On Thursday I got a nail in my tire and was losing air pretty fast. Tire Stop was my first choice. He got me in and out in 30 minutes. He really got me out of a jam and didn't try to sell me into a new tire. Highly recommend this place.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After getting new tires put on, I noticed something wrong when I would accelerate. It felt like the tires were skipping across the road and not gripping properly. I took the car back to shop and he test drove the vehicle and said it 100% wasn't the tires, it was my transmission or suspension. So then I take my vehicle to my mechanic and he immediately says your back rear tire is bigger than the other 3. Not only did they fail to check the tires after install, they failed to check the tires when I went back explaining the issue AND didn't even test drive after he out the new tire on. Save yourself a headache.

Juan was honest, kind, and able to help repair my tire after running over a screw. The charge was only $25, and took him about 5 minutes! Can't beat that. I appreciated his time and professionalism!

Terrible. They had a set of tires online. I said they looked low on tread. They said 70-80% tread was left. Drove 45 min out there to find out they had 10-15%. Save yourself the time.

Eric absolutely gave me beyond 5 star service. Extremely honest and caring, gave me exceptional service cracking the shop door while they were literally closing and fixed a nail flat faster than I could even believe. Definitely was tricked out of my money! Came in to get a price on 1 new rim. The person working suggested that I buy a set of 4 used tires and rims that he SAID were the same for my vehicle that he previously owned. I ended up buying the 4 rims in which later I found out they were not the same as mine and the size is off which is making my car shake when I brake now. He didn’t have to lie to get me to buy his rims. He could have sold me 1 new rim that actually fit my vehicle and I would have been a repeat customer.

Walked in this afternoon, been having trouble keeping air in my driver side rear tire, came to get a leak check and there's a nail in it, was probably there for 5 minutes, and was very pleasantly surprised how clean the waiting area was. I am very happy with the results and I will come back if any problems occur.

So i got a new set of tires and rims from this place and they are amazeing. If you want great Customer service, great price and an Amazing experience picking out what kind of tires and rims you need for your truck or car then this is the place by far . I work At a smalle company in Woodstock and customer service is number one for us And I expect the same and i found it . I will not go Anywhere else.

Went there today thinking I needed to replace the valve on my tire, but was able to have just the tip replaced. They were very professional and also saved me money. I will definitely be back!
