Just got the tires replaced for my Tesla Model Y with the alignment at the Tire Warehouse Service Center. The service was exceptional and fast. The shop has a good selection of tỉres. Very happy with the recommendations from the manager for the choice of tires which fits my budget. Thank you.

After Firestone told me my appointment to have my alignment done would take 2hrs, I left and drove passed the tire warehouse. I decided to check it out. These guys were friendly and professional. The alignment was half the price as Firestone. They had the alignment done in under 30min. Pluse they had free snacks in the waiting area. Definitely going back to have maintenance done on my vehicles.

Bad tire shop service. I bought used tire but I think they didn’t even check it. The tire losses air slowly. First 2-3 hrs I didn’t even used it for a day.

Horrible guys! Took my car in to replace my 2 front tires and they managed to damage the TPM sensors on the right wheel. I took it back to the shop and somehow it’s not their issue anymore and asking me to take back to the dealer. He goes on to say my car is 6 years old and it’s possible that TPM sensor is worn out.. I didn’t have this issue when I took it to the shop. Shady ppl.! I knew I shouldn’t have taken my car to this third class warehouse. I would give 0/5 for customer service/satisfaction.!

This is an updated review for New Tire Warehouse as it is now under new ownership/management by William Vu. We will no longer use this company for any new tire purchases or wheel alignments, etc. for our company vehicles or personal vehicles. We will let our friends and family know that it's now under new ownership and the high previous service expectations no longer exist here. We made an appointment at 8:00AM with William for a wheel alignment for one of our company vehicles. William gave us the choice to come in same day at either 11:00AM or 1:00PM, we chose 1:00PM. Our installer brought the vehicle around 12:30PM ahead of the scheduled time only to have William say they were too busy and come back tomorrow. This is unprofessional as we stopped installation work for this van to have it serviced. We ended up taking it down to Firestone on Camino Real in Santa Clara who took the vehicle on short notice and without an appointment to have it serviced the same day. --------------------------- We have placed our trust in New Tire Warehouse in Santa Clara for several years now not only for our company vehicles but also our personal vehicles. We highly recommend this business. They are professional, efficient and affordable for the quality of tires we purchase. Services are included with the purchase. Was in the unfortunate situation of getting a major puncture on my tire, and towed my car to this shop because it was nearby. They pulled it off and let me know very clearly why it wasn’t repairable (hard to know what exactly punctured the tire from the outside!). I appreciate the transparency and clear communication.

Went back for a second time. The technician wouldn't listen to me, so I called the manufacturer of the upper control arms... He wouldn't listen to him either. Then, he incorrectly installed my adjustment by not seating it correctly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Crooked owner. If you don't want your car to be damaged, avoid it at all costs. While testrunning my car after alignment the owner scratched it and denied this happened. I got it all on camera, and he has it on his cameras too, but refused to reveal (of course) the videos neither to me nor my insurance agent. He went out of his way coming up with multiple lies to reason why he can't provide that. So I filed a police report and the court hearing is pending. Reply: again, now in the reply the owner is saying he would be happy to assist but when I drove there again, he said he would not give any footage. My insurance agent talked to him and said he was sneaky, arguing that his video has glares and she wouldn't see anything anyway. Just one more excuse..stop lying already.

The worst experience i had. Came in for good reviews, but never ever going again. Dishonest scam place, worst customer service. Hungry for the money. If you care about your car, Avoid this place at all cost!!!
