I needed a new lawn tractor battery. I wanted an Interstate battery and they carry them. Fast service and very polite people. It's run by a brother and sister and they have been in business a long time. I highly recommend this place.

Went in to get my battery for my RV checked. I was carrying my toddler and the older man saw me struggling to carry both the toddler and the battery. He quickly came out offering to help. Then upon telling them what was going on, they took care of everything I needed, called on a few connections they had to make sure I could get helped by them, and got me all set up. I walked out of there knowing why small town shops are the best!

The older guy needs to learn not to ignore people but they had my used tire at a decent price. Kim in the shop had extremely good customer service and was very friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer services. Went in looking for tires obviously and before I could even finish letting the old hag know what I’m looking for she saw my truck and went on a tirade about how they don’t do big tires and trucks and how useless our trucks/tires are!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND and will advise my truck community of this to ensure this angry old hag gets zero business from the people they rely on most…

These folks a rude as the come, they act like they are doing you a favor. I had tires mounted, tire pressure ranged from 45-65 psi.

Thank you! If you want the nicest people, come here. They were so awesome while my Autistic son sat in the car during the process of a tire repair and chilled. They are very reasonable, thorough, and have a Dr Pepper machine. Just go there!

Another shop in town tried 3 times to fix my leak. These good folks fixed it in less than 10 minutes using good old fashioned common sense and charged a very fair price. Places like this are getting harder and harder to find.....sometimes a lower price is not a better value.....sometimes cheaper doesn't cost less.

This had to be the worst customer service I have ever had in Waxahachie. No manners, condescending and just plain rude. Once the person that I was dropping off the car for showed up to pay to get the tire fixed, the attitude changed. Suddenly, they were all nice and Buddy buddy because they knew him and their family. 😳So, unless you know somebody there, be prepared to be considered an inconvenience. Ridiculous
