You couldn't ask for better service! Adam, the general manager, and everyone else was very helpful! They promised me that they could have the tires I was looking for delivered the next day, and they sure kept their word! Exactly as specified and as soon needed. They sent me an invoice, and held the tires until the people I sent could pick them up! Everything went as smooth as clockwork! This is exactly the way to run a business! Thank you guys!

Tire Works at the E. Silverado Ranch location is amazing! I had been trying to resolve a suspension problem with my car, which I had purchased from a dealer, for three months. I had visited the dealer several times without success. When I drove into Tire Works, the general manager, Adam, greeted me. As I explained the issues with my car’s suspension, Adam listened attentively and engaged with my concerns. He suggested that he take a look at my car’s suspension and reassured me that he would help me find a solution. About twenty minutes after handing Adam my keys, he returned with a definitive answer to my problem. Adam then proceeded to call the dealership personally and arranged an agreement with them to have the cost of the repairs covered, allowing Tire Works to complete all the necessary work. It was impressive to see the two of them working together; Tire Works had the repairs completed and my car back to me within a few hours. The suspension feels like new! Tire Works and Adam made me feel like I was a priority and that fixing my problem was important to them. The Tire Works team was incredible in the help they provided, and I would highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. I will be taking all my future work to Tire Works.

I had a very frustrating visit to Tire Works recently. Despite having paid for the service, my car was blocked by a trailer, and the team refused to move it to allow me to leave. The manager’s approach to handling the situation felt unhelpful and dismissive, which made an already difficult experience even worse. I hope Tire Works takes steps to improve customer service and ensure that other customers don’t go through the same experience.

Had a wonderful experience with Tire Works! Keith and Adam were both so friendly and helpful. I went in for a slow leak in a tire, which was fixed complimentary. But then it was found that I had an oil leak. They looked into seeing if I had a warranty, which I did, and it ended up being completely covered! I would not have known that if not for them. I was even given a ride to my house and back while my car was being worked on. I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service and will be back for future car needs.

tire works this afternoon was great. they were very kind to everyone that walked in and just a cool bunch of people. I just might go into the shop to hang out! Really great job I highly recommend them! great jobs guys

I went in and had some work done on my car and I was dealing with Paul he was super refreshing to speak to and very friendly. The whole team was great I was in and out in one day ! Definitely Fast, Friendly & reliable will definitely be back for any future repair needs!

Normally I have a pleasant experience here. I took my vehicle in because I had slight damage to my valve stem and I needed them to repair it. The worker tried to convince me that the TPMS censor and valve stem was one piece and that I would need to replace everything. I was quoted over $700. I took it to Firestone, they replaced the valve stem and brand new tire for less than $300. Shady practices at tireworks.

They took my vehicle and put it on the rack so I could not leave and no one touched the vehicle for over an hour. Never go back!!!!!! Just tor an oil change. 2.5 hours!!!!

This Tires Works location is well-managed and professional. Had a new set of tires installed along with a front end alignment and the work was done quickly. I have been a customer for many years and highly recommend Adam and his crew.

Adam and his team at Tireworks is great! Worked on two of my vehicles and resolved an ongoing issue with ease and proper solution, versus other shop just replace parts and did not resolve the issue. Great work at Tireworks here with Adam and team! Another vehicle needed some work where this truck has been serviced by the dealer. The dealer diagnosis was wrong and much more expensive. Adam and his team found the issue, and did the job for less and was more accurate with the need for repair. Great job!

My tail light was out. I went to Auto Zone and bought the lights. Auto Zone didn't have the time to install the light. They suggested I go to Tire Works. they quoted me a price of $127 to change the lights. I thought that price was high but I didn't know what else to do. They told me it would be a half hour wait. The wait time was actually one hour. I'm glad the problem was fixed.

i took my car in to get my tires changed. and they took in the car and everything. after about an hour they come out and tell me something is wrong with my tesla. they said the doors wont close. the car was working perfectly fine when i gave the car to them. they wouldnt admit to anything i tried to call the police for a police report but they said they wouldntcome out if there wasnt another car involved. i have a tesla model x with the falcon doors. most likely one of their techs was playing with the buttons and the doors came open and crashed into their equipment and now was all jacked up and wouldn’t close. you could see the damage was done inside the door jam from the paint. i was luckily the tesla had cameras and sensors on the car and the reports were quickly given to my insurance company to take them to court. dont trust these guys. they are liars and thief’s. if they made a mistake they should had admitted it — they have insurance to protect them. i used to come here for all my cars but never ever again! dont trust these guys if you have an expensive car.
