My husband, Dewayne, & I found this place through google while traveling from southwest Iowa to Kyle Texas. A death in the family had us leaving home without time to properly prepare for our trip. We needed new tires all around on our truck. We searched google and chose Tire Universe. Called ahead while driving their direction to see if they had our size of tires on hand. They did thankfully. We arrived a short time later to a very very busy shop. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30p. Impressively they were moving customers quickly in and out. All customers coming in appeared to be leaving laughing and smiling. With that being said I highly recommend this place. They were knowledgeable, capable, and professional. The place was clean for a tire shop. All of the gentlemen were so friendly and kind. They offered for us to stand in the office area where it was nice and cool from the Texas heat. They had a lot of really cool rims to check out while we waited. The service here was great, prices were reasonable, and did I mention the gentlemen were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I cannot say this enough. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in on Sunday morning to get a plug because I got a screw in my tire. The gentleman working was very helpful and “plugged my tire” and gave it some air. I was so excited to get back on the road because I had to tight deadline to pick up a trailer. A few hours later I was stranded with a flat tire. Because I was not near the original tire shop, I had to go to another tire shop to figure out what happened. The new tire shop took the wheel off and found the screw still in there. They never removed the screw! Instead they punched a new hole next to the screw. Now I’m stuck needing a new tire because of their scam work! It is now too dangerous to patch because the new hole the made it close to the sidewall and too large. This place is highway robbery! I paid $10 for a plug there and even tipped them another $10. Now I’m stuck buying a $565 new tire! I am sick over this. Times are already hard enough!

I picked up a massive bolt in my tire and swung into the first tire shop I saw. These guys were great. Super quick, nice, and greatly priced. Highly recommend.

Got there 10 minutes before they closed, and they started pulling the bay doors down and said they were close.

I will always go to this place to get my tires fixed and replaced. They were honest and they did a good job. I can't say the same for a different tire shop down the road. Who charged me way more than they needed to because of greed.

ONE OF MY Crowns was taken off my tire. Got home noticed it. Went back the man said no it was not on there. Just had put them on there. I even gave him a $4.00 BLESSING. HE STILL STOLE FROM ME. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED. I will never go bk. I don't like how I was done. Everyone BE CAREFUL.
