I just got some new wheels for my 2010 Toyota Prius, and wanted to get some high performance all-seasons and support a local shop. I checked out some other nearby shops and didn't get a great vibe, so I was really excited to find Tire Trends. Really cool shop! You can tell they take pride in their work. I called in to explain what I was looking for and get a quote, and was pleased to see they had a tire to fit every budget. As a "car guy" - of course I wanted the best, and Artyom hooked me up with some Nokian Ones - designed specifically with hybrid/electric vehicles in mind. Low rolling resistance, all-season high performance, and even "green manufacturing" to appease my tree hugger side. As I had new wheels, they also sold me some TPMS sensors at a great price, and programmed them to the car and even checked my alignment as part of the deal! I will definitely be coming back for some suspension work as well as tires for my other cars.

Very good place with affordable prices. Got two new tires and replaced my breaks for under $500. Dennis is the man, he took me outside to show me what they were putting on my car and that they were changing out the pads with new ones. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to save money and get it done correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would do it because the service is very bad and they do not do a good job, they only steal your money, my car was worse than it was, I do not recommend it

I had a great experience! I showed up without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and get my winter wheels put on quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and they had very reasonable prices that didn’t break the bank.

Said they couldn’t do my alignment cause I needed new control arms, but that for $500 they’d replace both control arms and do the alignment. They had my car for 3 days. Now, a couple years later I’m told by a different mechanic the control arms were never replaced.

The owner is nice. Got a quick and fair estimate on the phone. Picked a day to come in and they installed new tires in about 30min. No surprise charges and stuck to the exact estimate. I plan to go again.

I live very close to this place. It's very convenient. There is one guy who works there that is incredible. Everyone else is completely rude. I had a flat tire the other day and stopped by to get it patched. I was rudely told that they don't have time. I mean...I was on my rims. They wouldn't even put air in it too get somewhere else. I will never ever go back there again. I'm due for some new tires also. They will not get another dime from me. I bought my least set there. Never again!

Sold me a set of used wheels and tires knowing one wheel was bent and 3 of 4 tires leak. I even asked why they had no air and he lied saying it was because he removed the "sensors". Now he won't make it right, told me tough luck. Don't do business with this crook.

These guys do good work on tires and alignment. Their work is warrantied as well. I got 4 new tires for my Honda Pilot installed and aligned for under $550.

These guys really try and squeeze you for every last dollar - beware when they rent you a truck with the gas level at between 1/4 and 1/2 so that the line isn't clear. I drove 20 miles and put 2 gallons in to where the original line was. They claimed I was short, and charged me an extra $11. Then they claimed I had "dirt" in the back of the truck. I moved one couch. There was no dirt. They let the cleaning fee slide after prolonged argument and refused to budge on the gas charge. These guys are the worst. Don't give them your business.

Tire Trend LLC has the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I feel bad for U-haul as a company to be misrepresented by Tire Trend LLC, they were outright rude I gave them a $100 dollar cash deposit the day prior with intent to return the truck before they closed at 5pm which I did. I went to get my change the next day and they were belittling and dismissive when I mentioned they prematurely closed. Tire Trend LLC came off as a business that has no investment in its customers' well being or satisfaction. they are there to do one thing make a profit at whatever or whoever's expense, definitely not my cup of tea. I would not recommend their services. There are much more U-haul locations around this area this one just came to be the short straw of decisions. that was only renting a u-haul, I couldn't imagine putting my faith in a company when $1000+ rim and tire combinations would be on the line.
