronted them, they conveniently pointed to the "no refund or warranty" policy on the receipt. This feels like a blatant attempt to avoid accountability for their shoddy work. I strongly advise against using tire station and Chris was the technician for any automotive services. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable and honest shop.

Average prices on tires but the staff is what makes this store. Very nice people and they got me in and out. This being my second visit to this store, I am confident in my review. Update: It's been a few months and I just returned today with a different car for different reasons, April 2024. Still a great staff and good reasonable prices.

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes, the holds weren’t this long before they got the money all of a sudden it’s hold on. I’ve been respectful not raising my voice or using any profane language always being kind and respectful and now they won’t answer my calls after putting me on hold and hanging up. I’m not here to bash I just want a refund.

Do not come here. The manager a guy with glasses tries to screw you over. He looked at his employee which is an airhead with the phone next to his ear and told me the screws for the back of the car were $150 and his employee looked at him with a face. They didn't even fix my car correctly. Now my alignment is all messed up. Do not come here
