Took us right in. Informed me of my battery problem. Came home & had AAA replace the battery free of charge. I don’t understand why it should take 90 min to get regular service on my car. But they take good care of my car. Thank you

The staff felt like family, they searched for the best deals, they didn't have my tires in stock but we're able to order them and get them same day, they were able to get my new tires on and update me on my vehicle. Awesome place and will be going back.

These guys did a wonderful job I would definitely give them a 10/10. My car broke down in the middle of the street. My axle broke in half. My car got to them about 6:30 p.m. .. my car was finished the next day at 1:00 p.m. and running perfectly.

Called ahead to see if there was a long wait for an oil change. Was told on the phone “no, come on down”. When I get there I’m told that I’ll need to leave the vehicle cause it’s a two hour wait! I had just called 5 minutes before… nothing worse than being lied to. I was a loyal customer and now I will never return. Don’t waste your time here. Divers be warned

I came in with a blown tire and I bought two rear tires for 500.00 with warranty, there were people a head of me and I was able to leave in a hour and 15 minutes. I was pleased.

I hate going into car shops. My anxiety can’t handle it haha! So my tires were not to good and I was looking for the nearest car shop. I checked yelp and Tire Works was the closest to me. The reviews were 50/50 but I just had to change my tires ASAP. I called once they opened if they could take me in without an appointment. Chris answered and told me to come right away. Going in I was so nervous but talking to Chris, I felt safe and a lot of stress went away. He was so nice and easy to talk to and he definitely knew what he was doing. He gave me the price before he started doing anything and told me how long it would take. Price was reasonable and the wait, I could do. If you don’t wanna wait there, there’s so many food places around that area. It took about an 1hr for my service to be done just like what Chris said and that was it. Thank you so much to the workers in Tire Works! And thank you so much Chris! Definitely would be going back if I have other issues or just need some car services.

Tire Works is fantastic for Tesla owners! They have the hockey puck jack pads needed to safely lift Teslas, which gives you peace of mind. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff make it an all-around great place to get your tires worked on. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! Richard helped me out with a problem with my brakes caused by another service center nearby. Very polite, honest and above board. Even went an extra mile to let his wife drive me home as it would take a few hours to fix my car. I am so happy to know that there are still very honest people out there! Thank you , Richard! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing assistance with their vehicles.

Thought my tire, just need air, turns out had big hole in side of tire. they were very helpful and had a tire replacement that would fit my car and were done in less then 30 minutes

I had my daughter drop off my Jeep for an oil change and a tire rotation Yesterday Before my daughter left the house, I went and marked the driver side tire with a permanent marker just to make sure the tires get rotated only because I've been burned before and this is a free service if you get the oil change done as long as the tires are in good condition to rotate. Well when the car was picked up, I went and checked the tires and found my that my driver side tire still had the mark I left on it! I over heard the conversation in the waiting area when I brought the car back about my daughter not asking for a tire rotate however, my paperwork showed it was a service that was completed along with the oil change! They did make it right by completing the tire rotation, but it was a huge inconvenience for me to go back the next day! The moral of this story is if your dropping your car off, especially for a tire rotation make sure to mark your tire if you don't there is no proof they did it!

As a walk in, I was able to get in on the weekend for new tires, the guys there were helpful and quick with the service . It was amazing and the attention to detail getting me what i needed to safely go down the road was second to none. Really appreciate the service I was given!

Most honest tire shop! Our tire pressure was losing air really quickly on our 15 hour road trip. We stopped in they saw us right away, were super friendly, and diagnosed the issue. Honest about the work that needed to be done and did it fast and efficiently. Didn’t even charge us and sent us on our way. Thanks so much tire works cactus ave Las Vegas!

Richard is very knowledgeable and will take his time explaining everything to you. He remembers my name and makes it a point to ask how I have been. All staff are very friendly. The mechanics have even taken time out to come up and meet me. I will not be take my car anywhere else.

This location is absolutely one of the best in town. All the staff from the from the front to the back. We appreciate how they get you in and out and they remember us on a 1st name basis. I was blown away at how quickly I was in and out of the shop. I know we always usually wait around 1-3 hours for tire swaps, etc., but I came at the right time. I had to have two flats replaced and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. No lies, homie. I can’t remember the names of the two guys that helped me, so shame on me for that but they were extremely professional and efficient. I would be able to spot them in a police lineup, though; you can bet your bottom dollar on that. In the shop itself, there was no Tom Foolery or Jack Assery at all; nothing but prompt professionalism.

Richard the store manager and Christopher the service advisor, accessed my problem with my vehicle. They gave me a fair price on the parts and labor for my fuel pump and brakes. Thanks to the crew at Tire Works, they finished the job in ample time, so I could make it to work. Great customer service!!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!
